I asked to speak with the manager, Dana Alger, hoping the situation would be handled professionally, but unfortunately the interaction with management was no better. The employee involved was Samantha Billy. Food safety, respectful customer service, and professionalism should be basic expectations. Instead, I left extremely disappointed by both the sanitation issue and the way the situation was handled. I will also be reporting this experience to the appropriate corporate and health department channels.
