My daughters and I were craving good quality Pizza and we found this authentic Italian hidden gem in Weston. It's a cute casual boutique style pizza restaurant with a nice variety of pizza and pasta dishes! We had their gnocchi pesto pasta. Their pesto sauce is very light and yummy. We also had a delicious mozzarella and buffalo cheese pizza. My girls loved it! And lastly, a fresh arugula burrata salad that was tasty. We would definitely visit again. The food was delicious but some of the worst service I've had in a very long time. The chef himself was very nice and the food was yummy but the two waitresses that were working provided terrible service. Probably won't come back based on this. Just my husband and I, a minute ago we came in the restaurant and as soon as we step inside the restaurant we were told that a group of 20 people were coming in! What the heck! I honestly believe that they should place a paper on the door just to let customers know that they had a private activity. It was so ridiculous the way they handle it, never again. Excelent little spot in Weston. Amazing service, they are real Italian, and use only Italian ingredients that come from Italy. I want to be very redundant with this, because the taste and the quality is unbelievable. They do have great wines, pizza, desserts, calzone, salads and excellent service, to say the least. Have to give them a 1 star review they open at 1130 which means you think prep would be done ovennon and hot well at 1220 on a Saturday guess what the oven is t on and I'm told to come back next time.. Well wait YOU OPEN AT 1130 AM YOUR OVEN SHOULD BE HOT AND YOU SHOULD BE READY TO SERVE FOOD. This shows bad management bad ownership I doubt I'm ever gonna come back to even try this place. Such a hidden gem in Weston! I think the name throws people off because it sounds like you might not get delicious and authentic Italian food! That is not the case here. We had 3 different pizzas which were all fantastic and a fresh mushroom truffle pasta which was amazing ! My favorite pizza had a pistachio pesto which was so delicious and unique. The pasta was OKAY but the service is what really got me. My boyfriend went to this place earlier and told me how good the place was, so I was excited to try it. The waitress was extremely sweet. I was really in the mood for a creamy pasta, they had one option but it didn't have any meat in it. I asked if I could add chicken to it and the waitress said she would have to ask the owner. The owner came to our table and said he could not add the chicken into the pasta and I said okay. I asked if they didn't have the chicken and he said no, I'm just not adding it to that pasta. I wanted to eat and I just agreed. He went into a rant in Italian about how could I do that and it would ruin the pasta. I understood and I was offended. It didn't seem like much when I pulled up. What a gem. I went with the recommendation from my server (very nice) for a dish that wasn't on the menu. I had rigatoni with an andouille tomato sauce and 2 garlic rolls (because 1 wouldn't be enough). Portion size was just right. And surprise on Wednesday they have a 20% off special open until 8pm. They are super busy which is good, but not so good if you can't handle the work. The staff is not on the same page and the cooks do not listen to the girls upfront. I waited over an hour For my order, was told that they lost it. The young woman upfront kept asking multiple times and not one of the cooks gave any attention to her. It got to the point she had to take her mask off and shout out the order and total tunnel vision in what they are doing not being aware of their surroundings or Coworkers. One gentleman who supposedly has been there for five years tall man extremely nasty even while speaking with the manager he kept trying to escalate the situation poking at it walking by and making unprofessional comments though he was a child not getting his way. I would not recommend anyone to go there maybe it was just a bad experience but it will be the last bad experience I ever have there. I have eaten here many times and loved the pizza. Tonight I ordered Tiramisu. I was so disappointed. This is a 2" x 2" piece of tiramisu. I called the restaurant to see if it was a mistake. The manager would not get on the phone just yelled in the background that's the size that they serve. For eight dollars this was a rip off. I used to like this restaurant a lot but this is ridiculous. I don't mind paying for quality but the portion has to be reasonable which it definitely is not. If the customer service was handled better and the manager thought it was important enough to at least get on the phone, maybe I would feel differently. Most Italians I know deal with a little bit more respect. Surprised and let down. read more

FINALLY, an authentic Italian pizzeria! The decor is modern and the menu is plentiful. They have a good variety of pizzas to choose from. The pizza has a nice char along the edges, the cheese is fresh mozzarella or buffalo, and it is very light. You don't feel full after eating an entire pizza. I dined at Pizza Lovers Bistro second location at 1860 North Nob Hill Road Plantation Florida 33322. The larger kitchen at this location allows for an expanded menu. I had an appetizer of grilled calamari over a bed of arugula, a delicious welcome changed for the usual fried. For the main dish a whole steamed Branzino with grilled vegetables. Dessert was a sumptuous made on premises Tiramisu. One of the finest meals I have had anywhere. Everything is made on premises from the pasta to the tiramisu. This is a sorely needed breath of fresh air in Plantation. Say goodbye to microwaved frozen foods. Give Pizza Lovers a try for freshly prepared healthy Italian food. The pizza is fantastic too, but this is so much more than a pizzeria. Be sure to ask about the daily specials. You won't be disappointed. Enjoy. read more
