Buffalo wings well done buffalo sauce on the side extra blue cheese, coke and a vitamin water. They forgot the coke and the extra blue cheese, but they charged me .75 for the extra sides, thanks! The pizza must have been sitting on the delivery guys seat tilted so everything slid to one side of the pizza, awesome. A large pie is $11.00 + $2/topping. I ordered half Hawaiian, half cheese, so that's Half ham, half pineapple should be $2 right? Nope somehow they added $3.25 for the toppings, did they charge me for the cheese? I work in the area and often get the lunch special salad - grilled chicken caesar salad for like $8 or something. Really great salad, sometimes lasts me two meals. The chicken is REALLY GOOD. Its real pieces of chicken, not those frozen grilled strips. Pizza is good. Thinner crust, large slices, and most importantly, tasty! Service is standard. The space is really nice and simple. More of a to-go place but I've ate in a couple times. They have good seating options. Bathroom is clean. Usually have the news or something on. Nice spot! Check it out. read more

This is a go to, always delicious and so quick. Highly recommend the buffalo tenders (alone, sub, wrap - any vessel, they're great), Italian cold cut grinder, and never go without a side of curly fries or onion rings or both. Food is always fresh and they are so friendly. We order through Grubhub as of late for the opportunity to tip without signing/contact, as I believe you can't tip ahead when you order through their site, but they do offer 10% off if you order one their website. I ordered a margarita pizza. It showed up with all the toppings on one side or in the box. I called back to ask for a new one. The delivery man told me that I could not have my pizza because I had to return the old pizza to the delivery guy. I ordered a Greek salad from them today for lunch and what I received was a garden salad with olives and feta. I called to let them know they made an era and the young lady on the phone was very nonchalant and stated that that's how they are always made. I said no because I've ordered them in the past and it didn't contain carrots and red cabbage which I do not eat nor are the ingredients included listed on their website menu. I would not have written this review had she just apologize for the error. I won't spend mine nor the agency I work for money here again. Could be better. I ordered a small pizza here got a specialty white pizza and asked for half with just cheese. After a little pushback he said ok. Not sure why it's hard to have 1 side have toppings and 1 side only cheese cuz tons of places can do it. Classic thin crust pizza, if you like NYC pizza this will give you a reminder of that type. The subs are a bit pricey but they're really tasty, especially the chicken cutlet. I didn't realize that they had pastas here too but they do and they're really good and much better then I had expected. Place has legit pizza. Great crust and right amount of chewiness in slices too. The cheese and sauce ratio is great and you can tell they don't skip on their ingredients. I had a Hawaiian pizza (canned pineapple, but come on - we are in southie I don't expect fresh). I've had their buffalo pizza, pepperoni and all have been consistently good. They are actually nice when you order over the phone too and make the food really quick for take out. The inside has 2-3 tables too if you want to grab a slice and take a seat. The food was good, however the delivery guy was INCREDIBLY rude and DEMANDED a tip while waving the order in my face asking "WHY DOES THIS ALWAYS HAPPEN TO ME?! NO TIP?!?". It may have been an oversight on my part that I didn't see a tip option online, but to demand a tip and to raise your voice at a customer is just unacceptable. Terrible customer service. This five star rating is based on the food and the customer service. My boyfriend and I have been here a few times, and we have tried the pizza, wraps and grinders, and we have never been disappointed. We've tried classics and newer mixes of sandwiches and all are wonderful! Not greasy at all (at least what we have tried!) and we will be back for more! The people who work there are super friendly and when we went in for the first time, helped us explore the menu a bit and gave great suggestions. The time that stands out most happened this past weekend. We had been on a flight back to Boston that was a little delayed, so we figured we would call in the order from baggage and pick up our pizza on the way home. It took much longer to get the shuttle to our car than expected, so instead of showing up around 10pm as planned, we didn't get there until 10:30pm. I had a couple missed calls on my phone from them making sure we were still coming, and being Saturday night, I didn't even think they would be closed....they closed at 10pm! I apologized profusely and the girl was so nice and everyone waited for us thirty minutes longer than they needed to. They kept our pizza hot and were very pleasant regardless. Even though there are other pizza places closer to our apartment, we are true Pizzeria 260 fans now. The food is great, and the employees go above and beyond, we will be back! read more

The BEST pizza in South Boston! The crust is thin and crisp with a great sauce that isn't salty. I love the nice touch of fresh tomatoes and chopped fresh basil added to the Margarita. I have lived in Southie for a few years now and have been a foodie my whole life; Pizzeria260 has the most authentic Italian pies in Southie and fresh components to their dishes. The menu contains a variety of ingredients that can be freshly prepared everyday, allowing P260 to create deliciously fresh dishes for every hungry human that rolls through West Broadway. I am also very impressed with the staff. I am a talker and an indecisive eater - I will eat anything under the sun and sometimes struggle to choose what might taste best when I am hungry... The gentlemen that I have spoken with have helped me customize innovative pie combinations that have all been excellent! Good pizza, horrible service. Their would be 4 stars just on their pizza (their crust it's kinda like cardboard, very tasteless so not 5) but their service is such a disaster it ruins their pizza. Recently ordered from Pizza 260 but after an hour and a half my pizza still wasn't here- I called to find out where my food was and they said the pizza wasn't even out of the oven! After 90 minutes they hadn't even made my pizza yet.. Just completely unacceptable so have to give them zero stars for service. 4 star pizza, 0 star service, so overall 2 stars. read more

I'm obsessed with this place! I've been ordering from here like once or twice a week for like a year! That's how much I love it. I'm shocked at some of the reviews. I've received nothing but outstanding customer service from this place. I've only physically been in a couple of times but even then, the person at the counter is always friendly.
