My aunt and I came here for dinner yesterday and OMG this place was amazing! The food was so freakin good and tasted unbelievably fresh. The chicken was juicy and flavorful, the rice was perfect, and everything just tasted so clean and homemade. It was just two people working, and they were both so nice and welcoming, you could tell they really care about what they do. Wow. What an excellent surprise this place turned out to be! I limped in to look at the menu (post ankle surgery), after having my nails done next door, and I was immediately warmly greeted by the most handsome owner Mohsen. He fed me the juiciest kabobs imaginable, and it turns out he's worked his magic at many fabulous places in and around Hollywood, including Little Dom's. Not only did he add a cup of delicious homemade lentil soup to my order, he also told me he'd make me a healing collagen broth this weekend. I almost invited him home with me, but I'm sure he's already making some gorgeous model happy every night after he closes. This is my new favorite spot in Woodland Hills, and I'll be perching up during the day to gaze fondly at the boss, while I write my next romantic comedy sitcom script. I personally was not impressed with this place. The tables were dirty and not wiped down. It took a while to get service and the food was OK. The pizza was definitely not a favorite 1/5. I don't think Persian and Pizza are two cuisines that don't mix well. The koobideh kebab was decent. But I definitely prefer going to a Persian restaurant for a much bigger serving for about the same price. I will say that staff was nice. read more

We went today, for the first time, we have been wanting to try it, because I had heard of it, we drove all the way from Glendale. & Wow!! We loved it!!! My son, my husband and I loved it very much!! The service was very excellent!! There was only one guy, I think he was the owner, and he was the one who attended us and cooked the food as well. He was very kind, and attentive. The food was amazing, the kabob was so tender!! The rice with the tahdig was so delicious!! My son said the chicken kabob and the koobideh was the best he had eaten, and we have been to so many kabob places, this reminded us of the way they make the kabob in Iran!! My husband loved it too. So exquisitely tender and juicy! Cooked to perfection!! Especially that the person who cooked it , is Persian too, unlike other places that have non Persian people cooking for them. I also had the lamb tongue & lamb brains too, it was delicious!! Can't wait to try their sandwiches next time! We have many kabob places here in Glendale, but not as good as this one! We went to town at this authentically Persian (not so Italian) restaurant and tried a variety of dishes from pizza to sandwiches to the more complex entrees. Overall, the food was good, however, the flavor and seasoning mark was missed on several of the dishes. If I was to go back, I would order the koobideh on sangak bread and have it with their home made yogurt drink. Classic Persian option. And, I would temper my expectations on service, etc. read more

Yesterday I called and ordered my food the gentleman forgot his name was so nice gave me tea while waiting and ordered to go food was so amazing delicious. I got halim last week on sunday and kaleh pucheh it was so so perfect just what had in iran 50 years ago. I trust there food and will be ordering here from now on . Ordered from them for a memorial se... they didn't deliver what they promised. They were 1.5 hours late after several calls and texts confirming time of delivery. The rice they delivered was so bad it was all thrown away (clumpy and tasteless). They didn't bring items that they had promised and that we had paid for. They were paid in full. they take no accountability. they don't apologize. Instead, they made hate crime comments about our religion. Highly recommend especially if you want a pizza with chicken or one of their specialty meats. Not sure about dining in but they're good for pick up. The only issue we've had is that they're not consistently open. One time we ordered online and got to the restaurant to learn they had been temporary closed for a few weeks. Another night we wanted to order and Google/Yelp had shown that the restaurant was permanently closed. Now it shows they're open again so hopefully that stays the case! read more
