Delicious!!! We ordered the cheese breadsticks, chicken tikka masala pizza original crust, and chicken tandoori pizza original crust. Everything was perfect and delicious in terms of freshness of ingredients. Crust was perfectly crispy and no cheese drag (you know when you bite into a pizza and all the cheese comes off? That didn't happen!) I was most excited to try the Indian pizza and they did not disappoint. The flavors were not overpowering and blended in perfectly as a pizza. I love this place. We order delivery about once a month and always debate over which delicious Indian pizza to try this time! My son loves their Chicago style with pepperoni and we love the unique spices and toppings. The wings are also fantastic and everything can be made super spicy which I love! We went in on Saturday to try this out...First off, the girl taking our order was high as a kite and smelled like weed. The rest of the kids working there were very rude and unprofessional. Now for the actual food review, we wanted to try a few different things so we got two pizzas, a calzone, and wings. The wings were burnt to a crisp and rubbery almost like they had been cooked earlier and thrown in a microwave. The pizza was terrible, and we waited 30 minutes before getting anything, even though we were the only ones there. The pesto sauce was white? Unless they gave us the wrong one. worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entirety of livin. I've picked up doordash orders from this restaurant multiple times and every single time something goes wrong. I came into pick up an order I had here and one of the male workers handed me the wrong order so I simply told him that it was wrong and he said someone already came in a picked it up. He then went off on me telling me how he's too tired for this shit and he's not here to play my games when I'm simply asking for the other order, he started screaming at me ordering me to leave whist the manager came out threatening to fight me. We've ordered multiple times and food has been very good and service was good up until this last time. Told 45-60 minutes which we called 75 minutes after just to ask for an update. I was put on hold for 15 minutes and when someone came back to the phone they hung up. I then called back and was told sorry we're busy which is fine during everything going on. But customer service to me goes a long way and when I'm put on hold and hung up on, you've lost my business and respect and anyone I know who buys from you. Absolutely terrible. My wife then called and sat on hold for 13 minutes just to be told we're getting a 15% off coupon on our next order. Doesn't do any good if we're not ordering from you ever again. When I first started coming here for lunch about 5 or 6 months ago, I would have given in four stars for food. But their lunch buffet has gone downhill big time. The salad bar items look old and some parts were spoiled. I got there at 12 noon, and granted I was the only person in there, I asked if they were bringing the other pizzas out and they said no. The pizzas that were there we're dried out and not very good. These guys could have brought out a fresh pizza and got rid of one of the old ones... seems like the owners are more interested in Saving a few dollars rather than pleasing customers. I've ordered a few times from Chicago's Pizza With A Twist so far. What I enjoy are the unique Indian style pizzas and lots of vegetarian styles. I find the pizzas delicious and flavorful. Why would you want to order the typical veggie or pepperoni pizza when you can get a Curry Paneer Pizza? Typical pizzas may seem boring after trying an Indian style pie! What I didn't enjoy is the service. I called in my orders for take out and both times I had to wait an additional 25 minutes after arriving when over the phone it was stated the order would be ready in 25-30 minutes. This wait is for one pizza! So an hour total wait time is a little ridiculous especially since this place doesn't seem popping in the early evening! Next time I will try ordering via the web to see if the wait is shorter. Overall, if you want a unique Indian style pizza or if it sounds interesting, then give Chicago's a try but don't forget to bring your patience! read more

This spot has good pizza with a Indian cuisine twist. Last night we order a medium pizza half chicken tandoori and half butter chicken with medium spicy. The flavors were good but next time I'll definitely order it spicier, we had to add hot sauce to it when we got home. We also order their Chicken Alfredo Pasta, and we were very disappointed. I just went in here and I order a vegan veggie tikka masala pizza, like I have done in the past. But I was just told that the pizza isn't vegan at all! And that really made me upset because I've told the people who work there that it is an allergy to the dairy and they have told me it's okay. But just right now being told that shocked me! Because either we were lied to right now, or lied to in the past. I'm just confused and maybe the company is too! If there is a clear answer on this, I'd like to know. And if they ever DO create a vegan sauce I'd love to go back. Because the people who work there are all nice, so it has a nice vibe. Meant to leave a little review after my husband, elderly dad, and I ate here for the first time, but never got around to it. Better late than never, so I'm writing it now. The three of us ate there on a Saturday evening near 6pm in early June. (2023). The owners were SO nice and kind! Made us feel right at home and provided excellent service. Very unique pizzas!! Never thought there were Indian style pizzas out there! The three small pizzas we ordered were All delicious, and WAY more food than we could eat there, so we took a lot home w/us for leftovers; but one pizza stood out even more than the others to all of us. That was the Manchurian Chicken Pizza Twist. Talk about FLAVOR! BURSTING with hot and tangy, spicy flavor! My dad who hates anything bland or mild, LOVED that pizza which we actually ordered for my husband. lol. Dad ate most of his! ha! Will have to get another one of those for him soon. In any case, our time there was very pleasant. The owners who run this restaurant currently are the new management and their homemade unique pizzas are awesome! We found this great find on our way back from Redwoods to Bay area!! We were surprised by Indian option pizza and we ordered half and half of curry and paneer pizza on thin crust with Indian style Desi bread sticks and were amazed with the taste. Loved the food.
