Customers service to order the products were great. But that is where it ended. Delivery took awhile and we looked over the appliances when delivered but apparently not quite enough. There was a dent in the box of the fridge that they will not replace. It is very difficult to get any customer service on the phone. The ice maker has already been replaced and the new one is still not working. We have had the fridge for maybe a month and it has been nothing but trouble. We did not pay for a used fridge. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything! If I could give them ZERO STARS I would. Waited 4 months for a refrigerator and when it was finally delivered it had 3 dents on it, and the French doors were totally misaligned. They wanted me to keep it this way! I ordered 3 appliances in total and who knows when the other 2 would have shipped. I canceled everything and got a full refund. Been out of a fridge and looking for a specific model for almost a month. Best and scarff kept delaying when it was going to arrive and we finally kicked them to the curb for poor customer service and got a refund. Mario was able to get in touch with his warehouse and get one sent out right away. Hoping everything goes smoothly from here on out! Ordered a built in microwave over the phone with help from Adam Bayram from Plesser's. The ordering went smoothly and Adam was helpful in considering all the details. Price was on a good sale but since they shipped coast to coast for me the shipping wasn't free. Adam did apply a shipping rebate which covered half of it. My unit is 4-6 weeks out (ouch) so still need to see how delivery goes. read more
