Amazing pizza , can't go wrong picking this place! Ordered it for delivery and it got there quickly.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I guess you truly pay for what you get and I got the worse food experience ever. I had ordered a customized pasta and the first time it was made it was incorrect and came out really poorly made. Pasta was over cooked and really soggy and mushy and it was missing one topping which was the bacon and so I asked them to remake it and the second time it was made it came out wrong again with a different sauce and missing two toppings. So I requested a refund but the Manager was giving me a very hard time over the phone and he had pushed really hard saying that they had made it correct and that I was in the wrong and I had kindly asked to give me back my refund and leave it at that because I was so fed up with how wrong they were making it for me and so I go in person to refund the food and the manager was already probing around the food and accusing me of taking out the two missing toppings that were missing and he had agreed to issue me the refund but in the end he tells me to never order from them again. This was from the owner of the restaurant and I have never came across such a horrendous experience. For you to tell me the order was correct when clearly but wasn't and he didn't even give me the full refund he didn't include tax but at that point I just wanted to get the hell out because the owner was incredibly condescending and rude. I'll gladly not return to this place and hope all the workers know they do not need to deal with that type of monstrosity of a boss if he treats his customers like he did with me because he was scolding them so hard in front of me I felt bad for them. Don't come here you're better off getting your pizza and pasta fix else where! read more

If the house is eating take-out, 7 out of the 10 times a month we do, it's pizza man. I personally love the Red Dragon (reminds me a bit of sushi, honestly) sauce. My boyfriend loves the Maple Bacon. I've tried the Thai sauce before and sure enough, it tastes like Thai food. I've also had the Garlic Parm sauce... I'm probably going to try every sauce. I've never tried the pizza. The wings are always what I go for. My boyfriend has also order the Western burger probably about three times this month. Delivery is usually pretty fast, usually before the eat24 timer. My only complaint is that I end up with alot of pizza man magnets and menus. I don't mind it though. read more

In my opinion, The Pizza man is a the best pizza place in the world for the following reasons. First of all, the restaurant worker is so kind. I don't know how many workers they have, but I am pretty sure two of them in that place who I had met are super kind. They offered satisfying service to me. In addition, since I am an international student, I utilized poor pronunciation. The workers willing to understand me with patience. Second satisfaction of this place is their hygiene. Since they reopened the store recently, it must clean. Moreover, they always wears one time gloves to grasp materials. I love it. Third, unlike other pizza stores, they filled materials evenly with sufficient amount. I attached a picture that shows how they applied food carefully. Lastly, the taste and price is super good simultaneously. That's why I often come here to figure out my dinner. If you want to enjoy the fine meal inexpensively don't hesitate to come here. The pizza is good but I think I prefer Blaze and Pieology. We got a medium ($9) with a regular crust. They offer gluten free crust as well as a cracker crust? We wanted pizza sauce with some pesto sprinkled on top. The price includes 6 toppings (mozzarella will already be on the pizza and it doesn't count towards the 6). Extra toppings are 75¢ extra. The 6 toppings we selected were pineapple, pepperoni, jalapeño, Parmesan, olives, and basil. We were walk-in customers and this seems more like an order-in and pick up or delivery type place. We saw many people coming in and picking up their orders and delivery guys leaving with feasts. Our pizza came and we wanted to eat some of it there. We asked for plates and they provided us with a couple paper plates. They also provide Parmesan and crushed red pepper packets. There is also Parmesan shakers on the table. I prefer the packet ones- they're stinkier! Our pizza was delicious but we discovered that we only got pesto and not the pizza sauce. However, the pesto was still quite tasty. Overall, the pizza was very flavorful and the crust was really good! Service was not the friendliest tho. No restroom. read more

My son contacted your establishment by phone at 10:30pm after confirming via your printed menu that business close was 11pm. Someone answered and immediately put him on hold only to pick up the phone 2 more times and do the exact same thing. After 5 minutes holding, I advised him to drive to you (we live 10 minutes away) and I will place our order for him to pick up. I waited on hold until a man finally hung up on me. My son called me when he got to your establishment to say your place must be closed as no one was in front and it appeared the floor had been mopped . That is really poor customer service to keep your customers on hold only to close down shop while they are still on hold. A RESPECTABLE owner/manager of a PROFESSIONAL business would have common sense enough to either: A) Not answer the phone if you stop cooking after a certain time, or B) Answer the phone and let customers know your grill is closed for new orders. Very, very poor customer service displayed! Any business dealing with customers has to know that bad news travels so much quicker than good news does. I am thrilled how professional and quick this pizza delivery was. At first, they are very fair priced compared to other pizza places. The delivery took supper quick, and Vardan, the guy who delivered our pizza, was supper nice, professional and our delivery was even earlier than expected time. DON'T ASK ME HOW YOU CAN ORDER FROM ONE PLACE, AND MANAGE TO GET FROM ANOTHER! Tell me why, while staying at Pasadena Travelodge, my family and I saw the little tri-fold ad for Numero Uno Pizzeria. Last week, it worked. Today, we ordered again [from the same phone number, mind you!] and we recieved pizzas from said Pizza Man's. Now, if you have kids you know it's really quite simple to just pay and get the pizza into the room withouta second look.. Suddenly something doesn't seem right about the box! I read out loud, "Pizza Man, He Delivers." Hmmm, what's going on here? Our family doesn't WaNt Pizza Man, they WaNt Numero Uno!! We call and ask to get a refund, or in general, find out how it is they are operating under a Numero Uno ad at the very least! The extremely rude and unprofessional, not to mention immature, customer service rep proceeds to telling me its not his fault, its my fault! The nerve of some people! I tell him I didn't WaNt his pizza, we wanted Numero Uno, and he says, "What do YoU care? All pizza is the same no matter from where!" Now I can feel my blood pressure rising. This inconsiderate punk on the phone is telling me this is my fault?? And basically, that I should shut up and eat it. WTF! Are you f*ing kidding me? To make matters worse, when I ask to speak to the manager, he replies, "I am the manager." I used to order from them all the time but after this last experience I don't think I'll use them again for my pizza cravings! We use eat24.com and I had ordered our usual 2 topping garlic and tomato pizza for my mom, who was home alone and need lunch. They instead deliver hot wings. My mom, thinking I had just changed the order accepted this and started eating. She then receives a phone call from them, noting the mistake, she tells them she has already eaten some of the hot wings and they just hang up on her! When I finally get home for my lunch break and hear this, I immediately call them and instead of an apology for THEIR mistake, they just yell at me for my mom eating what they had wrongly delivered. Tried ordering on phone for delivery today, we were confronted by an Asian sounding ignoramous that seems to be late for a Fire somewhere. If even the food here is great I would never know because customer service quality is down the fecal hole and turned me off from supporting Pizza Man as a business. Okay, so I know it's been a million years past since I last Yelped anything... so here goes nothing! =) Having lived in Pasadena now for the past few months, I've discovered more and more good eats in the area. Tis true what the first reviewer said about their prices. It's cheap! It's also fast and convenient. The first time I ordered pizza from here I got the good old pepperoni. It was SO good. SO GOOD! I immediately fell in love. The second time I ordered pizza from here, I decided to try my favorite toppings out: Canadian bacon and pineapple of course! To my dismay, I was throughly disappointed. I have to say that Hawaiian pizza is the best at Papa John's. With the butter dippings of course... oh that garlic butter dip with Hawaiian pizza from Papa John's is just perfection. Perfection I tell ya!!! But we're not talking about Papa John's here... so.. back to Pizza Man!! I love their soft chewy crust, it goes great with something plain like pepperoni. But if you want to try extravagant toppings on a crust like this... it doesn't work in my opinion. If you want pizza that is simple, quick, delicious and cheap... always get the pepperoni pizza from Pizza Man!! Service has always been excellent as well. Side note: Don't try the hot wings. HUNGRY MAN PIZZA! -Or that's what my boyfriend calls it when he wants it. Pizza Man gives you below average pizza and rock-bottom prices & for some reason the cheapness of it all makes it rate okay! They have many special discounts including a medium pizza with one topping for 4.99 and a "Buy a Large Get a FREE Medium Pizza" These discounts only apply if you carry-out. However, they have a slew of other incredible pizza deals which wager the #1 reason to buy from Pizza Man. They also offer lasagna, chicken wings, and a slew of other options. The pizza itself has a thick layer of low quality cheese which puts Pizza Man comparible to Dominos' quality, if not slightly better. Pizza Man's crust is also thick, almost as though their crusts are delivered to the franchises pre-formed and frozen (please prove me wrong if I am). I was very satisfied with a large pizza I ordered with pineapple and mushrooms on it (1/2 & 1/2), which was a mere 7.99, they did not skimp on the toppings. I would recommend Pizza Man to anyone who needs cheap pizza fast and wants to support a smaller chain other than Domino's or Papa John's. Tried this for the first time yesterday and was not enjoyable. The taste to it was "different", but a different you won't like. I had heard this pizza was good so thought about it for a get together and ordered 4 large pizzas. Also, the delivery man took a long time and could not find my address at all. He calls me and says to walk over to him because he couldn't find my address since it's dark (I didn't even know where he was parked). I ordered for the first (and last) time! The pizza; extra large, with 6 toppings on regular crust, plus extra cheese. The crust wasn't regular crust: it was thin. Although I asked for jalapenos; someone overdid it. The pizza looked rushed and disheveled, with significantly more crust around the edges. I could hardly taste anything else but jalapenos! Order here if you: - like uncooked pizza dough - want to get a rude service (plus getting yelled at) - want to be treated like you are a cheapskate asking for a free pizza when you were just telling them that their pizza is undercooked. Also, they never apologized for anything.*** To be honest, their food isn't that good, so I am fine with not ordering here. Their wings are tooooooo greasy and blend. The pizza is "eh." I've had a small taste of their personal pizza only once from the friend who ordered that. Their chicken strip combo is good as well. You get 2 strips of battered-fried chicken on a bed of fries for $4.99. I've always ordered their sandwiches, usually the chicken and bacon or other cold subs. I've had the philly cheese steak (hot) and it was very delicious as well. They are by far the best sandwiches I've ever had. I consider them a bit pricey for around 8. But there's the combo for $8 that includes chips and a soda. They do take quite a while to make their subs though, especially the hot ones as they prepare them fresh. They have some good lunch deals that are around the 5 dollar range. read more
