This location is absolutely AWFUL. We have given them chance after chance, and somehow every experience is worse than the last. The customer service is consistently terrible. The employees are rude, orders are NEVER made correctly, something is ALWAYS missing, and there is honestly no point in even saying anything because you're met with an attitude when you do. It feels like they just make the food however they feel like making it instead of actually following the order. They are noticeably much nicer and more attentive to food delivery drivers. Those orders constantly seem to take priority over customers who are actually standing there waiting. Today, we waited around 30 MINUTES for a carryout order while they literally put a rush on a delivery order that came through while we were already waiting. Our pizza is almost never ready at the estimated pickup time. Then, after waiting all that time today, the order was STILL completely wrong. The pizza itself was dry and cold, with a burnt crust that was also missing the garlic parmesan we ordered. The garlic parmesan was missing from the breadsticks too, so instead of what we ordered, we basically received PLAIN BREAD with a side of BLUE CHEESE dipping sauce. We also PAID for extra marinara and somehow received CHICKEN DIPPING SAUCE instead. How do you get that many things wrong on one order, especially after making someone wait 30 minutes for it?! There is also frequently someone standing near or directly in the entrance smoking, sometimes with the door open. It's disgusting to have to walk through cigarette smoke just to enter a restaurant to pick up food. There is a shorter gentleman with glasses who I believe may be the manager, and unfortunately our experiences with him have been some of the worst. If he is management, that honestly explains a lot about the customer service at this location. Today was the final straw. After waiting 30 minutes and receiving a dry, cold, burnt and incorrectly made order, we threw everything away and are now heading to an actual restaurant to eat. Another complete waste of our time AND money. We will not be back. We ordered cinnamon sticks and Cinnabon mini rolls late at night on New Years because we wanted a sweet treat. We ordered through Uber Eats. They were fresh and really hit the spot. The Cinnabon mini rolls are about the size of a silver dollar and they do taste like they were reheated or frozen previously frozen. So obviously, don't expect the same quality as the Cinnabon stores at the mall. The cinnamon sticks tasted fresher, but honestly, I liked them both. I knocked down a star because I ordered pizza from them before and when I went to pick it up, the pizza was cold. I got home in time to watch the final quarter of the VA Tech vs. FSU football game - and I was feeling that hunger that comes from drinking on and off all day (at at friend's wedding celebration). Picked up the order got home and it was a thin crust Hawaiian and a hand tossed with just green peppers. I immediately called the restaurant and he preceded to tell me i was wrong and keep telling me i was wrong. I told him there was three people in the car when i ordered the pizza (on speaker phone). He said and i quote "No you're wrong". So i had to drive back and take both the pizzas back no discount or anything for my inconvenience. When I got there he proceeded to tell me it was his mistake for the hawaiian but it was mine for the green pepper pizza. As we went back in forth I eventually asked for his name. He said Jeff. I asked if he was the manager he said no. I asked if I could talk to the manager and he said he's the night manager. I said so you are the manager on duty and he said no I'm the night manager. BLEH. Usually this Pizza Hut location does no wrong. But after a few delivery orders they have been seriously slacking. Delivery time is acceptable - but I would take a longer wait for the food if the pizza didn't arrive dry because lack of sauce on the pizza or missing (and paid for) extra ranch or bleu cheese sauce for our wings. Today we ordered a medium pan pepperoni pizza and I swear they've down sized it significantly since the last time we've ordered. The pizza was mainly CRUST too. In other words they only sauced and topped a very small portion of the pie. ARGH. The person that ordered for us knows I don't drink soda so he got me a green tea which didn't show up with our meal. When we asked if we were charged for it he said no but there's no way of really telling since the receipt they bring you only shows the grand total and not a break down. This place needs to improve its customer service stat! I came in to pick up an order and three people were standing behind the counter -- 2 girls and a guy. One girl and the guy were both on the phone, not talking. The other girl just sat there and they all just stared at me while I stood there waiting to be greeted. The guy hangs up the phone, glances at me, then walks away. The girl on the phone hangs up and basically asks me what I want. I tell her I'm picking up an order and she asks for the name. I give her the name and she replies the order isn't ready but I can pay now. Not one smile! I pay and sit down on the bench to wait for my order. They bring it out in a few minutes; its a medium pizza box with 2 small, personal pan pizza boxes stacked on top of it. I do not trust myself to balance boxes of food, and so I ask the girl who rang me up for a bag. She seems to be the only person who talks to customers. She is currently dealing with a customer who is looking for his online order, so she tells the girl who seems to do nothing to get me a bag. This girl grabs a bag and then places it on the counter next to my order. I guess I thought maybe she'd try to help me? On the way back to my house, I expected the pizza to fill my car with delicious smells that drove me crazy, but it didn't smell very good. I started to get really worried, because I'm a good little Yelper and had been reading the reviews after checking in while waiting for my pizza. I didn't want my dinner to taste like unprocessed flour! Thankfully, it tasted okay. The toppings were definitely dispersed in a very random manner, which I added a photo of. I actually really like the greasy, crispy crust of a Pizza Hut pan pizza -- I've had it better, but it was edible. Overall, I think this place needs some level of employee training, because it comes across like teenagers are running the whole thing. Writing this review on behalf of my mom. We ordered from here last week and had a terribly experience. After placing our order on-line we were called and told that they had run out of black olives which wasn't that big of a deal. After that, our order was running late so we called to ask if it was en route. Whoever was in charge of the phones simply picked up the receiver and hung up! Then we called back and our call was answered by a rude little girl who could only say "wasn't me" when we told her we didn't appreciate being hung up on. Then she hung up. A few minutes later our order showed up and was barely warm. In total our order was 30 minutes late. We complained via facebook and now are receiving a gift card from PH but I doubt we'll use it. read more

STAY FAR AWAY! I've ordered more pizza from here which ends up in massive regret. I ask for extra sauce and it's about a 50/50 chance I will get it. I ask for extra sauce because if you don't there is no sauce what so ever on the pizza and the cheese ends up becoming one with the dough. The pizza I receive from here every time is ORANGE! The entire thing is grease! Not only is it orange on top, but the bottom is also covered in grease! It's disgusting and inedible EVERY TIME!
