Customized beef, pesto sauce, corn and melted cheese pizza
    Hong Kim L.

The power to customize your own pizza. Oof lots of choices and combos you can go with. Toppings, sauces, cheeses, types of crusts and mixtures to choose from is every pizza's addict dreams come true. Truth of the matter is I always thought pizza was nutritious because Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles convinced me your life bar would be boosted from eating a whole pie. Gotta love those turtles and cartoon effects. Back to the food rants. I went with the spicy marinara base sauce, sweet corn, spicy sausage, green spiced pesto, melted swiss cheese and garlic flavored crust. All the things that speaks to me to make my pizza masterpiece. The place is big and a good addition for all ages, a family styled quick service concept. Like a fancy school cafeteria dedicated to pizza. Each station dedicated to each pizza section is huge and visible for you to see and beta test how to create your pie. The pizza size is similar to a medium personal sized pizza pie, can be a one-mealer if you're super hungry after a workout or playing some ball. A win for sure, a bit more than your standard lunch range prices but this makes the list for "Customized pizzas", not the specialty ones you get all over NYC. As for the pizza eater type, I'm the type of girl who doesn't eat her crusts but made an exception for this place due to the special flavored crust.

Made a custom tandoori jalapeño pizza

Good concept, but pizza was just okay. The pizza could've been more crispier. It was t bad but it wasnt NY pizza.

Ahh not impressed. The pizza was just ok. Sauce lacks flavor an maybe salt and i prefer my pizza with a bit of crunch or bite to the crust and doughy and soft. Not worth the price.

    Truffled Mushroom Pizza

The truffled mushroom had a decent garlicky vibe, but I didn't realize it would be sauceless. The vegan was more successful, a multi-faceted offering that had a surprisingly strong performance from faux sausage. The side salad is skippable.

    Tandoori paneer pizzas

Does this even look like paneer pizza? Looks like they have sprinkled left over paneer cubes . Absolutely no veggies /paneer or cheese . They just heated the bread and sauce and served it .

I've been here a couple times for lunch and it's always been great. I love that I can customize the pizza so it's exactly what I like. The lady working here is super nice and friendly. This is way better than what you expect from a mall place. They take credit card which is great.

A pizza restaurant in the Newport mall is the last place I would expect great pizza that is comparable to standalone pizza restaurants across NJ but Pizza Studio definitely left an impression on me. I order the Truffled Pizza that has alfredo sauce, spinach, garlic, and mozerrella and parmasean cheeses. The pizza is not greasy and is still somewhat light and crispy and the toppings are fresh, adding to the overall mix of complex flavors. While pizza is usually straight forward in taste, pizza studio makes pizza taste complex and fulfilling while not going crazy with size and grease. Overall, it's a great addition to the Newport Mall and should not be overlooked for the other brand names. Pros - Amazing, complex flavors with thoughtfully-flavored signature pizzas - Pizza sizes are ideal and ingredients are clearly high quality - Staff were super helpful and genuinely kind Cons - The time to cook can around 5 minutes or so but not unreasonable at all. This just doesn't help if there is a long line like it was when I was there. Don't let this stop you though. Overall Score: 5 out of 5

Pick-up order pizza served sloppy in box.

The pizza is expensive and thin and does not taste good at all. The ingredients don't look/are not fresh. Only positive is the concept Of different flavored crusts. There is a lot of confusion from staff, the service is lacking and they have trouble communicating - generally not clear and have made errors in order.

Best pizza in Jersey! Located in the Newporte Mall. Were vegan and able to be accommodated at this restaurant. It's the best of many pizza joints I've tried while visiting in NY. Worth the drive into Jersey. Rosemary Herb crust and truffle mushrooms bussin. Would recommend 10/10.

Thin crust pizza with good selection of toppings. They give a generous amount of toppings and definitely add the chipotle seasoning. Price is unbeatable. Highly recommend!

I stopped by in a group of 3 for dinner and we decided to start the meal with their bread and butter tasting ($18). If you love butter, this is totally worth it! You get to try two varieties of their baked in-house breads and the cultured butters they serve are really fun to try. I appreciated that the butter servings were big enough that I could slather a generous layer of the butter onto each piece of bread. My only regret was not ordering more bread. Another pleasant surprise was their salad! I'm usually not one to order salads at restaurants (I could just make it at home!) but I was pleasantly surprised by the salad they had that day. We ordered 3 of their pizzas to try a variety and to take leftovers home. The pizzas were savory, cheesy, and the crust was as delicious as I'd expect! But if I were to be completely honest, I'd save my stomach space to just have a meal full of their bread.

Give yourself time to find street parking, otherwise there's a parking lot within walking distance. Another great perk about Razza is being able to utilize my Chase dining credit. The tables are very intimately organized. Service was attentive. The pizza was super fresh and we enjoyed the pies we shared. The real star of the show were the meatballs. We had already ordered bread (also good, but some of the butters are an acquired taste) and almost skipped the meatballs. So glad that we didn't! Definitely worth a visit. :)

If you knew me, I always considered pizza as a separate food group aka the sixth main food group! Established in 1982, this small family-owned cash-only restaurant has been a beloved neighborhood staple known for its authentic Italian pizza along with other Italian dishes and a cozy and family-friendly atmosphere. With a glut of pizza joints, how would this pizzeria from Larry and Joe compare to others I've tried in the neighborhood!? PURCHASE [ONION RINGS/STRAWS/STRINGS ALERT - 3.5 of 5.0 STARS] Onion Rings ($5.00): A large container filled with oddly similarly-sized rings, these were hot, medium-browned, semi-crunchy, and didn't have a tendency to crumble when bitten into while the onion ring (not sweet Maui) stayed intact. I was told it would be ready within 45 minutes which was fine. I arrived a bit early to a very busy pizzeria, to which I waited an extra 15 minutes before my order was done and packed up. No worries, as I watched TV and simply observed the "mayhem" in this place. I wasn't in a hurry, so all was good - grazie! The sauce was nice and garlicky! Then we got a few pies for my son's bday party in June 2025 it looked flat and soggy. We didn't even complain about it. It was nothing like the pie I had the first time. Over a year later I ordered a pie today. I asked for the pizza to be not burnt but when I opened the pie it was flat and not cooked throughout. I called back and the lady that answered said well you asked for light no I asked for it to not be burnt I didn't know that meant the dough would not be fully cooked. Now they were nice when I ordered the pizza and when I picked up but when I called back she just said you asked for it light. And said next time you can do it regular. She didn't really offer a solution for today. I asked her if I put it in my oven would it come out right. It's currently in my oven. I'm so mad I could have gotten a pizza from vinnies for less but wanted to see if the pizza would be like the first time. Well pizza dough still looks raw After cooking . Will never event shop at this place again. When I was handed the pizza today she even said oh this is a heavy one. It was heavy bc the dough was not cooked . 30 dollars down the drain. No solution was offered for today it was like she was in a rush to get me off the phone with no solution it was my fault for asking for a pizza that wasn't burnt. I have worked in customer service and this is not the way you handle anything in the food service industry. She literally said next time just ask for it regular. What about this time. The only reason I'm giving two stars is bc the first time pizza was so good like the best pizza I ever had. I know customers can be annoying but the way this was handled was not right. Please see pictures of the crust that is clear in color. Not fluffy just not cooked. Dough didn't rise at all .
