I was initially upset because she cut off healthy hair - about an inch or more- as I was explaining to her that I wanted her to go in and trim my hair and didn't care about it being even and I did not want a straight across cut. I noticed that my hair was smoking and I have baby fine hair. My hair was really greasy. Once I got home I was even more upset: My curls are straight at the ends- heat damage, my hair fell out in clumps in the shower- she used cheap products from the drug store and I still had split ins- I went in and trimmed myself. I should have never gone there. She did call and ask if - on her own- we would like to come back because she didn't feel she did our hair right, but I declined; if I receive this kind of service specifically on the first visit I will not come back. I'm really not happy. My hair was in it's growing stage and now I am going to have to cut even more from the ends and baby it all summer on the hopes that it will snap back. My hair before the trim was past my shoulders and it just needed to be tipped. Now it's at my neck and damaged.
