Spent over $100 and could not even a box to carry out our left over pizzas and wings. Would not even give out the corporate number to complain. Place very dirty and staff very rude when asked why. The buffet was pretty bad no silverware, only ranch dressing , just salad, cheese , and cucumber and tomato at the salad bar. Pizza was old, no tongs for the breadsticks and no water other than for additional purchase. When asked for a refund none was given. read more

I have never had a bad experience with this Pizza Hut till I spent 45 minutes on hold trying to change an order. The phone number sends you to an ordering center to then transfer you back to the restaurant to be put on hold. read more

Ordered my meal and it was nearly an hour before they finished making it and gave it to the driver. In the meal I tried their Big New Yorker pizza, which seemed enticing on the store page but upon opening it up I got a pizza that was paper thin, hard as a rock, and tasted like cardboard. It was literally a chore to finish a slice as it was the crunchiest pizza ever and didn't even taste good. Along with that I wanted to get a taste of there new chocolate donut bites, which were legitimately awful and left me with a stomach ache later in the day despite only sampling a few. read more

We brought a team of 11 to run in a Cross Country meet. When we got done we were headed to Pizza Hut. When we called to let them we were coming, they acted as if they didn't want our business. We were going to pick up our order to accommodate dining room not being open, which was fine we would eat at the park. Anyway when we ordered 8 pizzas we were told we couldn't order that many it would back them up. Obviously did not want our business. We won't be bringing a team there again. The service well there is none, the atmosphere is very bad, the place smells, my order was over cooked, we used to go there all the time was a awesome place to go to , I don't know what happened but I will never go back, not to mention the filters above the overs were gross and the employees never wore gloves or washed their hands when handling my food, just plain GROSS read more

This order was for carryout with curbside pickup so as per the sign on the door when I arrived I called the store to let them know I was there. They replied the pizza was not quite ready yet and would bring it out when it was. After about 25 minutes I called the store again to ask if my pizza was ready, they brought it right out. I got home and opened the box and the pizza was cold. I only live 1/2 mile from the store so it didn't get cold on the ride home. I can only guess that when the pizza was done they put it in a box set it on the counter and forgot about it because if they had put it in the hot box it would have not been cold when I got it home. I used my credit card here for a large pizza order... I rarely use use it and had a funny feeling when I gave the number out on the phone for delivery... then about 4 days later at 2:45 am I get a fraud alert. I don't have proof... yet...but it will be easily investigated and I will press charges for identity theft!!! read more

As previous Yelpers have commented, this place is great. The lunch buffet is tasty and fills you up. The lunch time manager is a great dude. Takes care of each customer very well. If your passing through Laramie and hungry, give this place a try. Side note, we came at the end of the lunch buffet and he manager let us take home the leftover pizza rather than throw it out. Concerning Pizza Huts, this one isn't great, in fact it isn't even good. The restraunt is tight, cramped, not very clean, and just overall not a solid place to get a bite to eat in Laramie. There are many many more options that are better. Their food isn't bad, in fact its about average for a Pizza Hut. The staff seems over worked. They're trying, trust me, but there just doesn't seem to be enough of them. I would suggest a different place to eat if you're driving through the area. Oh, and they do deliver, but they're not the upper level Pizza Hut, so they don't have wings. What a shame. read more

Pizza Hut is a chain restaurant so when going in there I was expecting decent at most, My fiance and I discovered much more. We came in during the last 20 mins of the lunch buffet and we were very welcomed. We were still allowed to eat even coming in so late. The pizza was still hot, the salad bar was still stocked and they even had butterscotch pudding! The price was very reasonable and the manager was amazingly nice. Since it was the end of the lunch buffet, he gave us the remaining pizza to take home which filled up two large pizza boxes (at no extra charge) and even after we were allowed to stay and eat. We were not rushed at all. The food was very good and so far it's the best buffet place (pizza at least) we have found in Laramie. read more

Yeah it needs a little work as far as interior design and curb appeal goes, but the pizza is always good and the customer service is consistently awesome. My mom and I enjoy coming here for the lunch buffet. One of the managers (I wish I knew his name!) always recognizes us and knows our drink and pizza order. He even brought a few fresh slices to our table once during the buffet. Really a friendly place! read more

On our last two visits, we received poor and slow service. They were out of personal pan pizzas this time. Food safety is not a priority as we saw ice being scooped with cups. Food is typical for a Pizza Hut. However, I've always experienced slow service, but it's made up for by a very friendly staff.

Not very pleased with this place. It is waaaaaay overpriced. Meals don't come with a salad bar. In fact, one trip to the salad bar is 4 bucks!!!! What a ripoff. Tear this place down and put up a proper place. It is ugly anyways. read more
