I was a regular at this location , I would put a order in for delivery about 3 or r times a week , always would be generous with the delivery driver giving at least a $5 tip , not to mention I would also go an sit down an eat at least 1 or 2 times a week, the guys behind the counter knew I was a regular , well a few days ago I stopped in to once again order food an ditch down an eat an when I placed my order I was short about 80 cents , a lousy 80 cents , I then asked if I could give the 80 cents the next time I visited , an the cashier gave me a really bad attitude saying that would not be possible , I then explained I am a regular an because of the way I was being treated over 80 cents I would never again bring my business here , at that point 2 other employees began to belittle me in front of other customers an tell me they dont need customers like me or need my business , I was really embarrassed an kind of in shock that somebody could treat a regular in that type of matter, in conclusion the food is good , but the customer service an the way the staff treats their customers is absoutely unacceptable, smh read more

When this place first opened they were really good, no exaggeration I ate there 2-3 a week. Then they started to go down hill so I stopped going. One thing should be noted, beware the nachos or quesadillas. It should be a given with these types of places but I figured I would give it a shot anyway because I usually go for those foods. Most of these reviews are fake. I've gotten food from this location since 2013 and it has been excellent each and every time. Fast service, tasty food. And there is entertainment almost all the time when a customer comes in to complain only to realize they are wrong... and they keep complaining anyways! Definitely recommend, and will be returning. The food here was good...a couple of years ago. As other reviewers have said, delivery sucked! I live only about five blocks away and delivery would take over an hour - the food would arrive ice cold. So we started ordering for pick-up only, but then they raised their prices and decreased their portions. They charge extra for practically everything, including a tiny bag of croutons with their salads, and often forget sauces if you request them on the side. As for their wings, we refer to them as "pigeon wings" because they're so tiny. And although they boast that they have 24 sauces, most of them also cost extra. My wife and I have wings w/med sauce, chicken quesadilla, bean burrito, chicken gyro, fries, jalapeño poppers, and Philly cheese steak. I love the wings, perfect size and wet. The gyro is the healthiest thing on the menu, which is what I order the most. It's fast food and that's what we get when its a long day of work and your too tired to cook. I gave it 3 stars because delivery is the worst. My food is always wrong, or they forgot something, or its a messy order with sauce all over. I wish i could give them no stars!! I have ordered from here a number of times because my husband likes the wings here. However, every single time i order weather it be dine in, pick up or delivery they always mess up my order. I typically order the buffalo grilled chicken wrap with NO CELERY AND NO BLUE CHEESE. The same way everytime. Im allergic to celery and blue cheese. Well yesterday my husband wanted to dine in . So we got there around 7:15pm and Maynor took my order. I ordered the wrap and said twice (as the guy was talking over me every time i spoke) NO CELERY AND NO BLUE CHEESE etc...Annoyed he shakes his head and says i got it. The order comes out , i look at my wrap and there is Celery all inside of it. When i told the guy he gets nasty and says you never said it .. I said yes i did it was one of the first things i said to you.. He continues to say i didnt say it and i said so your going to argue with me over this? I turn to my husband as this nasty sob is still saying i never said it and he my husband confirms i said it. Just as im saying ya no what since its a problem just give me my money back he says ill have them make a new one. I heard him tell them just pick it off. I said i have an allergy please make a new one and he nodded his head. My food came out two minutes later. The fries dried out and hard from being under the lamp and my wrap was taken apart and the celery was picked out. I ate half of it and broke out in hives. I had to go home and take a Benadryl because i was having an allergic reaction to the wrap that the celery touched. THIS PLACE IS A DUMP! They cant even get an order right! I've been to one other planet wings location, on forest avenue in staten island, and if you like the hottest sauce, suicidal, it is somehow much spicier here. I personally get leapin lizard, it is sweet, savory, and just a little spicy. I find the boneless to be pretty good, the bone in, however, are not great. Personally, I think hooters has the best bone in wings, buffalo wild wings are ok, but if you are going for boneless, it doesn't matter. Alot of people complain about their other food, I haven't had anything other than wings and some appetizers and sides which were good. I found the food to be hot and fresh both times I picked up from this location. It's no hooters substitute, but it will satisfy a boneless fix. read more

Ordered 30 wings half butter garlic and half leaping lizard when I got home I noticed one package of wings was plain (no sauce was on the wings).When I called a girl answered I explained the problem she transferred me to a male with an Indian accent .He explained the leaping lizard sauce dries uo very fast you can tell there will be a little sauce on the bottom of the container(yeah that was the plain oil from the fryer) .Sounds to me instead of helping the customer when they make a mistake you will get a lot of b/s. I have been ordering from planet wings for a long time. I was a regular customer of their's. A couple of months ago, I was given a gift card from a family member. When I went to use the gift card, I was simply told that the card was declined, despite the fact that the website said there was still a balance of $25. I asked them to explain why a gift card would be declined. Its not a credit card and the site clearly says it has a $25 balance. They were of absolutely no help. I emailed the corporate office twice and never received a response. Very unprofessional. Never buying from them again. Great food, but horrible service. Thieves. read more

This is my experience as a first and last time customer. I ordered a 10 piece lemon pepper wings and curly fries with cheese. When i returned home to eat, i noticed the lemon pepper wings didn't look like any kind I've seen before. They looked more like hot buffalo wings then lemon pepper. I took a bite and they didn't taste much like lemon pepper either. I took them back to the store thinking the must have made a mistake, and when i did the cashier agreed with me. The manager then came to me and told me no that is the lemon pepper sauce. He then pours the lemon pepper sauce from the bottle into a little plastic cup and condescendingly tells me to try it if i don't believe him. I tell him i understand that it is the correct sauce, it was my mistake as first time customer, but asked if i could i just exchange the wings for another flavor. He tells me no, saying hes just going to lose money by wasting the wings. No "I'm sorry", no accommodation, no nothing. I have never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant before. The manager was rude, unwelcoming, arrogant, and unaccommodating. Terrible customer service. Bad first experience and I will not be returning. read more

The one took my order told me 10 mins and never offered the point club to me that she ordered to her friend. So this man who came after me came in they gave him an order and he leaves. Meanwhile another order comes up she opens it and says wings and something else I replied no an gave my order again. The other girl says she must have given wrong order and then he comes back saying he got wrong order handed it back to the girl with glasses. Then she says to other girl that she gave wrong order to guy what does she do now. Rather than throw it away and start new she repackaged order guy removed from store opened and returned into another bag and went to hand to me. I told her I would like s new meal made so she took it in back. Never heard chopping sound of steak being made and onion rings were double fried leaking oil all over. I wound up not eating it because something told me it was same meal she tried to push off on me before. Gross! A shame the sandwich I ordered is good. totally rediculous operation and should not even have the word wing in the name of the company. they give you fifteen wings and 2oz of blue cheese. if you want more than that you have to order "extra" and pay for it. the word extra means more than normal to me. 2oz of blue cheese is far from normal. the owner should should see how far 2oz goes but then again i am sure he gets more than that when he orders. read more
