They have several premade pizza selections that you can choose a slice and they put it in the oven to crisp it up. I chose the spinach and feta slice with an order of mild wings. The pizza was thin and crisp. The slices were huge! The wings were flavorful and the portion was huge. I could even finish them all. They have a large selection of pizzas, toppings, salads, and other items if you are not in the mood for pizza. It's in a strip mall and the day we were there it was a bit congested. I placed 2 orders for takeout: 1 small (12 inch) margherita pizza and 1 small (12") special pizza. It seems like their online menu is wrong?? I ordered the margherita with thick crust but when I went to pickup, thick crust margherita wasn't on the menu in person. I also ended up with a 14 inch special instead of 12 inch. I'm annoyed that the person who took my order over the phone didn't tell me that thick crust margherita isn't a menu item and just agreed with me when apparently I placed a order that doesn't exist. The pizza itself was good. Very good dough. The margherita had a nice crispy thin crust and sweet tomato sauce. My family of six has been coming to Ciro's for years, and it's still the best deal -- and the best pizza -- in Centreville. For around $35, we get two extra-large pizzas, more than enough to feed all of us with leftovers. It's crazy affordable, especially for the quality. I'd choose Ciro's over Domino's any day. I decided to stop in for a slice. The place was not that busy so it was quick and there were a lot of people work there. I would say the slice is an average new york slice but clearly not from new york. This place is great. You cant go wrong with anything on the menu. So it is always busy. Always. They have salad, hot and cold sandwiches and pizza. I had wanted to try Ciro's for sometime, so I got lunch there today. I got the 14 in meat lover's to let the pie show its best fresh from the oven. I also noticed that they have an 18 in pie as a regular menu item. They may be one of the few places that does. At least, it's the first I've found. Their per slice pie looks even bigger. The crust is a lovely combination of light and crisp but with a satisfying chew. The sauce is pleasant unobtrusive tomato/basil. I like that it's not sweet and won't overtake the toppings. The sausage is sliced Italian sausage. The hamburger is in little balls. The ham is a relatively large slice opposed to ham chunks. (I would probably pass on the ham next time, but that's just me.) Okay, I have been getting pizza here for over 20 years now. That's a long time to be a repeat customer. Their pizza went through a rough spell about a year ago, where it just didn't taste that good. However, I kept trying, and last night the meat lovers pizza didn't disappoint. It was fresh, and the variety of meats and cheese tasted delicious. The crust was floppy and chewy, which is such a difference from last year when the crust was dry and cardboard like. It's like they went from one end of the spectrum to the other. The crust was almost too floppy though, since it kept falling apart when you tried to fold it to eat. All the ingredients would slide off. But, overall still delicious. My big disappointment this time was their dessert. Black forest cake seems to be a fairly new menu item. Previously they only had cannoli and tiramasu available. So we decided to try the new dessert on the block. Big mistake. It was still frozen in the middle, first of all. That's never good. But the weirdest thing about it is that it DIDN'T have any CHERRIES. Anyone knows that Black Forest Cakes have cherries! That's like, their thing. Not a cherry to be found in this cake! No sauce, no cherries inside, nada. It was almost more like a "tiramasu cake" which is very strange. Did they make a mistake with my order? Is this their own version of a black forest cake? Did they forget to add the cherry sauce? It's a mystery. But for $7.25 for a tiny half-frozen slice (about 1/8 of a cake), I will not be finding out. Will not order that again. Stick with the pizza, calzones, and subs. They are good at that. Even canolli and tiramasu is decent. Just don't get the Black Forest Cake. read more

Let's start with the crust. I think we can all agree it's important to get that right. This place nails it, it's both chewy and crispy at the same time, there's a softness to the crust that almost melts in your mouth. I wouldn't be surprised if they use Italian 00 flour but it's clear they make their dough fresh, in house, with a high quality flour. The sauce is divine too, not acidic and not sweet, but a flavorful balance between both. We ordered a margarita pizza with pepperoni, which is my wife's favorite, and Ciro's did not disappoint. Everything was flawless. The mozzarella was perfectly stringy and evenly melted. The pepperoni was nestled comfortably in between the layers of cheese and fresh aromatic basil. It is obvious Ciro's cares about quality, and they have an attention to detail. I highly recommend you try this place. The food is great, the price is great, the serving size is great, and the interior decor makes a cozy, warm, inviting atmosphere. Ciro's has the best pizza in Centreville. You can buy pizza by the slice or a whole pie. The crust is thin, chewy and crunchy all at the same time. They are generous with their toppings. I always get mushrooms and it's delicious! I tried a garlic knot once. The garlic knot I had was a little dry, but I could have just been that one. Supposedly they're pretty good here. Apart from the garlic knots, I haven't tried any of their pastas or other dishes, but I'm hoping to in the future. Actually after it's safe to be in dining rooms again, I would love to dine-in. I used to liked this place, but I won't be coming back. The quality and quantity, portion size, have plummeted. It was good while it lasted 5/3/21 The owner knows no loyalty or respect! After being his loyal customer for over 20 years, he yelled at me and berated me in front of his employees and customers because his employees messed up! Today he didn't just lose a loyal customer, he lost my friends and family members as well. Again, such a disappointment! I called my order ahead of time because I was short on time, and I get there and they hadn't even started my order. I asked the owner to please start the order before I get there in the future and he was extremely disrespectful and unapologetic. He became angry and told me that they NEVER make mistakes and they get busy; however, there was only two tables with customers in the whole restaurant. Never heard of a business owner irately screaming at customers to not voice their suggestions instead of merely apologizing and making improvements. Not going back again!!! read more
