Been going here for over 10 years and never complained once about the quality of the pizza, so you know my complaint has substance to it. Today I ordered a Lg Pepperoni hand tossed. It was the greasiest pizza I ever have been served, including pizza anywhere. It had to be either the cheese or the pepperoni that caused a massive amount of floating grease in the box and on top of the pizza. Placing a few napkins on top of the pizza and they were soaked in grease. I am leaning towards the type of cheese or extra oil in this pizza. This pizza should have never left there store. The service was not an issue as it was ready for in store pickup in about 12 minutes. I have to upgrade this from a bad review....Pizza is much much better. read more

I've ordered pizza here numerous times and it's made as I expect each time. One of the better Pizza Huts in the area.

This pizza hut is probably the worst pizza hut restaurant/carry-out i have been to. they're extremely cheap with toppings, their pan crust is never crispy enough for my liking, and the worst of all, they have almost never had my order ready on time. i live a couple of minutes away so i've always placed carry-out orders and i almost always ended up waiting for additional 10 minutes and sometimes up to 30 minutes to get my pizza. it's not like their pizza is worth the wait anyway. I did NOT enjoy my experience at all. I prefer the taste of pizza hut more than other pizza places but the service at this particular location is terrible. Granted, I ordered at 9PM. I called to make sure everything was okay and if my order went through, but NO ONE picked up. I called twice, and I waited for over 2min while the phone rang. And when the food did come, it was cold. I placed an order online and after waiting an hour and ten minutes (ten minutes after the "estimated time," I called to check. " sorry no record." I then talked to a manager to let him know I was pissed and he said we have three drivers. Sorry. I don't know what that means but I live literally less than a mile away, I could have gone there, cooked them myself, cleaned the dishes, and walked back home with them in less time. We're not talking gourmet food here and it was a weeknight so not a super busy time. Needless to say, low review for me. I ordered 3 pizzas and wings for me and my guests. After speaking to a girl who was clueless on the phone and didn't have my information in the system, when I have been a customer for over 10 years. After waited an hour, the delivery guy brought the most disgusting pizza and wings I have ever seen. First if all the wing sauce was all over the pizza box and and squashed the pizza box. When I opened the box , the pizza looked like crap and the cheese was stuck to the top of it's box. The delivery guy didn't seem to care at all and was like, " why don't you just order another one." I sent it back and demanded a refund. I'm disappointed to have gotten this service from this Pizza Hut, when I used to be a rep for this company back in 2004 and delivered great service! Everytime I order food from them I have to order it waaaay in advance because they never have the food ready on time. If I order wings with my pizza they always forget to cook them as if pizza is all they serve. The staff runs around like a chicken with their head cut off and the manager is constantly yelling at the staff. Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut but this one takes 2 hours for you to get your pizza, while letting it sit in their warmer for 1 1/2 hours I call in to order for delivery. Says it'll take over an hour. 20 min later I call and say I'll pickup instead. Says it'll still take 30 min. I say great, it'll be done then since I called 20 min ago. Says it's 30 min from now. I go since it's 10 min away and I figure I can wait 10 min there. When I arrive 10 min later, my order's already in the warmer. As I'm walking out someone else walks in and orders and is told 30 min for take out. He asks how about delivery and is told it'll take 2 hours. Awesome preparation! The entire family was impressed with Massi's Pizza preparation. No wonder, drum sticks had real Punjabi touch. We plan to visit the outlet more often. Parminder was extremely nice and polite. Chuk De Phatte (A job well done). They truly deserve a 5 star rating. read more

"Never step foot in a Pizza Hut", this is a lesson my family and I should've taken to heart before entering this Pizza Hut a couple of years ago. The salad was rotten, and the pizza cold. This wasn't nearly as disturbing as the various bugs crawling all over the seats and floor. Beyond that, the service was slow, and the overall atmosphere was very depressing. I guess this might just be common knowledge though, just to order pizza from Pizza Hut, although they could improve their image as a possible sit-down restaurant if they just fix up the place and adopt higher standards. read more

Very disappointed with this location's customer service. Our delivery took more than 1 hour to arrive, to the point where we had to go to the store to see what was going on because they weren't even answering the phone. In another instance, while waiting for our carry out order, the staff was not friendly at all and were screaming at each other and slamming doors. This is my very first yelp review I have ever done and felt I needed to do it because of how horrible the service is at this particular Pizza Hut location. I have been a customer of this place for at least a decade. My last three orders from there have been very bad but the other night I ordered and by far received the worse customer service EVER! They delivered the wrong drink, ok not a big deal, but when I called, the person I spoke to on the phone provided horrible customer service, like I was really bothering them, and this isn't the first time either. I asked them to please bring me the correct drink. I waited an hour for them to deliver the correct one, and when the delivery guy got to my house and I opened the door, he is on his cell phone, doesn't say anything to me, holds up the correct drink AND SHAKES IT AT ME!!!!! I handed him the incorrect one, he grabbed it and walked away. NOT ONE SINGLE WORD FROM HIM!!!! I am so done with this place, the crappy service, and the ok food, It use to be great years ago it is truly in need of new management and employees who actually care! Customer service and manners from employees would receive a negative rating if there was a button to push for that one. I will not be ordering ever again! I've always been a fan of Pizza Hut's pan pizza. It's just something about the greasy, thick crust that really just speaks to me. I typically order online when I go there because it's easy and they have a lot deals if you order online. I ordered online and it said my pizza would be ready at 6:30pm. I showed up at 6:40pm and they said it wasn't ready yet. I was a bit annoyed, but paid and waited. Well finally around 6:50pm they gave me my pizza. That was 20 minutes after it was promised to be ready and nobody apologized or seemed to care that it wasn't ready when it was supposed to be. I understand that things happen and you get busy, but it doesn't take too much effort to say sorry or make your customer feel like your care about customer service. They are usually good about having orders ready on time, so I'll give them another chance, but if this becomes a habit I may have to find another go-to pizza place. read more

Back in the day, you could count on Pizza Hut for fresh, savory pizza. What happened? I just ordered a well-done pan pizza with with extra cheese. The crust was doughy and the toppings slid right off. The meat was sour and way too salty. The edges of the bread were edible, but tasted stale. Most frustrating pizza service in Centreville. Dominos and Papa John's deliver faster and they are further from my house. Paying for extra cheese is a waste. Seems like pizza is made right when order is placed, but then it takes another hour-hour and a half to deliver. Drivers are friendly and are the only reason this location got an extra star. Whenever you call it takes forever to get an answer, which makes it even more frustrating when you're calling because there was a problem with the order. read more
