What makes this even worse is that the menu clearly states: "Only one item can be removed or substituted. Subs must be of equal value. No exceptions." My wife simply substituted ham for bacon, which are of equal value, so there should have been no charge at all. The food itself was good, but these kinds of ridiculous and misleading charges completely ruin the experience. We won't be back.

The egg was oily, the corned beef hash was bland and texture less. It very much reminded me of canned hash with some potatoes thrown in for good measure. And the hash brown potatoes were lightly seasoned and barely crispy. As a breakfast place, this is fine if you want a quantity of okay food. Safe to say, they also lost money since we were ordering a substantial amount of food, and not to mention, had not planned that they would deny delivery. The supposed manager I spoke to yesterday simply denied delivery. I called them this morning and spoke to the owner to inform him that their Facebook advertisement indicates they deliver to my region. He stated he will change his Facebook page. He indicated they will only deliver within twelve minutes and my address is in excess of that by four minutes. We will no longer order from them and will no longer dine in. If you recognize that we ordered during Covid to assist in keeping them afloat then you should recognize an ingrate owner for a 4 minute additional delivery. Moreover, my current delivery shows 14 minutes.
