Look first off turn your ovens up, or stop pulling pizzas early stuff is not cooking correctly. Second why is Pizza Hut charging me a delivery fee? You don't deliver Door dash does and if they don't get a 18% tip they won't deliver and I'm forced to pick up. Probably one of the worst experiences I've had at a a Pizza Hut. To begin with, the middle aged lady who attended had horrible customer service. She was extremely rude and had no patience when we were ordering. After waiting for over 30 min we finally got our order. We were trying to pay for more ranch and the middle aged lady was trying to over charge us for extra ranch. Her coworker, who was very nice, tried explaining to her that we were paying for extra ranch but she mentally could not understand. She wanted to charge us again for the ranch we had payed for already. We left without getting the extra ranch despite paying for it again! Overall great customer service I place my orders through the mobile app and you get an email of an estimated pick up time which is neat. The workers are nice and you always get greeted when you enter this establishment. One thing to note is that they now sell the crushed pepper and cheese but what I like is that they come in little containers and you can keep refilling them. read more

I showed up when they stated it would be ready it was a big crowd outside waiting I said oh no not again. The guy states he can't see my credit then he stated he seen I had $10 credit ok forget it $7.35 right I put in my debit card and boom $17.35 on the receipt. We have been going to this Pizza Hut in Wickenburg, AZ for as long as it came to town! Last night was the worst Pizza Hut pizza we've ever had! I went and picked up our Hawaiian pizza, looked inside the box and was left almost speechless by the lack of toppings! I asked the gal who was helping me, Taylor, (also the manager), what happened to the toppings? I told her the pizzas are supposed to look like the commercials on TV! Her response floored me! "That's just to entice customers!" I was also told they do a "portion control!" Brought the pizza home, the crust was really greasy (more so than normal)! My Mother's slice had 4 thinly sliced pieces of Canadian bacon (1/4" thin) and 2 thin pieces of pineapple! My slice had 3 pieces of each! It was terrible! My Mother called the store to talk to the store manager (Taylor), was told she was out of the building. When would she be back? Stutter began! He was told we'd be back over there to get a full refund of the pizza! We love Pizza Hut Pan Pizza's, but until will be a cold day in hell before we give you any more business! Before placing an order online ensure you call on the phone to make sure they are open. In town visiting family, ordered pizza online so it would be ready when I arrived as my 2 year old was very hungry. Upon arriving at the schedule time for pick up as email had stated, I found the door locked. Business opened at 11:00am and when I arrived it was 12:30pm. Knocked on door with no response even though I could see workers in the facility. Returned to my car and called. When the lady answered the phone explained I was trying to pick up my order and their doors were locked. She said yes we have had a mishap but are working on getting the ovens fired up. I can understand things happen beyond control but if online orders have been placed call the customers and let them know what is going on. It is very frustrations to drive to a location to pick up an order to find the business closed. Isn't that why the online form asks for phone number and email address? Also, place a sign on the door for other guests if they have to close within normal business hours. To me this should be basic 101 customer service. Being my 2 year old was starving at this point and wanting pizza drove down the road and found a local pizza place. While waiting in line I was talking to another guest about my experience at Pizza Hut. The lady at the register had over heard us talking, when I went to place my order she asked me what had happen. I told her and she said that is very typical for that particular Pizza Hut. She said a customer come in one day in a panic as she had pre-ordered pizzas for a baby shower at Pizza Hut to find they were closed when she went to pick up her order. This particular Pizza hut is absolutely the worst. I have been a long time delivery customer as I have 3 teenage boys that like pizza. The mess started 1 month ago with 2 deliveries taking an hour and 20 min each. The manager offered me a credit for the next time. So 2 weeks later I call & order on the credit. We wait 1hr 30 minutes and call back to find out where the order was and found out they lost the order.so now they say we are going remake it and get it right out to you. Another 1hr 30 min passed and no pizza! Three hours since I ordered. So I have to take my kids back to their mom and leave for Taco Bell. As I'm in the drive thru the pizza hut driver calls me & is at my house. Driver says I'll just take it back and redo your credit. I called & ordered today to redeem the credits. Arrived at the Pizza Hut at 5:10 PM on Saturday. I ordered four personal pan pizza's that I was guesstimating should've took anywhere from 20 to maybe 30 minutes. I went to the Walgreens to pick up a prescription also to the Dollar Tree , I came back to the Pizza Hut and our food still wasn't ready. One hour went by and still no food . The restaurant was so crowded inside with hangry dissatisfied customers that there was nowhere to sit or stand so we had to wait outside mind you it's 108° . Thirty more minutes went by and after sweating in the sweltering heat I go back inside fighting through the crowd to get to the front counter just to get no response from anyone.
