Our pizza was burnt. All the toppings were black. There was the thinnest layer of sauce you'd have to use milliliters to measure the drops. Cheese was fried off. A good option Tonight, we ordered a large pizza for carryout to satisfy our granddaughter, half with pepperoni and half just cheese. She liked it. I like pizza with more toppings, but having my slices covered with pepperoni was ok. I initially tried to order online. They show a variety of specialty things and it took me a minute to figure out how to just order a basic pizza. What I didn't figure out was getting past a problem adding the pizza to the cart. I gave up and just drove over. When I arrived, there were two employees talking with each other and they ignored me, but someone in the back spoke up and said someone would be with me. A nice lady came around and took my order and my money, and I took off to pick up something from Walmart. When I returned my pizza was ready. I headed home, this is strictly a takeout / delivery operation. It was a good option and it all disappeared. read more

I ordered 2 Meat Lover's® Melts in the amount of 25.02, and tipped 20%. The delivery never made it and was out for delivery for over an hour, so after I realized they were not coming, I cancelled the order because I had to head to Missouri, and they charged me but never returned my money. After talking to dispatch and the store, they told me they got busy. I have switched to Dominoes after all this mess. They wont return my calls, or my money, and sent a message to corporate who said they contacted the store to call me, and still have not reached out almost 2 weeks later. Obviously they don't care about the customer, or their missed delivery. read more

I love Pizza Hut. I came in and was given a coupon pamphlet by the owner. He told me they will honor those coupons all the time (a lunch deal in particular) that I am welcome to use whenever and no coupon is required. I said great! But every time I come here I have to haggle with whoever is at the counter that the owner told me they are supposed to honor it anytime, and they tell me they need the coupon until finally they let me. I wish I wouldn't have to do this every time I come otherwise I love the pizza here. read more

The delivery girl felt like it was ok to keep saying F word in front of my small children. When I called to tell the manager he didn't seem to mind or try to give any compensation for there horrible service. Ordered extra sauce and garlic crust, got neither. Hardly any toppings on the pizza. Only ordered Pizza Hut because of a good deal on app yet their app isn't that great and the pizza is just okay. The girl that works there is a completely useless waste of space. She ignored us when we walked in because She had her little boyfriend behind the counter KISSING HER when we walked in and was rude to my fiancé when she finally acknowledged us. If I knew how to contact the owner of this place I would. We had to go pick up our pizza after 1 hour and a half of them "not being able to find our address" even though they have delivered to us multiple times. When we asked for a refund, it was refused. On Monday December 24 at 6:53 PM I ordered a pizza that according to them should be ready at 7:10 PM. When I arrived at the place at 7:15 PM there was a sign indicating that it was closed. Inside the store there were two workers, a lady with long blond hair and an African-American gentleman. I knocked repeatedly at the door but they ignored me. At that moment a deliveryman arrived at the scene and he told me that they were closed and that SHE was going to throw away all the pizzas that were ordered. I understand that on December 24 the establishments close early so that workers enjoy their family dinner, that is very good. But in that case the rules of professionalism establish that customers must be previously notified in order to avoid this type of annoyance. So, if they knew they were going to close the store at 7 PM why they admitted the online order at 6:53? Also, Why one of the representatives who was inside and saw me knocking on the door did not come to explain the situation? The answer is one: Lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. read more

I am very upset right now that I was basically called a liar. I ordered 3 bottle waters and charged for them to go along with my order. I am sick of juice and my water filter needs to be changed making our drinking water taste discusting. I called to make aware of the mishap and I was told that I was not charged for them and it was not on the reciept. My total was only $29. Funny because my emailed one has them on there and my card was charged the $34 not the $29 like he told me. I am very upset I was not believed. I was quoted delivery time at 3:10 and it was 3:35 when my food showed up. I was so excited my food was here I didn't realize my water wasn't until I got my plate ready. I tipped $8 cash even after waiting the extra time. Needless to say I don't appreciate not being believed when I have the proof right in my email. I am still debating on going down there, but I will allow my anger at this situation calm first before I go and show them I just hope the give me a little better customer service when I show up, and we can get this problem resolved. I've been ordering from this location from the past year and I've never had any problems. I hear people complain about this place but I don't see what the issue is. I order my food and get it hot and fresh every time and the employees are nice to me and know my name every time I come in. I would highly recommend stuffed crust if nobody has tried it and their boneless honey barbecue wings are great and delicious. I'm sorry Domino's but Pizza Hut has my business now. read more

We ordered and paid for a large, but received a medium. We thought it looked small, but didn't think to check whether it was the right size until after dinner. (We only order pizza when we are way too hungry to cook, so box measuring pre-meal just isn't going to happen.) We called Pizza Hut and asked about size. (12 inches for medium, 14 for large.) They said if the pizza was gone we were out of luck. No money back for the size difference, no freebies, no vouchers, nada.
