We first went hwre a few weeks ago..as first times we were trying to navigate the menu/deals/etc. we went inside and the girl working was so patient and explained everything, gave recommendations and was very nice My only issue with the food was it was so good my kids ask me literally every night if they can get pizza guys... Got a text "pizza is ready" it wasn't they were confused because I thought the code on their flyer would order the corresponding Pizza? made sense. Showed up and No Pizza?? Spent 10 minutes putting My Phone Number, email etc. Here is a tip if you dont know what pizza to make call! If you put a code on the flyer dont make it confusing for the customer or the pizza chef to understand? Could have been my fault but to not call a customer and let them drive 15 minutes to you and have zero pizza?? Went for their grand opening and wow!! Their pizza is so good. I was pleasantly surprised and will be back here as a regular. I loved the uniqueness of their pizza options and how fresh everything came out. You can tell the owner puts in a lot of care into their quality. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and an order of breadsticks. I went inside to pay for my meal and instantly he offers me a free 2L soda. I didn't really know what to say because most establishments don't give anything away for free. I also asked him if I could buy some marinara sauce. He asked how many. I said only one and he gave that to me for free as well. I wanted to tip him for his kind gestures, but there was no option for me to tip. I thought great customer service was long gone.
