I tried the butter chicken pasta and some Indian breadsticks. Both were good (but my pasta came with peppers in it despite not having ordered it that way). So now I know! Give them a try. Indian inspired Chicago style pizza??? Yes please!! And it did not disappoint. I've ordered from here so many times, and each order comes hot (delivery or pickup) and fresh. If you go, don't be scared, try one of their tiki or tandoori sauces. Both are creamy and flavorful! I'm a huge fan of adding paneer to anything on the menu. Who would have guessed it would be an amazing pizza topping? If you like wings, those are also really good. Loaded with garlic and ginger and Indian spices. This place is so unique and delicious. I've been curious about this place for quite awhile and decided to finally try it. I read several reviews and felt pretty confident that it would be really good. I ordered delivery through Uber Eats. We chose the Supreme pizza and a 12 piece wings with lemon pepper dry rub and, because our order was over a certain amount we received a free order of cheesy bread sticks. Our food was prepared quickly and arrived on time. Both a testament to the restaurant and the delivery driver. The pizza was good. Not the best I've ever had but, really good. Generous, fresh toppings, nice sauce. We went with the hand tossed crust and they do have excellent crust I have to say. Light and crispy, right amount of denseness and chewiness all at once. Really, really good crust. So obviously, that crust with cheese and seasonings made for really good cheesy breadsticks which came with marinara sauce that was very tasty. The let down here were the wings. Obviously baked and not deep fried as they should be. It's not mentioned at all on UberEats or their website that they are baked. I wouldn'thave tried them had I known. They were not crisp at all and the dry rub became an oily sauce during the baking process. For $18.00 for 12 wings I was not happy about it at all. I recommend you skip the wings. Also, the ranch that comes with it...one small 1 oz container for 12 wings! And, it's very obviously a low grade store bought ranch dressing. Pretty terrible. If they are making it in house they need to back off of the vinegar but it truly tastes just like bottled store bought dressing. In conclusion, the pizza is definitely good and worth a try. I'm interested in trying some of their non traditional flavors like the tiki marsala pizza and I want the full experience so, I may update this when I'm able to dine in. Until then...get the pizza and breadsticks. Skip the wings. read more

Mind is blown!! Incredible concept of Indian food/flavors on a pizza. I love their business concept. It's charming because it's located in/shares a building with the Econo lodge. There's games for kids, many tables, full bar and delicious food. It's our go to for pizza in the Reno area. My boyfriend and I recently went here and fell in love with the pizza. We got the chicken tiki masala and the Chicago's favorite pizza. Both were good however we had a few recommendations for the tiki masala Pizza needing more sauce. My boyfriend went and asked for more sauce however the owner specified that the sauce is only at its peak when it's cooked on the pizza and that we should ask for more next time. The owner was kind and curious as to what he can do better for his business. This is some thing you don't see often and it was really lovely. I would say as a young woman this place would have gotten four stars due to the bathroom. The bathroom fell extremely unsafe and was of extremely poor quality. If I were to go back here I would be getting takeout and making sure I use the restroom way before hand lol. I can't really tell you how the food tastes since when I ordered via Grubhub (I did not request contact-less) and pre-tipped them a 20% tip, they left my food on the hotel floor and texted me a picture of it. I enjoyed the butter chicken more but my partner preferred the tikka masala. The tikka had a KICK even with the lowest spice setting! First, let me say that I am from Chicago. Chicago pizza can be thin (cut in squares), thick (like this place) and pan, like A Taste of Chicago downtown. We may have our preferences but I'm a pizzavoirian. Not all pizzas are good but all STYLES of pizza are viable. This pizza is thick crust and a completely unique and wonderful take on my favorite cuisine. My company ordered it for lunch when they first opened and I was immediately taken. Curry is my favorite food so having the makings of good curry on the pizza is genius. We ordered two medium pies; a Butter Chicken and a Kebab (minus the pineapple), assuming that we would be taking home leftovers. Let me tell you, it was really difficult to not eat ourselves stupid. You know how dogs will eat themselves to death? That's how I felt that night. This was the tastiest, most unique pizza I've ever had. We did manage to bring home some leftovers and I doled them out over two days, panicking when I realized that the next slice would be my last slice. I can't wait to go back. Downside? It's attached to a dive motel on the corner of Moana and Plumb. Lots of sketch characters milling around. Also, the air conditioning is sub-zero. I froze my tush off! Went into this restaurant with unknown expectations as Indian styled pizza was new to me. After a very friendly visit with the cashier he advised and helped us make a wonderful decision with a half tandoori and half tikka masala pizza. We first had our chicken wings which were truly delicious. Juicy and baked to perfection! I preferred the tequila lime but neither could disappoint. My partner and I were passing through Reno and stopped in the parking lot outside Chicago Pizza with a Twist to check directions. We noticed a good amount of people coming out of the restaurant with takeout and realized we were hungry so we decided to give it a try. We were a little skeptical of the Italian/Indian fusions but it was SO GOOD!! We got a medium pizza with 1/2 butter chicken and 1/2 Latino. The crust was great (not dry/crunchy at all) and the toppings were generous. Hard to say which one was better because they were both delicious and so different from each other! For $23 with tax, tip, and added jalapeños on the butter chicken we were not disappointed. We even had leftovers for the next day! The place is open and bright and inviting. The girl that served us was very eager to please us and gave great recommendations. She talked us into one of the Indian Beers and it hit the spot! This place has some interesting pizza combinations. We had the Three Idiots pizza. Very good and so full of flavor as the chicken on the pizza is 3 different kinds of chicken. The dough is fresh and tasty. I even ate the crust which is something I never do. We also had the boneless Tandoori Chicken wings. OMG I'll come back just for them! The only thing we were disappointed in was the timing the food came out. It took 25 minutes for the pizza to come out and the wings (which is listed under appetizers) came out after the pizza. I don't know about you but appetizers to me mean they come out before the main course. The place is still kinda new so I'm sure some kinks need to be worked out. My boyfriend and I called Chicago's at 9:30 PM on a Monday night after a full day of moving because they are open till 11 and are close by. I really had no idea what to expect after looking at the menu. Indian style Chicago pizza? Whatever. I didn't care. I needed sustenance and the pics looked good. We placed a to-go order by phone and were told the pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. When we arrived, the place was immaculate. It was so clean and brightly lit and smelled like heaven. Both the men working were so kind and smiled the whole time. We didn't have to wait for our food and took it home. We had the tikka masala pizza and the rasmali dessert. The pizza was frickin delicious. Plenty of cilantro, well seasoned chicken, and green chilis just hit the spot. Wikipedia told us that rasmali is like cheesecake without a crust. You've always been told you shouldn't trust Wikipedia and in this case, it was true. It was more like a ball of bread in coconut milk with a hint of lime. Still delicious but I probably wouldn't do it again just because of the texture. Overall, I'm so glad we stumbled upon this place with good service and great food. The staff is friendly and helpful. They greet you as soon as you walk through the door. The cook and the managers came out to make sure everything was going well and the food was good. They are very responsive. We needed a minute to look over the menu so we took a seat even though they take your order up front at the register, they were nice enough to come to the table and ask us how we were doing and if we would like to place our order through them. They offer traditional pizzas, but why order a traditional pizza when their specialty is pizza with a "twist"? We ordered the Tikka Masala pizza with Indian style wings. Next time I'm ordering the Paneer Tikka Masala pizza. They also offer Naan pizzas. This is the perfect fusion food for people that love Indian food like myself. It's the best of both worlds and they have a full bar. This is my new favorite spot. read more

This was our first time trying this place. One of my coworkers is Vegan so we try to pick places with options for her when we order lunch. We had three pizzas and some samosas. The Pizza good but my pep and olive was very skimpy on the toppings. the other girls we loaded up with topping and I had a scattering of peperoni and a very meager dusting of olives (the cheapest topping ever). The samosas were awesome though we ordered two orders which were supposed to be two each and we only got two total, but were charged for two orders. The vegan says her pizza was good for a vegan pizza, and the other girl said hers was awesome. We will try it again soon and try some other options. read more

TL;DR Version: they messed up one of our pizzas and made them right away (we had placed a future order). They asked us to call them the next time we need a future order to remind them that it is a future order. They offered to remake BOTH our pizzas and the manager(?) delivered them to us in a timely fashion. The orders, while wrong, were corrected and the pizza IS good, so we would order from them again. I'm willing to say this was just one of those "when it rains it pours" moments. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1.) We ordered one of their specialty pizzas (the Italian Garlic) on a cauliflower crust + garlic chicken, and a deep dish cheese with mushrooms. 2.) We placed a future order (to be picked up later in the day) but it was made right away. We needed some time to run errands but got a phone call less than 30 minutes later that they were ready. I had to run over to the pizza place to get them immediately. This is a big deal because... 3.) We had ordered the pizzas "extra crispy" but of course they sat out and were no longer crispy. They leave the pizzas to stay warm on top of the oven, but they pretty much lose their crispness after 10-20 minutes. 4) Their location is surrounded by the heavy construction going on on Virginia Street and on the other side of the intersection. This location is attached to an older hotel/motel. I would normally like the older 70's era rock wall exterior but a lady in a 14' tall budget car ran into the 11' tall covered driveway right behind me so I was too busy being scared to admire the hotel the restaurant is attached to. This interior is well kept, brightly lit, clean and brand new looking. 5.) The lady who helped me was very nice and professional. She apologized about the mishap with the timing, but all she could do was suggest we call them when placing a future order online... to remind them that it is a future order... uh.... 6.) When I got home I noticed one of our specialty pizzas was wrong. We got the extra topping we paid for (garlic chicken), but not the pepperoni or Italian sausage that comes standard on the Italian Garlic. 7.) When we called to speak to the manager, we got put on hold twice (once at pick-up, again after describing the problem to wait for the manager) he didn't seem familiar with the Italian Garlic, even though we ordered it off their website. I may have misunderstood him but it sounds like they may be a franchisee and have different pizzas then the website offers.... but I ordered it off their website, so... 8.) He said the pizza I described sounds like the Chicago's Favorite. I had to explain what was supposed to come on the Italian Garlic (my receipt - both online and from the store say Italian Garlic), and remind him it needed to be on cauliflower crust. 9.) He offered to remake BOTH our pizzas (my wife's was fine and we said he could just remake mine but he insisted) and deliver them. After looking at their website I saw the Chicago's Favorite is made with red sauce. We called back to remind him that our pizza was supposed to have white sauce not red sauce. We immediately got the manager and they took care of it. 10.) Our home is very difficult to find, so we asked they call us when they arrive so we could come out to them. We got a call and it looks like the manager was also running the deliveries this evening. The pizzas are good, even if the first one was wrong and not quite right.
