this place is more like a 3.5 out of 5 stars. i ended up getting 2 slices for around 12 bucks. yes, i know i can get a whole costco pizza for less than that, but i value the variety. One was a korean style pizza and the other was a bbq style pizza. Both were great and delicious. While there was a line, it didn't take too long to place the order and i think most of the pizza slices are already premade, so they simply need to heat it up in the oven. Overall, didn't need to wait too long. Honestly, the best thing about this place is the sitting in the dining area.... lol, i know it sounds weird to rank the dining area of a mall, but its actually pretty nice, since in the center they have an outdoor area with plants and its gives off a nice vibe. read more

TLDR; This place gives food poising I am not normally one to check reviews at a mall but this place is especially bad. To start, got a slice of pepperoni pizza and an Italian Sausage pasta. Both tasted exactly like how they looked; reheated, dry food that's been sitting out. It's the 4th of July weekend and went here as I'm not big for lines and everywhere else was packed. Went to watch a movie after, and 5 times from half way through the movie to leaving had I thrown up, bad, with a pounding migraine and diarrhea. For those who haven't experienced it,the food court in North Park Center is a very pleasant place. In the past,the problem has been choices. I was glad to see a new Pizza choice in Leilani. It's hard to find by the slice in Dallas so I decided to give them a try. All of their different Square slice offerings are laid out,ready for you to choose. I went for the Vodka Sausage and was happy with it. I ask them to leave it in the oven longer than usual to get it extra hot, which they did. I also added an arugula salad. The salad was super generous but impossible to eat from the container. So it hit me I could pour it onto the cardboard pizza lid for convenience. It worked perfectly and I enjoyed my slice and salad while people watching in the beautiful food court area . Overall I was happy with my lunch and really only have one piece of feedback for the operation. For one meal there is a tremendous amount of waste. Easy to order and delicious! They have a variety of unique flavors lined up to view and then you order with the cashier. The young working was so sweet when taking my order and got me my drink. Waited about 8 minutes for them to warm up the slice and package it up. Plenty of seating at the mall food court and loud but that's definitely to be expected. Pizza was very good, but saucy but tasted fresh and well seasoned. I wanted to shout out the staff though, they were so sweet! Easy ordering. Walk through the line & you get to see what the pizza looks like before ordering. After you order, you wait for them to heat up your pizza slices in the oven. Nice & simple. Wild mushroom pizza was fine. I liked the little touch of sweetness & the arugula was good on top. The artichoke & spinach pizza was NOT good to me at all. I have a friend who recommended it for me (which means there are people who like this pizza) but I PERSONALLY was just not a fan... Pizza is ok. I wouldn't get it again but that's just me. read more

Leila has fantastic pizza in the mall food court! They have several unique offerings as well as traditional. I've tried the pepperoni and the vodka sausage. Both were wonderful. Their pizza has a thicker pan style crust. They have a great special that includes 2 slices (mix & match) and a drink for $13. The cashier was friendly. We received prompt service. You can sit in the food court, which is typically crowded. There's an atrium in the center of the food court that is surprisingly pretty quiet. read more

I had high expectations for this locally run pizza spot in the North Park food court, but sadly did not it measure up. First, I will say that the staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered one slice of New York style cheese. Let me say that adding something besides cheese may help the overall balance of flavor which was lacking on this slice. The sauce tasted like it came straight out of a spaghetti jar and unfortunately the crust did not make it through the reheating process very well. The crust was a nice thickness but overall lacking in flavor and the bottom was not crispy but rather very chewy and almost hard to bite through. The cheese was probably the overall best part of the slice. The owners might do well to take a road trip up to Golden Triangle Mall (Denton) to experience a slice of Italia Express pizza, taking specific notes on how they rewarm the pizza on a stone oven to provide a nice crisp crunch while allowing the other part of the dough to remain soft. I will say that the toppings at Leila are certainly much higher quality but they could improve with a fresher, well seasoned pizza sauce as well as changes to reheating processes. read more

Husband and I went to try this new pizzeria inside the North Park mall food court and it was amazing!! The pizza is delicious, way too good for a food court. They give you the option to try their spicy marinera sauce or regular, of course we tried the spicy and IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! the menu is easy to read they have a variety of pizza options with so many different types of toppings. The service is incredibly friendly and easy going, the ambiance is well you know it's a food court in a very popular mall so they may a wait but it is well worth the wait. I hate that I didn't take a picture of the pizza but we got the Grandma (it's their version of a margherita pizza) 12 inch pizza and we also tried the fried mozzarella cheese and they were absolutely amazing! I've never heard of Pizza Leila until now. It is a new spot located inside the mall. They offer the classic flavors of pizza. However, their specialty pizzas were different and amazing. I had the Korean BBQ Kimchi and the Roasted Elote flavors. If you're like me, trying a different take on classic comfort food is something that I enjoy. The noise level was typical for a mall setting but it didn't detract from the overall experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It only took me about 7 minutes from the time my order was placed until I received it. Awesome pizzas! The crust is so airy and delicious. My favorite is the butcher and the hot buffalo chicken.

It really wasn't worth it for the price. We spent over $50 on a large pizza which is a little ridiculous to begin with. I'm personally not a fan of super thick crust pizza but I was aware of that going in. I got a gluten free crust and the texture reminded me of a biscuit. The pizza toppings in general were mostly sauce and not enough cheese. Whether you're looking for good mall pizza or something a little more high end, I think this misses the mark read more

I purchased a slice of pizza at leila in north park mall on 10/3/24 and it sucked first off it looked like it had been setting out all afternoon I purchased a slice of the butcher pie he placed it in the oven I'm thinking that the ovens at least going to be up to temperature so after a few minutes I get the slice proceeded to the counter picked up the box no heat from the container opened the pizza box and it looked the same as before he placed it in the oven it had a very slight warm temperature what a waste of hard earned money down the drain I personally think that the servers need more training also shouldn't be serving pizza that looked like it's been sitting on display for hours on end people can't afford to be just wasting money on food let alone anything of service to be let down I give them no stars never again could hv went to little ceasers the pizza pops are better than this thanks but no thanks read more
