They think they can fool you over with that ugly LED waterfall or that waste of space they call a glass octopus, but we're not. Prices sucked. Even after their price drop I can STILL get products cheaper in dispensaries DOWN the street. In addition to that, I'm finding out that they hired an obscene amount of people and then proceeded to FIRE the MAJORITY of them during a pandemic. I used to go ones run by/owned by literal university greek fraternities and outlaw biker gangs. Socal dispensaries have come a long way since the late 90's early 2000's. While I miss the wild wild west, wider selection of products, and less tax, it's nice to see places have it together like Planet 13. I get it. Business is business and recreational is legal. Anyway, I put in an online order for mostly pain relief(dermal patches/salve/cbd) stuff for my ailing elderly mother as a last resort for pain management. Online ordering was easy, got a text message that my order was ready and was on my way. I live pretty close by, parked, checked in and was told to go to window 12. Only waited a couple of minutes till I was assisted. The person that helped me was thorough in reviewing my items and advised of the freebies I was getting. I inquired of the first time customer discount and it was promptly applied. I was advised of how payment with debit was processed. Overall, great experience. I was in and out. Looked like they were having an event out front, but it wasn't set up just yet. read more

I was tired of having to look for a new dispensary location every couple of weeks. For the reason that the dispensaries I was using near me we're not licensed so they would be closed , shutdown within weeks making it very difficult for me to cope with my pain without my cannabis . I was scrolling through Google searching for a new place when Bam Wham Bam I saw the big letter saying Planet 13 . I looked and found the location so I decided to go and check it out for myself I've heard this place was pretty big but I couldn't believe how big and nice and fancy it is it's like if you were going to Vegas in the sort of way the Budtenders are very helpful they help me with all my needs and what is good or what they would recommend but I have my favorites already so now I'm very happy that I found this place I found a home for my cannabis needs. I don't have to search for new locations every few weeks anymore this place is here to stay. Anybody that's looking for a big nice friendly atmosphere very big selection and great prices for your flower Vapes Edibles all your goodies accessories all the things you need in one location I would recommend Planet 13 and let's not forget they also have a happy hour which I found out that it's very good going during that time because they got very good deals. This place was extremely disappointing. We arrived early in the day around 9:45am. Our budtender lacked any kind of knowledge about anything. She expected us to pretty much tell her what we wanted and when asked certain questions she seemed uneducated. I am surprised by this because the Vegas Planet budtenders are extremely knowledgeable. Perhaps it's because the location is new but I expected better. They don't have many different vendors and the deals are lack luster. In my honest opinion, the Vegas location shits on this location. These guys mastered the art of retailing. It is not about how much you can smoke for $40, rather many of us want a pleasant, cheerful and professional place to shop. In that regard, this place have no equal. Lots of variety, i mean way more than i would ever need! Super disappointed!!! I've only been to this location a few times and every time I go I choose curbside. The last time I went I waited in curbside for 30 mins. Nobody ever came out so I went inside to pick up. I waited at the counter for another 20 mins and I told the guy who helped me that I was out there for 30 mins. His excuse was he didn't see me. I recently went again to give it another try on 5/20 I chose curbside again. A lady came out to help me, she asked for my ID and my passengers ID, I told her this is new that they never did this before. She said "oh as of now we have to check now" what if my passenger was under age? She then said she needed to run back in for the card reader. When she tells her my total I told her it was wrong. I ordered it on Weedmaps and it confirmed at a lower price cuz I used a promo, she said oh we don't use Weedmaps even though their website is on there. Made absolutely no sense. After paying she needed to run back in again for the order. She ran back in about 5 times going back and forth. Now I know why I barely go to this location. Only in emergency situations. Planet 13 is the best with great people and cool atmosphere . Prices are pretty good but might seem a little more due to taxes lol but that's California for you.
