The most recent visit the restaurant was not full so the dishes largely came together but the pastas were sent before al dente. The soppresini wasn't al dente, it just wasn't fully cooked. The flavors of the dishes are really good but the execution is sub par. One of the folks at our table mentioned it was their birthday so without us asking they brought a scoop of ice cream with a candle which we thought was really nice of them. Then the bill came and we saw that they proceeded to put it on the bill for $6. Didn't want to make a scene but this is beyond tacky and overall I can say we won't be returning here anytime soon.

Perhaps this was just an oversight. For starters, we ordered 1 of each that was offered: Ceviche Carretillero - Refreshing and brought me back to time spent in Peru! I preferred this option Salpicon - This was also refreshing and reminded me of chicken salad mix in a bowl though not sure I would order it without it being a part of a prix fixe. For the main course, we ordered: Saltado Salad - This had minimal protein and was not so satisfying when compared to a traditional lomo saltado, but the protein that was there was yummy. Aji Gallina - I really was excited to see this on their menu since I love this dish so much and don't see it offered too often at Peruvian restaurants. Though the sauce was good, the chicken was VERY dry and hard to chew (overcooked) so it took a while to finish this. In lieu of desserts, they offered Maracuya (passion fruit) and Chicha Morada (purple corn) juices which were yummy but the star of the show was their sangria which was delicious especially on a hot day. My only complaint about the sangria was that we were charged for 3 carafes when we only got 2. Once we identified this, we brought it up and just went ahead and enjoyed the 3rd one since we had already settled the bill. That being said, always double check your receipt!

wow , i myself and my family are Italian kitchen lovers, this place by far is my favorite and top of the list place when it comes to pizza, wings and pasta dishes, i am a part time student at caltech in Pasadena, that was my lucky fortune to find out about this place, group of us tried their pizza and wings special , pizzas were one of the best, we asked thin crust, they crafted them to perfection with plenty amount of cheese and toppings, fresh and tasty, wings (pizzaman Style) were best wings I've ever had, honestly the best, juicy and saucy,tried red dragon and maple bacon sauces for wings , oh my god, delicious !! i also tries their make your own pasta, fettuccine with pink sauce with my choice of toppings , thumbs up , better than several 5 star Italian restaurants that i tried in my life, and very fair prices obviously,i will order from them again and will try several other items from their wide menu. thanks again PizzaMan read more

i recently found a job in Pasadena and yesterday i was craving for good italian food , to be specific Pizza and pastas, when i did my yelp search i found pizzaman along with some other restaurants,i gave them a shot and ordered a large pizza that apparently they have all day long special for $12 ! and 6 pcs chicken wings pizzaman style, when i picked up the food and brought it to my work place to have my lunch, oh my god, it reminded me the taste of real italian authentic food that i had this summer in Italy !!! best ever pizza i ever had in U.S., toppings were fresh and evenly distributed and enough delicious cheese, (make sure order with extra cheese on the pizza, makes it super delicious), wings were crispy and good size and lightly breaded as it is advertised, next time i am planning to order some pastas and salad from them, they got a huge menu to try, thank you PizzaMan, now i am a Fan !!! read more

WORST service ever. They hung up on me after sending a guy without an item. They sent him back with the same item!! Melted! I called and they said they're not sending somebody else over. After hanging up on me, I went down to Pizza Man very angry. I recently ordered a pizza from Pizza Man it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The pizza itself was great and the crust was just the right thickness. Every piece was wonderful Stand out was the delivery service from, Frankie. He arrived right on time, was incredibly friendly, offering a warm smile and a cheerful attitude. If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered Seafood Combo $15 at 6:45PM, promised delivery at 7:30PM. Called at 7:50PM to see where my order was, they said sorry, got really busy and its on the way. They are 10 minutes tops from my house. Called at 8:45 told them still not here, cancel order (I don't want 2 hour old seafood, cold and mush) and give me a refund. He said I'll make a note and talk to manager. My daughter and I arrived at 6pm, ordered a Cesar salad and 2 pizzas and just left at 7:10 with our pizza's in a to-go box. An hour. For 2 pizza's. I mean at least give your customers a heads up if you're slammed and the food is going to take a little longer than normal. But no, not this time. After 45 minutes I went to the counter and expressed that we had somewhere to go and we'll just take the pies to go. All that was said to us was "I don't know what else to say but sorry." Ok, well so am I. Sorry that there are so many other awesome pizza joints in this town to throw my hard earned money at.

Because the wait was so long, they ended up comping the order which was kind. However, when I got home and opened the pizza, my partner immediately thought it was a frozen pizza cooked up. And it did look like it had come out of a box. Also, slightly undercooked and some of the slices had a doughy consistency. Won't be ordering from them again. Especially since pizzas are over $20 and are 12".

I love how this one has a full bar and board games. I've always had a wonderful time here with friends and even church group. But this last visit that I went, I really needed Wi-Fi and I was so stressed out from other people not giving me what I needed when I was walking all over old town and crutches. I just taken my mother to the doctor and I needed to check on some work items and nobody else was accommodating. They gave me the Wi-Fi, and they have a really tasty hard kombucha. I was able to be healthy, get my work done, and be in a familial environment.

As you can see in the pictures, it's not just a small spot of mold, the outside of the tomatoes were completely covered in dark mold spots. It's honestly pretty concerning that something this visibly spoiled could be put into someone's food without anyone noticing. I called the store not because I was looking for free food or a refund, but simply to let them know that they should check their produce and be more careful about what they're putting into their customers' food. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone told me I was lying because they had "just received their produce yesterday" and it was impossible for it to have molded. Genuinely why would I lie about a hot dog. But what's most disappointing is that instead of taking a legitimate health concern seriously, their response was to completely dismiss it. Sadly, I will not be coming to this Dog Haus location again.

The Syracuse was my favorite of the two since it was cheesy with what tasted like buffalo sauce. The Miss Green pizza was also tasty with artichoke hearts, broccoli, spinach, and pesto cream sauce. A great and tasty way to get your greens in. The gentleman serving me was friendly and it was fairly quick. Would definitely return for a whole pie soon. P.S. I liked that they had the Parmesan cheese and red pepper packets near the cashier so you don't have to ask somebody.
