An impressively disorganized experience. My order arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes late, was cold, and was missing one pizza. I attempted to call the store to resolve the issue and was hung up on twice, which did not inspire confidence. I went to the location and found approximately 10 customers waiting, several of whom mentioned they had been waiting over an hour just to pick up their orders. Only two employees were working, and customers were largely being ignored. At one point, another customer observed that orders were being marked as "completed and ready for pickup" despite clearly not having been started yet. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told the employee was the manager and that she "didn't have time" to address my issue. When she did engage, the conversation was dismissive and focused on excuses rather than solutions, including placing blame on the other employee instead of taking responsibility. Despite being at least two hours behind, the store continued accepting new orders. I asked how this was being managed and received no clear explanation. I requested a refund, which the manager stated had been processed, though no confirmation was provided. As I was leaving, several customers canceled their orders, which was perhaps the most coordinated moment of the evening. This wasn't dinner--it was a masterclass in how to lose customers forever. Corporate was called AND emailed... not just by me, but by the others that left upset by this service as well. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want rude service or missing items from your order that will arrive cold. What a joke. read more

We haven't order pizza in a long. Called ordered medium pizza and wings. The guy on the phone is nice, can tell he is trying. He told us the order takes 15 mins, they might call us. We were in the area already, sit in the car in front of the Pizza Hut waiting. I did put my timer on for 15 mins. Time up! We went in to pick up our order. The girl work there locked the door. We knocked like 5 times, she opened the door then said the pizza and swing throw it away and we call you. "I have my timer 15 mins" which means you finished early but said 15 mins. How's that customer problem! The girls work there were so lazy didn't even open the door. Can't hear anything from inside when she trying to communication with without open the door. When she came finally (after 5 times knocked door) with so much attitude and rude. How did she expect us to hear her from inside?! Common sense is gone in this world. Haven't had Pizza Hut in such a long time but decided to order a pizza for dinner and came to this Rowland Heights location. Not too hard but I do miss how Pizza Hut use to be a sit-down pizza store. It has changed its ways and will probably never go back to that style. The pizza store itself is small and it's just to pick up your food and take it back home. I got a medium size pizza with mushrooms and bell peppers. Overall I sometimes just crave a pizza from time to time and this one was the closest around me at the time. Picked up in 15 mins from same young lady (I think) receipt says Jacob, but she didn't look like a Jacob. Personal pizza was a lil fluffy on the bottom, with a crispy edge. $9 for a personal pizza and diet Coke. Cheep and delicious. My only critisism: no lunch special- I was willing to buy the same items with a small salad. I know keeping small salads fresh isn't easy, so im not hurt over it, just was willing to spend more to have it. Great job like always Pizza Hut! Worst pizza and wings ever! I called and ordered a large Hawaiian, a personal pepperoni and 18 wings. For that I was charged $56.60. Then they charged me a $6.99 delivery fee because they used Door Dash to deliver the food! Including tax it all came out to $69.79. Really! That's ridiculous! The large Hawaiian was the size of most medium pizzas at a pizzeria and the toppings, what toppings. A slice or two pieces of pineapple here and there and the Canadian bacon was non existent. I also asked for it to be extra crispy. I've had cooked spaghetti that was crisper. I've learned my lesson, no more pizza from a pizza chain, from now on, only family owned pizzarias. read more

This Pizza hut didn't disappoint, had our order finished by the time we arrived, and included all the sauces we requested. As for the ordering itself, however, do note that the "deals" often exist more than advertised because they charge for additional toppings on the pizzas. I typically enjoy this location. They have been pretty consistent with my orders, but today, the two people working on 12/21/2024 at 2pm were not it. Lady told me I had to pay extra for marinara sauce with my breadsticks which I know is not true (my online order said "with marinara sauce"). Didn't even try to fight it because I guess they were busy. Not to mention it took them almost 15mins for them to acknowledge and help anyone in the front. Terrible service from those two. read more

There is a tv screen showing the current orders, customer's name, and indicates if the order is ready. When you pick up the order, they ask for your name. ::Food:: We ordered a Medium Pizza with marinara sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and garlic buttery hand tossed crust. I do not recommend this place. I ordered the pizza through my phone. my phone says food is ready so i start driving to the location which took about 5-10 min. i get there and they say the pizza is not ready and it should be ready in 5 min. i wait another 15 min and i get my food. So i'm like whatevers. Then i get home and the pizza is cooked but looks like a day old pizza that they just microwaved. The cheese was not stretchy... the cheese just cuts.... the pizza is not cold but not hot either. I called and asked what specials were available. The girl said they had two medium 2 topping pizzas for $10.99 each. I placed my order for the first pizza pepperoni and mushrooms, the next ham and mushrooms. I was told that my order would be $26.12. The total sounded incorrect, so I asked the employee to verify. She repeated the total. I asked what the additional charge was to which she said there was no additional charge. When I paid I noticed a $1.87 SERVICE FEE. Since I picked up my order using my own vehicle and gas I asked what the reason for the fee was. The girl then brought her manager who was extremely rude and said "It's a fee for doing business in California, and ALL Pizza Huts in California charge it and have for the last six years ". Clearly this has nothing to do with Covid, and no other business has such poor practices. I arrived home with the pizzas. They each had about 12 to 14 mushroom pieces. The ham was julienned in thin strips and maybe had 1 to 2 ounces, there were literally 12 pieces of pepperoni on the other. Needless to say, I will be calling corporate regarding this experience, but I feel everyone should know that Pizza Hut has been defrauding it's customers in California for six years. For the record, I don't work for this location, but I have known people that do work for this company. I would just like to say this location is one of the best Pizza Huts in the area. Rarely will you see two sides to every story. The management is kind and friendly, and do their best to help customers when something goes wrong. The employees take their job seriously and take pride in their work. "Hiccups" can hardly be blamed on employees, especially when they have gone through every method of contacting the customer, and the customer provided an incorrect phone number, making it impossible to fix any situation. Sometimes orders run long, I mean do you really expect that you are the only person in the city ordering pizza at dinner time? Employees give an estimated time, not an exact-to-the-minute. They are also dealing with rush hour traffic and trying to drive safely. Finally, a fun fact, if you order a mushroom pizza... Expect there to be "hair" in it. Its a common phenomenon with mushrooms, just google it. Employees at this location take pride in their product and in their personal hygiene as well. How else would they always have an A rating, even though they are inspected at least once monthly? Be kind to each other, realize that we are all human, mistakes are made.
