This worked fine for us. Absolutely no complaints. Cucumber salad and edamame were excellent sides to enjoy while we waited for longer menu items to come out. Forgot to take photo of the Mongolian beef so photo is just of my tasting. Dumplings were amazing. Daughter pulled up video of how to eat soup dumplings while we waited. The spoons were smaller than the dumplings but I found I could suck the soup from the top of the dumpling before biting into it which helped avoid losing the broth (careful, they are served HOT temperature-wise) Loved the truffle dumplings. I have also had the sampler which I recommend if you are new to the place (1 each of 6 different soup dumplings). The green beans and kimchi chicken dumplings were seasoned nicely and were enjoyed by all as well. Service was super. I have already been back twice, once for carrot and again for dine-in. Fine in preferred especially if getting dumplings. Only downside was parking which the restaurant can't change. Oh, be aware that their online presence mentions being in the bustling Bowie Town center... it is not but definitely should consider it as their next location! (Please????!!!!)

I did not partake in the fine in experience though the customers seemed very pleased with the atmosphere and service rendered. I ordered the pork dumplings and spicy green pepper w/beef over white rice. Both were quite tasty. Now after doing some research the soup dumpling (xiaolongbao) is what I was expecting. No worries though because the other dumplings were also good. The pepper bowl was well balanced, tender, flavorful, filling, and seasoned. Next time I'm going to opt for the Ugly rice bowl upgrade. I was informed it has extra spices and seasoning while would enhance this dish even further. The food prep time wasn't too long or too short allowing for the appreciation of made to order. Food was fresh Place was clean Servers visited often to refill drinks and to check in on you. You order extra food items on the iPad that's at your table. Pay close attention to note on the table. There is a charge for leftovers/take out AND even if you don't want to take the leftovers there might be a charge for excessive food waste. We took our leftovers and was charged a little over $8. That's cool because it was a whole meal once I combined my food with my husband's in the container. The young lady mentioned the additional fee: 8.99 per pound. Lucky for me I read the note beforehand so I wasn't surprised. Security was posted up inside the restaurant at the front door. I believe that security is there because people must get rowdy when the fee is mentioned. I have never seen security in a restaurant at 12pm. Needless to say, I came. I ate. It was delicious BUT I never hafta come back here again. Ever.
