Ok so I have to admit that I came for lunch and only ordered the lunch buffet. The salad was good, lots of great toppings to chose from and a variety of dressings. I only had one piece of pizza, mushroom and olives, and it was really good. They didn't have much out for the buffet but just enough for those who came in, good job not wasting food by over cooking quantities. Paying 30 dollars plus for a XL is already premium, the pizza it self had almost no sauce and the toppings must of been counted to the pepperoni placed on it. I ordered pick up. Once I arrived I asked the person at the register for some ranch. Worker looked offended, and brought one half filled small container. I engaged in conversation with the new owner (BAD mistake)- because I got carried away and was handed back $1.78 after I gave him $5. Restaurant was clean. We ordered a lunch buffet and cheese pizza. The small cheese pizza took 20 minutes and we were the only people in the restaurant at the time. The lunch buffet was hardly a buffet. There were potato wedges and bread knots first, before any pizza. One pizza came to the buffet after 10 minutes and was clear within 5 minutes. No other pizza was in the process of being made until we asked and then we had to wait another 15 minutes for that. I think the buffet should be ready with at least 3-4 pizzas to choose from. read more

I absolutely love this Pizza Factory location!! They have the best quality pizza ever! Please don't change ANYTHING about how you guys are doing things here in Winters! I grew up in Rio Vista which is where I was first introduced to pizza factory. Growing up it was my favorite pizza ever! (Still is). I'm not sure what happened to their quality recently but the Rio Vista location is god AWFUL! They have high school kids running the place and the pizza is always sloppy, the customer service is S*** and the pizza is horrible quality! Winters puts them to shame! My daughters Doctor is right across the street so I get the pleasure of eating here every time we make the trip to Winters from Sacramento. Their Manager TJ took my order and was very friendly, he went over my order and helped me make my pizza the way I wanted. Also, it tasted like how I wanted it to be. Always a great experience here. Pizza is pretty amazing and the beer is always cold. Salad bar is fresh. Tables don't stay dirty long after people leave. Floors and bathrooms are never dirty. Worse customer service ever. Every time I call or walk in to order person at the register is always in a bad mood and behaves really rude. They act as if they were the only pizza place in town. This place used to be the best about 20 years ago, now with the service they provide and the way their pizza taste they should be treating customers with respect. The short drive from Vacaville to Winters is worth it. The pizza was excellent, as was the "all you can eat" salad bar. The venue is large with plenty of seating, and there is an array of beers on tap to satisfy most tastes. The new owner is a veteran and definitely a welcoming presence in the restaurant. I decided to open my yelp account today because I was so insulted and disappointed by this place . I normally order pizza on Monday evening around 8:30pm with no issue. Tonight I called at 8:39 (shown below) and the employee informed me that they closed at 8:40 which is not true because I always come pick up my pizza around 8:50 when I finish my job. I ask if its a new time for winters and he said "they close at 8:40 from so many years". After that I called my wife disappointed, so she tries to call at 8:46 to order pizza, the same employe told her "sorry we close at 8:45"... i have nothing else to say, as a business owner I pretty believe the owner have no idea how the staff manage when they are not there. its just lamentable read more
