I've been to Pizza Hut on numerous occasions but this location was very disappointing. I ordered online and was expecting my order to be correct. Instead of a pepperoni pizza, I was given a cheese pizza. Additionally, I waited at least an hour for my order of pizza, thinking that they had not received my order. To top it all off, the pizza was very cold upon arrival. I do not think I will be ordering from this location ever again. I truly had a bad experience. read more

We live in Houston during the week and have a condo in Bryan TX. We get pizza 1 or 2 times a month at the Pizza Hut on the 1300 block of W 43rd street. Their pizza is always awesome!! This Hut in Bryan was terrible. The toppings were not spread around very well. I paid $1.50 for mushrooms and there were hardly any mushrooms. The sauce did not have the same flavor. I asked for green peppers on half and there were green peppers on maybe 1/4 of the pizza. I do not think I will be getting pizza from this location anytime soon. read more

Got to this location and had to have them remake my pizza because the one they tried to give me looked 2 days old and was short on toppings. I also think it's ridiculous that these pizza places are now charging for condiments. The remake was much better. read more

I ordered a Pizza Supreme. They put half of the toppings they used to. The toppings they did put on was one third to one half of the amount the used to put on. They still charged me $20.00. Totally not worth it. They totally suck! read more

Horrible customer service!!!!! Our order was 20 min late then what we were told when we placed the order online. The order was wrong as well! We ordered a crust topper ( we got nothing!) and our cheese sticks were covered in cinnamon and sugar! Ewwwww! We called the store to remedy the situation and were put on hold for 26 minutes! Their " fix" was to give us a coupon for $5 off our next order. No offer to replace the wrong items or anything. While on hold with the local store I used the other phone to call corporate office got immediate apologies and two coupons for free large pizzas good nationwide for a year! She apologized and sent our complaint on to the general manager. If you want pizza order somewhere else! These people don't care at all about customer service! Very disappointing! Ordered online and went to pick up my pizza and saw employees in the dining area eating. No big deal, but then one came out of the prep area eating a slice of pizza. Guy went back and forth from dining to prep area. This is disgusting. The so called manager was hesitant to give my money back after watching this. I've ordered from this Pizza Hut a few times before and always had a great experience, but this last time was awful. I got two pizzas, one pepperoni and one cheese, and cinnamon sticks. I ended up having some of the worst food poisoning ever and I know it was from the pizza because I hadn't eaten anything else and felt sick just a few hours after. No one should ever get sick like that from a restaurant. I hope other customers in the future do not have the same experience. read more

Service has gone from mediocre to bad. Crisp crusts used to be crisp, now they are burnt. Delivery used to be on time, now they are late - on a light night. Visually check your order before you pay because they want everything back if they flub. No more. They lost a weekly customer forever. read more

We have been to this location numerous times. The same girl (very nice) is always working the front counter except for today. The girl today (receipt had Ruth on it) was not friendly at all. I understand people have bad days but maybe you should smile, it helps. Also, tge past few visits the pizza did not taste good at all and our other items were way over cooked. read more

Some of our favorite take out pizza! The newer location is so much nicer than the old one that was across the street.

Not sure what's going on here but.... There is no management. The computers, Internet, and fryers all went down at the same time. One guy was standing in the back playing on his phone. Only one girl was trying to help us. Once they brought the first attempt to the counter, it was no where close to what we ordered. As soon as they realized they messed up, they all retreated to the back never to be seen again. read more

Food was standard of what you would expect, but never get delivery service from this location. In fact you would probably be better off going to a different location all together. My delivery drivers attitude was so terrible that I called in a complaint about it. He picked up the store phone and refused to give the phone to his manager. Once he found out who I was he called me a liar before giving the phone to his manager. The manager was nice however I will never order from this location ever again because the delivery driver might do something to my food. I understand that this isn't a glamours job, but poor attitude is not acceptable when I made every effort to not only help him find my apartment. Including walking outside to the front of the correct apartment complex since he went to the wrong one to meet him and then giving him a tip which i regret now and wish i could take back. I have had my fair share of jobs that I didn't like including working outside in the sun during the dog days of summer in Texas. However, customer service is always a requirement. read more

I ordered pizza online with special instructions to put cheese only on half the pizza but toppings on all the pizza (I have a son who cant eat the cheese). When we opened up the pizza it had cheese on all and only toppings on half. I called the store to let them know of the mistake and request a new one be made. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they immediately gave me excuses that the pizza cant be made that way, and that the cheese would just spread over the whole pizza anyway. (While it is true that cheese spreads some, it doesn't spread that much, we have ordered pizza this way many times before at other chains.) Either way, I pointed out that, no one had called me to let me know that a pizza couldn't be made this way and instead they sent me a pizza I didn't order. After more excuses from them, I requested a pizza with no cheese and just toppings be made instead. They agreed they could make that but tried to charge me for the pizza. I told them I wouldn't be paying for a pizza when it was their mistake, I had already paid for the pizza I ordered. I was passed to the manager who gave me all the same excuses as well as telling me that "they had standards to uphold". He finally said that he would compensate me just this once, and they made the pizza. I was very disappointed in the way I was treated as well as in their "policy". I will plan on going to Dominos from now on as they will make a pizza with half cheese so that my son can enjoy a pizza night with the whole family! read more
