This Pizza Hut gets a bad rap. But honestly we order pizza from here more than any other place. Why? The price is right, man! The pizza is just okay, but I can handle that. It's really hard to mess up pizza. Cheese, bread, and sauce... but I'd like to give you a few tips on making your Pizza Hut experience the best it can possibly be. First, you have to use coupons. That's where the savings are. I generally go with some online deal and order it carry out. Second, thin crust all day. The thicker crusts never seem to satisfy me. They tend to have less sauce and cheese because the bread expands so much. Third, make sure you add a crust flavoring - I prefer garlic butter. If you take my advice here and you just want a quick and easy pizza party without forking over a ton and get a just okay pizza go with Pizza Hut. It's really not that bad. read more

Using the app, ordered pizza to be delivered at a specific time (5:30 pm). At 5:20, I received a text from Pizza Hut that my delivery was on its way. The Pizza Hut is at 900 South Caraway, my work (where I requested it be delivered) is at 1515 South Caraway I went to the door, expecting a delivery in just moments, since it was just one stop light away. At 5:57 pm, I called the store number to ask where my pizza was First call, I was put on hold, they never came back on the line for over 5 minutes. 2nd call, I was transferred to a manager, the manager tried to contact the delivery driver to no avail. Just a bucket full of nope. I'm not big on fast food/quick service/delivery chains, such as PIZZA HUT, because the quality over the years has taken a serious turn. Visiting from out of town and ordered two large pizzas, because it's late, I'm tired, don't feel like going out, and pizza is easy. Requested pan crust on both. I don't know if they were out of pan crust or what the deal was, but the crust we received was NOT pan. It was super sweet, dry, and disgusting - almost like hand tossed but with extra sugar. Instead of notifying us of the situation if they were out, I guess they just "winged" it and hoped we wouldn't notice. This is the reason why I stay far away from chains such as Pizza Hut. I love their pan crust, and the one time in YEARS that I order their pizza, they couldn't get it right. They had ONE JOB! ONE...JOB... Stay away. read more

Did an online order for pickup. Pizza was awful and the service even worse . The person working the window was absolutely non-communicative and very rude . The pizza was supposed to be ready within 20 minutes and took nearly an hour. And when we finally got it, all of the pizza was cold except for one. We will not be ordering from them again! read more

After waiting two hours for Dominos to never deliver my order, I decided to order from Pizza Hut. I was a bit apprehensive, because I hadn't actually eaten a Pizza Hut in years. They delivered in about 30 minutes, the pizza was hot, and the delivery driver was so nice. It was an experience I haven't had with dominos in a long time. We ordered the triple treat box tonight. The only treat was the cookie. The first pizza was supposed to be a thin and crispy pepperoni. We got a pan pepperoni with hardly any cheese. The second pizza was supposed to be a pan beef with light sauce. I got a sausage pizza drenched in sauce. So much so, the pizza was soggy. Oh and the breadsticks we ordered? Also wrong. We ordered the hut favorite sticks and got cold soggy cheesesticks. Most of it got thrown in the trash. What a waste. I called the manager and she offered to send us a new pizza. I did not fel like waiting another 50 minutes so she offered to refund our card tomorrow. We will see if that happens. I think we will stick to Dominos. read more

They literally took a hour and a half to bring 2 pizzas. The pizza was cut very sloppy I would not recommend.

When you order a cheap pizza simply because you have a coupon you expect lower quality ingredients on a lower quality crust. You can make it better by ordering extra sauce to mask some of that. It sucks when your order clearly says extra sauce and they put no sauce. Most frozen pizza is better than this. read more

I usually love pizzahut, but recently everything just went downhill. Yesterday, i placed an order but a woman told me there was no delivery driver and that she would void the order. On that order I used some of my hut rewards points for cinnamon rolls but they never voided the order and i never got my points back. Today, I tried ordering again to see if things would go differently but of course they didn't. i placed an order nearly two hours ago and the tracker still says they've only recieved my order. The employees were slow, could care less, had the dining room in a HUGE MESS!, wouldn't clean tables, and were all hanging behind the counter. Guy brought a tub for dishes, cleared off 2 tables, and LEFT THE TUB ON THE TABLE! The tub sat there the whole time we were in the restaurant, which was about 35-40 minutes. Manager was no help, he was joking around with them and NOT making them do their jobs! Took mom 10 minutes, 10 MINUTES!!!! to get a glass of WATER to drink!!!! Okay...it's Pizza Hut. You pretty much know what you are going to get--but do you? It has now happened twice for me: I place a delivery order that includes the cheese/bread sticks, and when the delivery guy shows up--no cheese sticks. After this most recent debacle I called the restaurant, only to be A) initially questioned as to whether or not I actually order the item in question, and then, B) being informed that they had "run out of bread/cheese sticks 2 hours ago". This was especially irritating because I had placed my order only 40 min before, and the rep had ASKED ME if I wanted them. I had been to this Pizza Hut many times in the past but hadn't been in a while since my town has one now. It hasn't changed much, maybe just a bit dirtier? Like seriously do they own a vacuum?? Walking in I notice how sad the salad bar is. Dried out white carrots, nasty. Oh well I wasn't wanting salad anyway! We're seated and a waitress takes our drink order. It is a whiiiiiile before we even get them. And ya know how you basically know what your getting before you step foot into the restaurant, I'm mean it's Pizza Hut, but still you're given a menu. She finally brings our drinks but doesn't take our order!! So we wait some more. Then a whole new waitress comes over to take our pizza order. But let me tell you that pizza was worth it. Sooo good. Except for two tiny pieces of onion on the pepperoni side that somehow managed to find their way onto a piece that made a whole area of my slice taste like nothing but onion. Ordered a Large extra pepperoni pizza with cheese sticks an a half salad. After waiting awhile we finally got our orders on a scale of 1-10 the food tasted around a 7. The ranch on the other hand is my fav thing about Pizza Hut it's what makes the pizza better than normal gotta have that dipping sauce to make up for the grease dripping all over the plate. The interior isn't kept up well when it comes to cleaning up after past customers. An after leaving expect to grab some antacids cause you will need them for all the grease you just consumed. read more

My latest experience of delivery from this location, was definitely not the best. I order breadsticks, that was it! The breadsticks had obviously been cut (not that they actually cut it all the way) on the same plate as the cinnamon sticks. The glaze and cinnamon had covered the breadsticks, which gave it a nasty flavor with the Parmesan cheese. read more

The waitress tried so I almost gave it a 2 star because of her but we went there and the dining area was a disaster and they did not have any clean tables. There "buffet" had no pizza or plates at it so literally everyone was just waiting and they would send out 1 pizza at a time customers of course attacked it like vultures. if i could give this a zero star review I would. last night it was pouring, so obviously I didn't want to leave my home (which is 4 mins away from this pizza hut) so i decided to order delivery online. the website told me it would take 55-65 mins to deliver my pizza, no biggie it's a friday ik they're probs busy. phone gets the notification (an hour later) that my food is out for delivery. so i'm waiting... 30 mins go by. I ordered my food at 7:50 pm by 9:00 pm it wasn't delivered. I called the store to ask where my food could possibly be, the woman told me that it was a THREE HOUR DELIVERY WAIT... excuse me? THEN proceeded to tell me that it I would've called I would've known how long the wait was...
