I can't believe this is my first time hearing about Bricks pizza!!! I feel so ashamed of myself!!! As a local for at least 5 years now, there is simply no excuse!!! Fortunately, my coworker beat some sense into me and I just so happened to be in this shopping center for a Yelp Elite Event. The Pizza gods must've known my destiny because I came on the special day of the week!!! I got 2 large pizzas covered in delicious toppings (I got one of the most highly sold combos- the Virginian) for $35! I mean....thats a deal you cannot beat. If anything, I guess I could beat it if I did two XLs but your girl is trying to keep her figure in 2026 :) Ambiance is very casual, fully a walk in pick up order and get out style. New York style slices, plenty of brick oven heat!!! Owner or manager here is a very friendly and awesome lady. She called it- I'll be addicted from here on out! Come by and try! I will say, on a busy day, make sure you order ahead as the wait can be long. But it is so worth it! The staff here is so friendly! When walking in to pick up my order, they were always so kind and welcoming. Food: Cheeseburger pizza 5/5: holy moly so good Virginian: 5/5: LOADED with pepperoni, sausage, onions, mushrooms, and green peppers. So good Garlic knots: HUGE in size, wish it had a little more of the butter garlic sauce either on the side or underneath because the knots themselves is a lot of break. If it's Friday night and all my friends flake on me, I know where I'm ordering to indulge myself in a greasy, heart pizza. Stealthily hidden in the backside of a strip mall, Brick's Pizza offers a no-frills establishment with takeout-only pizza. I ordered on the phone, and while the worker speech seemed curt, they answered all my questions and I ordered a large pizza with half Virginian, and half Brick's Supreme. The pizza is greasy, to the point where the crust gets a little soggy because of it, but it's good. After one bite, you may reconsider your dieting habits, thinking maybe you should've gone for a healthier option tonight. But after bites two and three, you'll forget all that and just enjoy a good pizza. It's not the cleanest experience, but I don't regret it one bit. Wrong delivery, they came and dropped off a pizza. I did the right thing and called them. I didnt want anyone going hungry. They told me to keep it that customer would get a new pizza. Now delivery driver took pizza and delivering to the customer. I opened the pizza, checked it out AFTER they said I could keep it. Now driver took it back and said they would be taking it to the customer. Delivery driver was pretty aggro after i explained i spoke to their manager and told him i ate a cheese stick. Seems like a disorganized, unsanitary business. I'm an industry veteran on 12+ years. This was a huge red flag. I'm not going to eat here ever again. Also delivery driver had no gloves, boxes did not have seals to ensure the maximum safety protocols were in place. They have the money to spend on this and they just don't care. We ordered a large order of pizza for delivery for our daughter's birthday party at nearby Ellanor C. Lawrence park. I was able to schedule the delivery over a week in advance online and a staff member called me to confirm a few days prior to the event. They even sent me a text the night before with a picture of them labeling the boxes and getting ready. The delivery was prompt at the arranged time and as a special surprise they even wrote a cute happy birthday message inside the pizza boxes. The birthday kid was super happy! The pizza was great too. We just ordered cheese to keep it simple for the party, but we'll definitely order from them again in the future and try some of the other options. I'm curious about who has the best delivery pizza in Centreville so over the weekend I tried Brick's pizza for the first time. I ordered a plain cheese pizza. What I loved about it is that the pizza was super cheesy without me having to ask for extra cheese. The down side is that it was super greasy. Most delicious pizza is a little on the greasy side but this one happened to be greasier than all the others I've tried in the area. Very good pizza that is NOT NY style. Nice chewy crust plenty of toppings and the sauce has a sweet taste that brings out the flavor of the pizza. I have a new pizza home with Brick's!!! I saw the high reviews and decided to take a chance and try a new place, as my old "go to" seems to be getting lazy. The pizza I ordered from Brick's (The Virginian) tasted amazing! All of the ingredients were so obviously fresh and cooked to perfection. The cheese was melty and the crust was just the right amount of crispy. Nothing overcooked! So delicious! Seriously, the people in that kitchen know what they are doing!!! Pretty decent pizza and at a great price! They are open late too. I've ordered pizza from them twice and both time my husband and I devoured a large pizza in one sitting. At first we had trouble finding their location, so if you are too, then drive behind the building on the side where Kangchon restaurant is located. Taste-wise, they're about a 4 out of 5. Both time that I've been here I have ordered a large double mushroom pizza. The extra mushrooms of course is an extra charge, but totally with it since I love mushrooms. Service is good too. I'm only giving this two stars, as opposed to one star, because it arrived on time. I was at a large church function today and lots and lots of pizzas were ordered from Brick's. This was the first time I've tried it and it left a lasting impression. Not a good one. Every single pizza box that was opened (cheese and pepperoni) were over-baked. I actually have never seen fresh delivery pizza that looked less appealing. Check out my photo. I first passed on a slice - because of the lack of appeal. Then I reconsidered and figured it might taste okay. It didn't. I'm sure it had been delivered in plenty of time before my group arrived to eat it. I can handle that and keep that in mind, but it was awful! Tasteless. The crust was tasteless, the sauce was tasteless, the cheese was over-baked and tasteless. The store location is hard to find if you're not familiar with the area. Check out the photo I uploaded to see how to get there. I used to live 5 minutes away from Bricks and loved ordering their pizzas. Their specials are great deals, especially their 1-topping manager special and two for Tuesday special. Now that I live in Manassas, I'm no longer within their delivery area and that makes me sad. I'm far from a pizza snob, and I don't think where you live matters when it comes to great pizza (NY, Chicago, etc). I've had my worst pizza in NY, and my best pizza in AZ. With Bricks, it's just good food, plain and simple. There's something about the cheese and sauce that Brick's uses that makes their pizzas taste so good. Their website says they use 100% mozzarella, but maybe it's a mix of mozzarella and provolone? Whatever it is, it works. The crust is nice and chewy, and they're generous with the toppings. They may be a little more expensive than the chain stores, but it's worth it. The only thing that would make Bricks better would be if they used a coal or wood fired brick oven. Brick's delivery guy can run over my parents and entire family if it means the pizza is delivered on time. ;-) read more
