They notice members who are going all in, and are accommodating to those taking a "green" day and taking it lightly. Their social media presence is worth the follow because of their consistency supporting of this business, location, team, coaches and members of course. They are constantly doing fun things to engage with everyone that attends their classes. My advice to anyone not familiar with Orange Theory is to try a class, for the sake of group motivation, coach led, non-repetitive classes that will have you walking/running more efficiently, lifting heavier and rowing like a boss. The coaches are there to help you work out and get more out of life, so if your uncertain about rowing, lifting, running, jogging, form, rest days, unlimited memberships and anything in between - ask one of the sales associates or coaches.

The male, was mistaking as someone else, he said "that asking for quarters yesterday, is not going to help you". Acting like I am poor. I believe that is completely illegal, I'm surprised someone doesn't sue her for it. The owner is stepping over dollars to pick up pennies. And losing long-term members because of it. I was kicked out of the FB members page on May 15th even though I was paid until the 31st. So I could no longer see what the workouts were. I asked the owner why, and she just said, " That's what's best for now, I'll send you over the workouts in an email." I never once received an email with the workouts. The coaches can be unprofessional at times, starting class late just to "wait on members" who are consistently late to class, making the class go over in time. I used to love this gym, but things have gone down hill the last few months sadly.
