I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this Pizza Hut was bad enough that it needs to be said. We were "helped" by an older woman named Robin, and her customer service was honestly some of the worst I've ever experienced. From the moment we walked in, she clearly had no interest in acknowledging us. We stood at the counter and politely called out to her several times, and she literally kept her back turned to us, ignoring us like we weren't even there. When she finally did come over, there was no greeting, no basic courtesy, nothing. Just attitude. When it came time to pay, she tossed the card machine toward us right as the tip screen popped up, which felt really passive-aggressive and unprofessional. On top of that, she kept giving us dirty looks, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable and awkward. I completely understand that people have long days and get tired, but basic respect and manners are not optional when you're working with customers. Being ignored, treated like an inconvenience, and then given attitude on top of it is unacceptable. Because of this experience with Robin, I honestly don't feel like coming back to this location. Had their "buffet". 5 out of 6 pizzas they had were covered with onion, of which I am allergic. The host said they don't take orders or suggestions. She was rude. Never apologized. I have never been treated this way. My husband and I found this Pizza Hut on our way back after a long hike on 7/25/25 and decided a quick, easy carryout meal was our best bet from our hotel room. From the very very beginning, there was a huge truck parked in the lot with a massive confederate flag flapping in the wind. I really should have known better at this point, but thought you can't judge an establishment by it's clientele. As black and brown people, we went next door to the gas station for a few brewskies, and waited until the racist was gone. When we entered, the hostess asked if we were sure we wanted to eat there, as it would be a 30 minute wait. Already tired, we assured her that we wouldn't mind waiting for our meal. We were immediately directed to sit at a small bench rather than welcome to one of the plentiful tables or booths that were available. Given the rush hour, we were surprised as space was not in short supply as there were only 2 families dining in. After about 10 minutes of waiting, a lovely family comes in and is asked by the hostess if they also were sure about ordering here as it would be a 30 minute wait. The father puts on a 5 star act, trying to joke that the wait would absolutely be unbearable, while really commiserating with the hostess about staffing limitations. She is more upset than ever. After 40 minutes of waiting, I inquire with a drive thru staff person about the status of our meal (hostess is unavailable although she hasn't even bothered to buss the tables of the 2 families who have long finished their meals by this time) and am told that it would be another 30 minutes. I chat with my husband and agree that we would rather request a refund than wait further as this was far and beyond the promised serving time. Our hostess appears and and I say, "Excuse me," and the hostess actually turns her back on me, retreating into the kitchen. I say "Excuse me, ma'am," and am still ignored. The drive thru staff person approaches again and I politely ask for a refund. We are hungry, and although we are tourists, do not have $40 to throw around for pizza including tip that I preemptively paid for. The hostess retreats further into the kitchen without saying a word, and 2 minutes later, the cook emerges with our meal. The cook says she can't offer a refund as the food had been ready for 5 minutes by the time I inquired about our meal (about 10 minutes since this point), and that the hostess just hadn't called it out. We take our meal without further noise. I truly believe had I not asked about the status of our meal, that we would never have been served at this establishment. Tourists, out of towners, or even just locals with the slightest bit of disposable income expecting dignity with your meal, DON'T come here. You will feel terrible about the experience you've imposed on yourself and your family as you eat tepid, bland, chain pizza. I should've purchased Hot Pockets at the grocery store and microwaved them in the hotel room. read more

First off Robyn is amazing. My son and I have gone to pizza hut for years and Robyn has always been our waitress. That was the good. Now to the bad. We ordered the special. Two large pizzas and bread sticks. Bread sticks were good. We ended up sending our pizza back for lack of sauce. Like literally no sauce. Robyn as always was amazing and had our pizzas remade. The second time there was ample sauce. That was the only good thing about the actual pizza. The quality of pizza hut pizza has continually gotten worse over the years. Tonight was the worse it's ever been. Just highly disappointed in it. The crust had a slight freezer burn taste to it and the cheese...I'm not even sure that was actually cheese. What is happening Pizza Hut? Is the Buttery crust of the famous pan pizza gone? No flavor in the crust and I even question if it was pan cooked. I also ordered a side of marinara and it was cold. Once in a while I treat myself to this childhood nostalgic pan pizza and this is far from what I remember and I feel the older I get the quality of Pizza Hut deteriorates. The only positive I can give (1 star) is that they didn't cheap me on the jalapeños which usually happens. Keep in mind this was an order of double the jalapeños to be safe. I'm surprised I'm writing a review for a pizza hut. I went in with very low expectations since my experience with the pizza hut in my home town has been pretty bad. But daughter wanted pizza and this was closest, so we went. But the food and service was so great. I mean, it's just pizza, right? But it was so good. Worst customer service I have EVER seen. We went through the Hut Lane and the older woman serving us didn't say a single word except to ask the name on the order. When she did ask for the name it was through a small crack in the window and I could barely hear her through her mask and the way she was speaking out the window. She shoved the pizza through the window and more or less dropped it the second I had a hold on it. Then she proceeded to slam the window shut without another word while I was attempting to tell her to have a good night. I sat at the window for a moment or two feeling quite stupid, wondering if I still had a receipt coming or if they needed anymore info from me regarding payment and such. I couldn't even leave a tip if wanted to... After a few awkward moments I assumed we could pull away and we left. I understand people being wary with Covid and all the new variants going around but I honestly have no explanation for why we were treated this way. The vehicle ahead of us seemed to have perfectly fine service. My choice to wear a mask in my vehicle or not should not affect the way I am treated. I saw this place has an awfully low number of stars, but I was too afraid to read why because we were so hungry after a day in the park. After a long first day at Glacier National Park, my friend Eric and I searched for a place to have dinner in Whitefish, Montana. Unfortunately, the two places we wanted to dine in were packed, so we decided to find a place we can eat in without having to wait an hour for a table and tried our luck with Pizza Hut in Columbia Falls. What I thought would be a routine experience turned out to be one we will never ever forget, because we met an absolutely phenomenal person there; her name is Robin. Eric and I have each travelled to many places here in the United States and internationally as well and we've never been treated half the way we have been tonight. Robin struck as a kind, cheerful, and generous person. She immediately made us totally feel welcomed and at home. She went above and beyond to making a simple dinner a very memorable one. During our brief encounter, we observed that Robin loves what she does, her company, her co-workers, her customers, our military veterans, her fellow human beings, and our country. She made us smile and laugh and touched us with her magnanimous attitude. I had tears in my eyes after she left our table. On our way out, we bade her goodbye and thanked her and she didn't fail to get us laughing again with her parting words. Pizza Hut is very lucky to have Robin who have been in their employ for over 26 years now, but we are the luckiest to have had the honor of knowing her. We wish her nothing but the very best! As I type this review I am still waiting for a delivery order I placed over 2 hours ago!!!! The first time they screwed up and marked it as a pickup order even thought they verified my home address. So now they offer to deliver a fresh order. Over an hour later still nothing!!! So I call again and NOW they dont have my home address. Three weeks ago I placed an online order that said it would be ready for pickup in 15 minutes. After 15 minutes I drove the mile and a half up to restaurant and it still wasnt ready!!!
