Okay pizza, but not great. The sauce is over-sweet, the cheese is questionable and sometimes the toppings are a bit iffy (gray tomatoes, stuff like that). The thin crust is nice, though. I also like the breadsticks probably more than I should. The restaurant itself is somewhat depressing. If you're there any time other than the summer, there will be nobody there. Even during the tourist season, most people gravitate towards the huge restaurants near the waterparks, so this place never gets unbearably crowded. The decor is a sad attempt at an Italian theme, but it's nice in a campy sort of way. Not a lot of restaurants do it this way any more. The men's bathroom is run-down and needs a renovation. I avoid it if I can. Obviously, I can't speak for the women's bathroom but it's probably not much better. It sometimes seems like downtown Dells is dying, so it's always nice to patronize the local establishments. This place seems to do a brisk delivery business, however, and since there's not much good food in the Dells they're probably going to be around for a while. read more

I had a pizza delivered from this place and I can honestly say these people don't give a shit about making pizza. I ordered a thin crust pizza and it was cold and dry. Wisconsin is well known for great cheese so I don't know how you can fuck up a pizza this bad. Wisconsin isn't known for great pizza but you should at least know the basics of cooking a pizza. The cheese was bland and the crust tasted like the dough had been frozen. I have had better frozen Jacks pizzas than this shit. If you are staying in Wisconsin Dells just stick to a chain pizzeria, at least you know what you are getting. Very underwhelming pizza. read more

The pizza was not bad, just a little overdone and barely warm when it arrived after 1:15. The sizes however are very small for the price and the "garden" salad was iceberg lettuce, shredded mozzarella and a small amount of very thin mushrooms and green peppers. The pizza here was wonderful. We had the thin crust which was light and crispy. The sausage was flavorful. The toppings and cheese were a generous proportion with just the right amount of sauce. Greeted and sat down, the wait staff seemed friendly enough, and although our server had an air of awkward, as a generally awkward person it was understandable. The menu was short and sweet, generally a good sign at a sit down restaurant, and I know many Italian restaurants that go a little too crazy with the quantity of menu items and only deliver frozen disappointment. The cups need to be glass, though; the plastic Coca-Cola ones we received are outdated, and felt grimy beneath my hand. We got a simple pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and a side of fries. Both came out fast, and both were amazing! As a pizza fanatic, I don't say this often, but that is some of the best pizza I've had in a very long time! The pizza here is great, my family comes to Pizza Villa every summer when we visit. The prices are reasonable and the staff is always friendly. We ordered pizza from here because they had a sign in our hotel room for free delivery and 5 free breadsticks with a pizza order. We ordered 1/2 cheese and 1/2 pepperoni pizza (8 slices). It came to $22 with the tip. The pizza was decent, but nothing to brag about. The sauce was bland (which was also the same sauce they gave for the breadsticks). The breadsticks were good, but they had an odd taste to them. The delivery guy was also rather rude. The lady at the front desk of the hotel said it was the "best pizza" in downtown (Dells, of course). Maybe I'm a little too picky as I'm from Chicago, but we definitely will not be ordering from Pizza Villa when we visit the Dells again. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would, I visited the dells for a quick weekend get away, with my two boys and husband. We stayed in the downtown area so we walked to find dinner. Boys wanted pizza so we chose the Pizza Villa. We were seated almost immediately, service was fair, our waitress was friendly enough, but very forgetful. Multiple times we asked for something and it was forgotten, between a plate for my son to eat his pizza on and refills for the boys she never returned until we asked another waitress for her to return. My husband and I had chicken Alfredo, which was horrible, I could have picked a hormel dinner of the shelf or the freezer and it would have tasted better, I was extremely disappointed, The kids said the pizza was good. but for a $70 meal for 4 people, without any alcoholic beverage, is ridiculous. even for the dells, we ate at the water park the next day for $45, and the food was way more edible! bottom line I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! Do not eat here unless you want horrible food at a ridiculously high price.In my opinion! read more

This is my new favorite restaurant in Wis Dells. Their pan style pizza was by far the best I have ever had! The value is awesome, dinner for two cost me $25 including tip. They use delicious toppings, specifically their bacon which is real slices of the best bacon I've ever had. I can't say how their other dishes are but if they follow suit to the pizza I am sure they are awesome. The atmosphere was pleasent, a nice italian feel. I WILL be going back! read more

This place will be out go to pizza place next time we are in the Dells! Ordered thru Yelp, but accidentally ordered thin crust instead of pan, so I called immediately to ask if it could be changed and their customer service was excellent! We are not from around there and were staying in a cabin that is part of a large resort in a more remote area. The man on the phone asked for directions to our exact cabin, being that I am not familiar with the area I did my best to give him (probably pretty poor) directions. A short time later the driver called because he was having trouble finding our exact location, which was more than understandable, so we offered to just meet him at the large club house as it was dark out and on some narrow, curvy country roads with not much lighting. He was very friendly and said he wanted to try to bring it to us and he told us what he was seeing as we gave him direction and he found us shortly. My fiance is a pizza connoisseur and said the pizza was excellent, my ceaser salad was fresh and absolutely delicious and the cheese bread was yummy! Excellent customer sevice with awesome food, and very reasonable prices. Way better than other pizza places we tried in the Dells! Don't waste your time going to the others, just get Pizza Villa! read more
