1/28/24 I ordered carry out from the Romeoville Weber store.I attempted to call the restaurant three times, a recording said line is busy please try again. No option to leave a message. I could not go back that same night. All three of my pizza's were unevenly cut with some sections that were not cut all the way through at all. One of my pizzas was terrible, mostly bubbled crust with very little toppings right in the center. read more

I have to say I had a great experience! We order form here a lot but usually delivery and I went in to pick up! Im sorry I did not get the name of the woman that helped me but it was a truly wonderful customer service experience. It smelled amazing when I walked in and we chatted and I truly walked out feeling like if I experienced that level of customer service or truly overall nice experiences it would make me a customer for life! Then I got home and ate and I kept saying this is so amazing tonight, the pizza and breadsticks were perfection! Thank you again and I will be loyal from now on so awesome!!!! read more

if I could give less than 1 star, I would. my husband ordered the "Big Dinner Box" for delivery today and we were left perplexed, frustrated, and disappointed by the outcome of our order. First, door dash delivered our order, not Pizza Hut, even though we ordered through the PH website. Second, we knew immediately that our order was incorrect as it did not come in the Big Dinner Box, but in all different containers. Third, the pizzas were made incorrectly - not the pan pizza that comes with that order, and incorrect toppings. When we called, an employee named Kaitlyn said our only options were a store credit for the incorrect pizza, or to have the order remade and us go pick it up. the whole reason we ordered delivery was because we couldn't go pick it up, and we wanted a full refund. she proceeded to put us on hold for over 10 mins, and not come back. read more

Today I tried to order on line at Pizza Hut in Romeoville but it wouldn't take my order so I called to place the order. On line the pizza was $14.99 but when I called and ordered the same pizza as the deal I was told it was $21.98. WOW that's sure a big difference between ordering on line or ordering by phone. Has anybody else experienced this? This is the second time we've had a problem with the same location and it will be the last. And I will be contacting the corporate office to ask if that's the way they do business. read more

This location is not consistent in delivering a good product or decent service. Our first order with them several months ago was fine and relatively satisfied with our first purchase, we decided to order from them again. The second order was completely cold and utterly tasteless - upon expressing our concerns to them, they invited us back with a couple of coupons, assuring us that our business was important and that we would have a better experience the next time. We decided to give them another chance and it was by far a big mistake. I called the store prior to my order because the coupons I had stated I couldn't use it with an online order and that I could only use one per visit. I explained this to the cashier and she took my order on the phone. We ordered a heart shaped veggie pizza, a large pan crust veggie pizza, and some breadsticks. I told the cashier at least three times on the phone that I had 2 coupons for the pizzas and she assured me that I could use both coupons in the same order/visit. Just a few minutes later, I realized that I forgot to tell the cashier to ensure the pizzas were uncut, so I called back. I spoke with another cashier on the phone who initially seemed to be unable to find my order, but then stated that he would ensure the pizzas were uncut and had made the notation. We arrived to the store to pick up our pizzas with our coupons. The cashier took one look at the coupons and stated that they could not be used together. I was utterly frustrated and indicated that I had called the store to place the order and clearly stated at least 3 times that I had 2 pizza coupons and was assured that they could be used together. The cashier went to the back to get another team member, who stated the same thing to me. I explained myself to him again, getting increasingly irritated at the lack of professionalism. He argued that it stated so on the coupon and I highlighted that I had mentioned that to the cashier on the phone several times when placing my order. He irritably went to get another team member who said the same thing to me and by this point, I was getting ready to walk out of the store without the pizzas. I restated my point and she said that she was unable to use both coupons on the same order. As I became more and more upset, she agreed to accommodate the order per the assurance we received on the phone and accepted both coupons. In the midst of this debate, the cashiers were chatting among themselves about an online deal that they weren't even aware of. Your store clerks don't even know the deals that are being offered? How unprofessional. When I checked the food, the heart shaped pizza was uncut but the large pizza had been cut. How is that even possible?! You clearly received the note to not cut the pizzas, but yet you cut one and not the other?! Deciding to not drag the matter on further, I left completely unsatisfied and unhappy. When we got home, we noted that the cheese had stuck to the top of the box as well - gross. Overall, our experience was not worthy of returning despite Pizza Huts attempts to assure us that our experience would be better the next time. The lack of customer service and unprofessionalism is paramount and I will not be returning again. read more

New owner to an old business....needs a lot of work! We were so excited to learn of a new pizza hut near our home in Romeoville! First time we tried we used the delivery service. Though ordering online is easy and they were on time, our pizza was cold and dried out! The cheese breadsticks were burnt and the cheese solidified to the sticks! We ate it anyway and figured we must have just been last on the delivery route. So this time we decided to use carry out and though it was the Super Bowl and we KNOW it was busy we were not expecting another lousy pizza! We ordered the hand tossed and what we got was I don't know what. It was thin and crispy with about a two inch wasted edge of crust. The ingredients were not proportioned right! The cheese and sauce was just in the center and it was not cooked properly! Having had the hand tossed before we know it's thicker than the thin and crispy but this was not it! The pizza was brought home which was less than a ten minute ride and was so horrible we made grilled cheese instead! So never again. I dont know who owns this if a franchise or what but they definitely do not live up to the same standards of other pizza huts. Very disappointing! read more

Food delivery order was wrong. Called store immediately after receiving delivery and was on hold for 24 minutes. Finally someone picked up and apologized and said new order would be delivered. NEVER received it!! Called back multiple times, and never answered the phone!! Never again!! read more

i go to this pizza hut quite often at night and everything is great. however - i did not like how i would only see the one girl in the back working. it would hurt my feelings quite a bit to see how they treated her because it reminded me of how i used to get treated at my old job. you should all be working together.... the treatment is very unfair. one person shouldn't be doing more work than the other. i never knew her name up until recently when i came in and asked. this girls name is emily. so emily - you're so amazing ! your doing very great at your job. i appreciate you always making my food well and on time ! stay strong kiddo , it will get better. read more

This was their 2nd chance. I still haven't received my money back from 7 months ago. Pizza came quickly. But it was under cooked. Raw dough in the middle. Dont waste your money on the cheese filled cheese-its. Either it's a terrible recipe, or these guys in Romeoville did it wrong. I am on here because tellpizzahut.com website won't take the code at the bottom of my receipt. I couldn't complain to them so here I am.. If I can post a picture, I will prove it. Ordered after they first opened, got a couple pizzas and some bread sticks. Pizzas were not what we ordered, but we gave them a second chance, it confirmed my one star review. We got two pizzas and two bread sticks delivered. We we ordered the app said 45 minutes, actual time two hours!!! When they left the order at our door, they only delivered one pizza and one bread. When we called to let them know, they said they couldn't send another because they were closing but would give us a refund and a free cheese with our next order. They, of course, never refunded our order. DO NOT order here, they are horrible, and basically steal from you!!! read more

DO NOT ask for a delivery service here any more, Never ever going back to this pizza hut, After placing an order for delivery, an hour later I called to see where my order is, apparently the delivery guy went to the wrong house to deliver they claimed that was the address I put in in the order, have no clue where the address they are talking about came from. So I said since I already pain online can you deliver it to the correct address, he said NO and that I have to go and pick it up myself, when I asked for the manager he said he was the manager!!!! So I drove to pick up my order, I found out that he was NOT the manager it was all a lie, another lady who was there told me that she was the only manager!!!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. read more

THEY DONT DELIVER TO A BUSINESS 2 miles away from them? Are you serious? We were going to give a lot of money to this new local romeoville Pizza Hut and they told us no and that they can't. Then the manager whoever he is is horrible. He doesn't know how to talk on the phone and should not be a manager. He started to try to tell me about their policy as if I care. All I care about is getting my pizza from Pizza Hut to my business. We wanted to give them business but they don't deliver down the street. How disappointing. They need to do better and whoever the owner of this place is please start delivering At least 2 miles down and tell your manager working there is horrible.
