I placed an order by calling the Pizza Hut number. I ordered a special that included 2 medium pizzas, cheese sticks, and boneless wings for about $38 bucks. I opted to pay cash (good thing). I intended on a 40% tip and had it waiting. 30 minutes late with the order some car drives into my gated community and is hanging out in my driveway for about 5 minutes. His name was Marco. According to the husband who went out to greet him- he only had a medium pizza (and nothing else) to give us and did not speak a lick of English. I guess PH uses DoorDash to deliver. Never again. Pizza Hut has decided to outsource their delivery to Door Dash which means you get the lowest rung of delivery driver and Door Dash doesn't care. The delivery arrived quite late and the order was about 1/3rd of what we ordered. Worse, the driver spoke absolutely no English and had no idea what to do. This time I got a cheese pizza it arrive fast looked great tasted great! Drivers are very courteous! My cats Butterbean and Mr. Pink get on the pizza box at motel 6 everytime. Pulled up for curbside pick up and was immediately placed on hold when calling. I had been on hold for a little while and decided it wasn't worth it to keep waiting so I went inside instead. As soon as I entered I could see three employees all standing together with no masks at all. The employee who put me on hold was one of the three that were standing and talking to each other. Regardless of if they were talking business or not it is always viewed as unprofessional to tell a customer to wait so you can finish a conversation. One employee put their mask on to hand me my pizza while the other two stood there and did not care. This is far from the first bad experience I've had at this location. I have had negative interactions with at least two supervisors while picking up pizzas in the past. The staff always seems to be very negative and aggressive. read more

My first time reviewing a fast food chain. After my experience with them tonight, I wanted to share my experience! 12/10 customer service!! My family and I were coming into town late and this was the only thing we could that would still be open. Despite ordering a large order so late, the team was incredibly accommodating and friendly. They were so quick to make the food. Everything was correct and honestly hit the spot. S/o to the employee with the brunette hair and glasses and the person with pigtails. So nice! No complaints! Pizza tastes just as good as I've always known growing up. Customer service is good and pizza is always ready on time. My only tip is for the employees to ensure masks are worn properly. I think a couple of times I've seen employees with masks sliding down from their noses. I'd definitely feel safer. Ordered a 3-topping stuffed crust pizza and some wings for delivery. It came quickly, hot and fresh, and was delicious. I was seriously surprised by how good it was. The downside was that some of the slices were a bit greasy on the bottom, but that's expected from chain establishments. I thought based on the poor reviews here that I should chime in and say that I've never received anything but good quality and good service from this Pizza Hut. In fact I'm a real food snob as you can tell from my other reviews, and I have always been amazed at how good their pizza is compared to the competition in the same price range. I would give this place zero stars so fast if I had the option. My friends and I stopped by Pizza Hut at 11pm. The sign on the front door clearly says it closes at 1am. The worker ignored us, and shortly after opened the door and said that they were closed and had BEEN closed since 9pm because they were understaffed. Ordered a Meatball pizza last night and some wings. My wife, who is a wing fanatic, said they were good. However the pizza was nothing close to the advertised picture. It was a medium pizza and cut into 8 slices. Each slice had half a meat ball. Half. Imagine a pepperoni pizza with only one pepperoni slice on each slice of pizza. That's what we got. Basically, a cold, thin crust cheese pizza with a total of 4 meatballs. And it took them 50 minutes to deliver so you would think they could've put a little more into the food. The 2 stars are for the wings and the pleasant delivery driver. You want consistently good pizza? Forget this place. Terrible. If it's after 9pm just don't bother. 4 times in a row now I've tried to order delivery 2 hours before closing. The first 3 times it was cancelled because they weren't prepped or they "ran out of dough". The 4th was because the driver stopped in the street, called, didn't get an answer and drove off without even bothering to come to the door. When I called back, the "customer service" rep was very rude and only argued with me, claiming "delivery drivers aren't required to exit their vehicles". This store is obviously severely mismanaged. I'm not sure but it is my understanding that cheese bread shouldn't have cinnamon on it, and that it shouldn't take an hour and 56 minutes to get to you. I'm going to have to throw out the bread sticks. And then the delivery driver said to be careful that it was hot but in fact everything was cold. I love pizza hut tbh, in eugene they make my pizza bomb and heck but i got the same thing i always do (pepperoni and mushrooms with extra sauce and the garlic crust), i ordered online and put everything i wanted in my order. i show up grab my pizza and pay by the time i get home (5 min) i realize the pizza has plain crust, is hard and crunchy, has no sauce and three hairs on it. i'm pissed to say the least read more
