Lunch time on A Saturday. Not too busy when we got there around 1:45 pm, but that was not to last. Within 20 minutes, there was a nice line. A very cool build-your-own pizza concept, much like Chipotle with burritos. Choose everything yourself or pick a signature pre-built. My wife built her own, while the two boys and I got pre-builts. The staff was excellent. Very attentive and knowledgeable. The toppings were fresh and visually appealing. Excellent cost vs serving...you get a nice sized pizza for your money. Enough that we pretty much brought home 1 1/2 pizzas. The speed of delivery to the table was surprising. I don't think it was even 8 minutes before we were eating crisp and hot pizza. Well cooked and extremely flavorful. Beverage bonus: $1 draft during lunch time (12-5), and an excellent selection of local brews (there are others, but really...drink like a local!)...the best of Due South and Copperpoint, with Funky Buddha in bottles. Beverage negative: no unsweetened iced tea, although they said they're working on it. Great service, great food, great selection of your in the mood for pizza. Holy goodness! Absolutely amazing! I had 2 pizzas delivered and they were perfect when they arrived. Hot. Fast. Delicious. I ordered the "Hotline Bling Bianca White Pizza" with sausage, meatballs, spinach, the best tasting tomatoes and my favorite, roasted garlic. Its topped with a pesto drizzle. Just tried to order with Yelp and this was a total screw up! I had no idea that I had to choose cheese as one of the four toppings and despite the fact that I called after my order was not confirmed for quite a while, she made no mention of this when going over my order again. I'm so sad writing this. We've come here so many times since they've opened, at one point we went so often that we got in the car and the GPS assumes we were coming here and told me how many minutes. The past few times has slowly been getting worse and tonight, I'm sorry I'm tired of it. I like the concept, the flavors are good, but it literally takes anywhere from 20-30 minutes for the pizza to arrive, and that's not even counting the 10-20 minutes getting through the pizza making line. To eat it's like a 40 minute ordeal and I feel like with that ticket time I should be sitting at a full blown table service restaurant, not what I thought was a casual and quick pizza joint. We usually get their burrata pizza and bbq chicken pizza. Last few times the middle has been getting thinner and thinner so if there are any toppings it kind of sags. Tonight though, not only did we wait 25 minutes for the pizza after being in line for god knows how long, then the pizza finally came out, thin as paper, burned and somehow cold at the same time, so unfortunately it became cardboard. It was so tough my jaws are literally sore from eating the pizza. We couldn't even eat the crust, it was SO tough, it was hurting. Amazing made to order fast casual pizza! The crust is super fantastic!! It is different than other fast pizza places I've been to like Blaze Pizza or Pizza Rev. The biggest difference between others and Pizza Rox is that Pizza Rox limits you to 4 topping ( meat and veg combined). The others are unlimited. I enjoyed the set up which was quick and efficient. Ok- with that said. The advice I give this place would be to train hospitality. The staff is life less and more engaged with each other. The manager there ( taller stout guy with beard ) was all over it. He was Hospitality/Service breathing. He was super. He just needs to imprint this on his staff. He would have a home run business. Decided to try this place. Waited forever to place order, waited forever for order. Finally served 3 of the four pizzas ordered. Friend not served is because the pizza "had a "hole". Told they would rush order but waited at least 15 mins. Complained to cashier who checked and said it would be " a few minutes". After another 15 minutes, we checked again and we were told " less than 5 minutes". No apologies from manager, no attempt to make things right. Friend received pizza after all 3 of us had finished. Pizza was not fully cooked. Besides the excessive delay for friend's pizza, no one else enjoyed their pizza either. One was served cold, one too burnt. Just a bad experience all around. If you like to wait forever for your food that tastes horrible with no customer service, this is the place for you. Otherwise, Domino's would be a better choice! read more

My wife and I go here weekly for their gluten free pizza. We have tried many gluten free pizzas, theirs is by far the best we hove had EVER. Cauliflower crust does not agree with my wife's stomach so that's a no go. The crust on this pizza is almost identical to the regular crust. Soft on the inside with a nice crispy crunchy outside. For a while my family and I were alone with the staff but there are now 7 here at 7:11pm on a Monday.
