I Have ordered pizza here a couple of times and it was pretty good. Then about a week ago I ordered through the Eat24 app. I had ordered a pepperoni pizza with half mushrooms and olives and half pineapple. I set the delivery time for 7:30. The pizza was delivered at 6:30 and all the toppings were all over the pizza instead of separated like ordered. When I contacted Eat24 they reached out to the company and all they offered was to cut the cost in half. Guess we have to keep looking for a good pizza place. read more

This establishment is great. I've been in a rehab hospital here in San Leandro for 6 weeks fighting cancer, these guys are great because we have nothing here to drink really, so I'll call once a week and in my order also order like 10 - 12 pepsi's. I must say pizza Guys is one of the best pizza joints in my neighborhood. I order at least once a week there pizzas are delicious there customer service is incredible. Also once in awhile i go in to pick it up an you get a free 2 liter. There delivery charge is $3 i thought that was a little high but for the area the drivers have to deliver in i would say its worth it. I always tip the driver they damn near risk their life out here in San leandro to serve us. Its not the best area but for a whole in the wall spot this spot is doing it. Theres this one young man he seems to work during the day that guy is so polite an its nice to be able to conversate with the guy that delivers your food. His car is not all that kinda ruff around the edges but hes a kool Dude lol. I love pizza Guys keep up the good work an give your drivers a raise its nasty out here. read more

Only three stars for the timing and wings. First time i ordered hot wings and pizza, delivery showed in 20 min. The pizza is great, the wings are a nooo go. Very very, very, soggy and wet. Gave them another try late on a Friday night. Ordered 7:45pm regular wings this time and a pizza. 30 min, 40 min, 50, min, 1 hour went and i called. First they made my pizza wrong- which I can understand a mistake, but not only did they refuse to make me another pizza, they basically told me it was my fault that they made it incorrectly. Probably one of the worst customer services experiences I've had & the worst part was that this came from the manager! First off, pizza sucks in California. On the east coast, finding even decent pizza is easy. You walk into any pizza joint and get something good. The competition is that fierce. I have yet to find pizza out here that is even close to quality. Compared to the local competition Pizza Guys is great. Compared to what I miss and am looking for, Pizza Guys disappoints, but so does every other pizza shop west of the Mississippi. I'm not sure how to rate this. Have to give this place proper respect for their employees, very nice teenagers and full of enthusiasm. The pizza and the crust are also good, BUT, here we have a problem with the cheap-o owner having pizzas made with really skimpy toppings (as usual). For 21.99 for a specialty pizza, it shouldn't be a problem giving the customer some more pieces of bell pepper, or mushroom, etc., C'mon! You're better off getting a 1 or 2 topping pizza because you're not going to get much more if you splurge the extra $5 for a combo (maybe $.50 worth of vegetables). And having to wait another 35 minutes for delivery of a missed item. Order had been placed, on-line, @ 4:05 p.m. Delivery @ 5:30 p.m. When salad received @ 6:25 p.m.--everything cold. I've ordered pizza from this place a number of times always got great pizza and fast deliveries. But that's not what prompted me to do this review. This time I didn't get such a fast delivery. I only live 5 minutes away from the store. And this time it took the driver an hour to get to me. Seeing that they usually get to me in about 30 minutes. I found this odd. I called and they called the driver who was just arriving to my house. When I got the pizza it was luke warm. This was unacceptable to me because I live around the corner. I called the store and spoke with marisol the manager at the Time. She complete agreed with me that my delivery should have been there a lot faster. And she even told me he had more than one delivery but told him to come to me first because I was the closest. He obviously did not. The reason I give this experience a 5 star is marisol was completely empathetic. I asked for my money back and she did it without a question. Then threw in a free extra large 3 topping pizza. Which I didn't ask for. Coming from someone who's been in management this is how you take care of a customer when your company has messed up. GREAT JOB MARISOL. I can tell you that I will continue to frequent this place. Because I know they have great food and now I know it's due to GREAT MANAGEMENT. Promote her before I offer her a job. Pizza Guys is my FAVORITE pizza! Online ordering is great - from specifying exactly how you want your pizza, to the space for special instructions for the drivers, even storing my good ole credit card information so that when I want pizza....click click click....burp! Delivery time is super sonic fast. Their drivers are great. Their pizza sauce is delicious - not as spicy as Round Table, not so spaghetti sauce-ish as Porky's and it has more depth than Mountain Mike's. And overall, the pizza is just scrumptious! I like I can order a specialty pizza/add on or build my own and get exactly what I want to eat! The staff is professional as well as the delivery personnel. These pizzas taste better (my personal opinion) than Mountain Mikes, Dominoes, or Pizza Hut who charge outrageous prices for either take out or delivery. Pizza Guys let you know delivery timeframe... The owner refuses to assist and instead tells the victim to call the police. The theft is not an allegation as it was witnessed and a description of the car was given to the police. Some girl I think the name started with the letter M took my order,she was nice i guess but made my pizza taste like shit. So i guess she wasn't really nice after all. I just want an Xtra Large Three Topping Pizza,Pepperoni Mushrooms and bell peppers. I could count the peppers on there,the mushrooms she gave me looked like crumpled up dirt.
