I ordered over the computer and it didn't do as well as I expected it to. I did ask for exercise and apparently whoever made the pizza didn't see it saying extra sauce and I asked for thin crust and I gave me another kind of crust so the pizza wasn't that great The service wasn't that great either I asked for curbside I had to go in to get my order the next time I order there I guess I'll just have to go in and place my order in front of him so he can read my lips read more

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a meat lovers pizza with jalapeño and when I got the pizza the only toppings on it was pepperoni and beef. Got home and realized so we called and spoke with a younger white female manager, told her the situation and all she offered was the bare minimum of remaking the pizza as it was ordered. This type of error and inconvenience and there was nothing offered except doing it right the second time. Yes, after the inconvenience of driving back to the location we got the remake and there was little to no toppings of the meat lovers. Ridiculous. The manager needs customer service training and a life experience because offering the bare minimum when the wrong was made on their service position is an outstanding failure in the food industry. After about 10 minutes she returned to tell us that our pizza was given away to someone else and asked us to wait 10 minutes while our pizza is made. About 15 minutes later our pizza is brought to us. The pizza was great delicious and not too cold or dry since it was freshly made however stars fall since they failed to have our pizza ready at the given time and was handed off to someone else. They have two spots available, but when you pull up and tap "I'm Here" on the app, all you will see are the employees chatting amongst each other. When I do curbside in Castroville, someone is out in a very timely manner. Normally, I'm fine with going on to pick up my pizza, but due to recent surgery, it is uncomfortable for me to enter and exit my car. The location was not busy. I ordered the Detroit style pizza deal with wings and used reward points for breadsticks for carry out. The breadsticks we received were so badly burnt they were inedible. When I tried to call to complain, I was on hold for 23 minutes before they hung up on me. I know they hung up on purpose because the person who answered the phone didn't put me on hold and I could hear the conversations. They were laughing that I had asked for a manager, then I heard another person saying "I ain't fixin to talk to that lady" then 10 minutes later the one who answered the phone asked if he should just hang up and they went back and forth on it for a minute and then ung up. Ordered our correction order from 5/21/21 On the phone ordered the same thing we ordered last time 2 mediums five deal ($7) each The man who took the order said it was a total of 16 something and we had a $15 credit. I got there and "manager" Devon said no it's 16 something I need to pay... I said I even said on the phone it's only like a dollar I'll just pay it there and he said that's fine... manager Devon says no we don't have that deal anymore... Received one of the worst services from this pizza hut. The order of wings ordered along with a pizza had about four wings and a few left over crumbs. The box seemed empty, and when we contacted the manager he offered a deal next time we placed an order. Come to find out it's the same deal we would get by ordering from the app. There is plenty of pizza restaurants in the area now, I would recommend ordering from somewhere other than this pizza hut. read more

We ordered the new Big Dipper box. Half pepperoni half cheese. Now the commercial shows it being cut into little rectangles. Our pizza showed up cold, not cut, and there was a piece missing from the middle as if our driver had ate it. When we called to talk to the manager they laughed and hung up. When we tried to call the general manager the manager had stated we never ordered. When we brought in pictures and the pizza untouched they still tried to say we didn't order it from them even with their address on the paper. This is the 3rd time that I place a delivery order and I received a text that the driver was on the way. 45 minutes later the order arrived (I live 4 minutes away) I understand other orders are being delivered however, that does not make it acceptable for my order not to be hot.
