We called in an order to take on a picnic. The woman who answered was very friendly and helpful. Food was ready within 20 minutes. Storefront was clean and everything was packed up nicely. The gyros bites (gyro meat with a tzatziki dipping sauce) were a good start. The Greek salad (which doesn't need to be ordered ahead--they have a prepackaged selection) was so yummy! Lots of fresh veggies and the perfect lemon-oregano vinaigrette. The margherita pizza was so delicious. They put the balsamic on the side so you can drizzle it on your own. We devoured our food! I must be the only person in Maui that did not care for the food. We love Mediterranean food and pizza and this place said they were the best. I had a slice of Hawaiian pizza and it was like cardboard and not much flavor. We also had the beef kbob plate and chicken schwarma. My beef kbob was cooked well done which made it impossible to chew. The saffron rice was so dry and little flavor in my opinion. I had high hopes for this based on all the reviews. This place is a gem. We went here twice, first time we ate Mediterranean food. The tabouleh was the best I have ever eaten. The dolmas were very good also as were the kabobs. Second time we had pizza and hamburgers and both were delicious. I loved the sauce on the pizza very tasty. It is a thin crust which I prefer. read more

We stayed in Maui for a week and Pizza paradiso was right across the street. We couldn't ask for a better place. The owner is so welcoming and helpful. One night it was super busy and this whole family walked in with their kid's exhausted and ordered pizza, well the order was taking a while so the owner gave the kids slices so they wouldn't be miserable. The food: Pizza is 10/10 sauce is good toppings taste fresh! Herb chicken 10/10 so amazing! Meatball sandwich 10/10! Meat skewer 10/10! We'll be back next year! read more

How have we missed it!!!We found this to be one of those restaurants we will regularly visit on our future trips. The Caesar salad was fresh. We had a Pepperoni pizza and the Maui Wowie. Both were excellent. We like thin crust pizza and this was perfect. The toppings were adequate and flavorful. Just the right amount of cheese and sauce. We ended our meal with gelato and it was so so good. We might have to go back before heading home to try the Dole Whip. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Checking in to make sure we were enjoying our food. The place in quaint and is a hidden gem in a strip mall. We highly suggest you give it a try. We loved it and think you will too!! read more

We ordered takeout from Pizza Paradiso because there aren't many options in West Maui since the fires. Unfortunately, this place missed the mark. The Mediterranean food is bland, dry, and overpriced and the rice is especially terrible. Stay away from the Saffron Chicken Kabob and the Lemon Herb Roasted Chicken. The pizza looked good, but I didn't try it so can't review it. The Caesar salad and Greek Salad were actually really good, so maybe stick with pizza and salad if you have to eat here. read more

When we walked through the door, the guy behind the counter greeted us with a wave and genuine enthusiasm. The other two employees were so friendly and really made us feel valued and welcome. I love their pizza. They have the best pizza. I am not a pizza person. I usually don't eat pizza but this place makes the best pizza. The ingredients are fresh. The staffs are friendly and bathroom is clean. I tried the following pizza: Godfather, Greek and Paradiso. All of them were delicious. I tried the platter and the roasted chicken as well. I didn't like it that much. However I will still return to this place because I love their pizza. read more

When I got handed my order, I have never felt more let down and robbed at the same time. $8 for a small water cup you get at the dentist office size of ice cream that the majority melted before I even got to the parking lot. Ordered a PP pizza this week when we just couldn't decide on dinner and nobody wanted to go out. Fortunately, PPM was very close and thought we'd give it a go. Ordered a half sausage/mushroom and half Hawaiian (which almost seemed obligatory, despite the Twitter debate). Listen: pizza was tasty and perfectly baked and these people working there are freakin' nice as anyone can imagine in spite of having a TON of business. Bottom line: order your pizza, be patient as they work through their orders, tip the hardworking staff, and..... enjoy. Also, the Gyros looked fantastic and will enjoy another day. Mahalo. read more

This rating is not for the food but for the shady behavior of the owner Chef Paris Nabavi. We took our 4 year old daughter there on Tuesday mid morning for a Dole whip, only to have the Chef over praise how "sweet and beautiful" our 4 year old was. This would've been perfectly fine without the touching and stroking of her hair and asking her to touch his hair. As my wife immediately turned around and left the store, the Chef had the additional urge to follow them out of the store with more stroking of my daughter's hair?! We're friendly and cordial visitors to Maui, so I needed to cool off for a few days before posting this review. All parents with young daughters need to beware. I'm assuming the food is good based on the other reviews, and if the Chef isn't there, all should be fine. Just a warning to be on the lookout as we wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else's loved ones. All the Best. read more
