My first night in Cleveland we walked to this place as it was open late night. It's about a 7 minute walk from The Westin. We ordered pizza and cheesecake. Made the mistake of not checking our order, go to the hotel, and found hummus instead of cheesecake. My fiancé walked back to the restaurant and at night it doesn't seem like the safest area. The staff was apologetic. Customer service was good. The pizza was great. The wings are made in the oven and were just okay. I would pass on the cheesecake, it was not worth the second walk. Let me tell you this hidden gem may have the best pizza I've had in awhile. As a mom, fancy pizza joints don't always work because my kids won't eat it, and I can't stomach crap pizza like Pizza Hut. We was in Cleveland (we live 3 hours away) and discovered that this place closed at 3:30 AM. we placed our order at 1:40AM. Well we found out different about their hours when our online delivery order never showed up. I even left a tip. When requesting a refund, the person I was talking to was kind of rude, but reluctanly accepting. But when my refund never showed up, we called back a few days later. The Manager was extremely rude, and practically called me a liar, saying that we should've never waited a week to call back, when in reality, we immediately called when they opened the oncoming business day. Well, the portions are generous, and the people working there are friendly, but holy cow, the food is awful. I ordered the small gyro with fries.
