My kitchen remodel resulted in replacing my smaller 30" refrigerator with a standard 36". After visiting local appliance stores in the Tampa area and finding out that the Bosch model I was looking for was on back order, I decided to find a company online that had stock on hand. Plesser's actually had stock available. And, much to my huge surprise they beat the price of my local appliance stores, which was already discounted more than the box stores. This was my first experience with Plesser's and I set my expectations low due to the staffing scene nation wide. I was greeted and handled with a level of service that I would expect from my previous employer, Williams Sonoma, when they were a service driven business of the early 2000's. Excellent! Daran Riley exceed my expectations by understanding the availability issue of refrigerators and made the experience from order to delivery seamless. I explained that I only had 2 and a half weeks to receive the appliance, and he knew the delivery company's operations so well that they delivered within the expected timeline. That's huge accomplishment these days! After the order was placed, the email communication was exceptional. I never had to guess about the status of my order. Plus, Daran gave me his direct number in case I had any issues or any other concerns. Daran also asked if I had any other appliance needs? I considered a Bosch Dishwasher, but unfortunately the model I wanted was not available. Plesser's is fortunate to have him on their team. We came home from vacation to our fridge being dead. With 3 young kids, we needed a fridge quickly. Eric was our salesman and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Not happy with Plessars. Salesman neglected to mention there was a $248 charge for using my credit card. I was able to have it removed but it didn't sit well with me. Salesman also assured me all appliances would be in stock by September. ( I purchased in June) In early August I was asked if I still wanted delivery in September. I have now requested delivery and was told the oven is "out of stock" until the end of the year. Tried calling customer service but twice I was disconnected after being on hold for 45 min.! Dealing with Plessars has been a NIGHTMARE! By the way same thing happened to my daughter......... thinking maybe our appliances were sold to someone else who was willing to pay more??? Mario P. is awesome! I was looking for a particular over the range microwave. It was out of stock everywhere. All the big box stores and everyone online - back ordered to May. It was end of February. As a last resort I called Plesser's which was out of state for me. Mario said he saw 3 in his pipeline and thought he could grab one. Not happy. Ordered a range top. Nothing implied it was not available, would be delayed, etc. order even states paid in full. Just checked updated status, says it will ship between August 1-15. I get the whole supply chain BS, but as a business focused on customer service maybe call and say sorry, your item is not in stock, we don't know when it will be, we are hoping for August 1-15 which is a total guess and fingers crossed, would you like to cancel your order.. NOPE... automated system I have to check myself to see that I have been mislead. I want my order canceled and a full refund if my card my charged illegally. the order process was good through plesser's but then when they delivered a broken dishwasher, they refused to replace it with a new one. They said I needed to go through Whirpool to get it replaced. Whirlpool said it was up to the store. I might as well have ordered through Amazon or Wayfair at least I know they will replace if I am not happy. Plesser's never even apologized that they sent me a faulty dishwasher. Instead I now am stuck with a brand new never used dishwasher that has already had to have the entire motor replaced on it. read more

I was recommended to Plessers by my sister, who ordered appliances from them a couple of years ago when they did a kitchen remodel. Seems weird, since we live in Colorado, but she raved about them. Mike Erhart helped me with efficiency and good humor. I first ordered a slide in range and then realized I couldn't use it next to the cupboard as planned, so I quickly canceled that and Mike helped me figure out which induction cooktop to order instead. He answered all my questions about induction cooking and even called back to let me know the griddle will be shipping separately from the cooktop, so not to worry when they didn't come at the same time. My neighbor recently purchased a Cafe Appliances double oven from Mario at Plessers. She's been happy with it and spoke highly of her experience at the showroom. When the circuit board on my 15-year-old Bosch oven went out this spring, I decided to call Mario with questions. I appreciated that he listened carefully to what I needed, because I was still trying to figure that out myself. There's real value in that. The first option Mario sent me to look at was $400 less than the oven I had in mind when I called him. That's endearing. We spent a couple of days communicating and I decided on a single oven and gas range from the same line as my neighbor had purchased, but more suited to my smaller galley kitchen. After hours spent researching reviews and sellers of a Bosch refrigerator, I stumbled across Plessers website. Their price beat out all competitors. I placed my order based on price, but after two lovely experiences speaking with Plesser employees to verify shipping and discuss warranties, I would rely on Plessers for my future needs based on the service. I initially gave ML of Plessers a good review because when purchasing he was helpful and knowledgeable of the items and able to spend time to ensure a proper replacement of kitchen appliances that would fit in spaces. The main reason we purchased from Plessers was the appliance availability 10 days ahead of others and can remove old, install and haul away. With cooktop broken the earlier delivery was important. Just prior to delivery date, it got delayed a few days and then another week. Calls and emails to ML questioning this went unanswered. Bait and switch! Plessers stock dropped and most likely will not purchase the rest of the kitchen appliances with them. Besides being 10 days late, the delivery was communicated well but the installation had its issues. 1. They did not have the training for the electrical hookup and after the stove flashing "wired wrong" and I was told an electrician was needed; they removed an older model of the same cooktop and wall oven. I stepped in and showed him how to wire the 240 Volt service. 2. When installing the cooktop, he did not fasten it down and when I questioned the installation, he explaining it is not done. Afterwards I found the cooktop fasteners with the installation manual. 3. I stopped them from placing the cooktop on the old, existing, food incrusted gasket. When questioned I was told they did not have or need one. Therefore, I removed the existing gasket with a razor place. Miraculously a new gasket appeared and was placed atop the countertop. Afterwards I had to lift the cooktop up and adjust it because it extended beyond the cooktop. 4. There was no user manual included with the material and had to download off the web. read more

This company is soooooo BAD. Refused to give a fair window for delivery of dishwasher. Delivery company showed up on day of delivery and FORGOT to put dishwasher on truck....after I had to miss work due to not getting a window. Wouldn't reschedule at a helpful time. Had to reschedule my daughter pediatrician appt to accommodate. Then they showed up and it was damaged. Plessers scheduled a new delivery of a new unit...this time promising to deliver themselves and install themselves instead of same 3rd party that messed up. And after all The problems, Plessers wouldn't accommodate our schedule at all and scheduled delivery for the one time I told them I couldn't be home due to the reschedule of my daughters pediatric appt that I had to reschedule due to earlier failed attempt at delivery. Gene is a liar. He called feigning concern and then ignored rest of calls and refuse to remedy the situation. Do not buy from Plessers! They are liars. Their entire team is incompetent....and they will make zero good faith attempts to turn a problem around and make good. 1 star because yelp wouldn't let me choose no stars! read more

They waited a week to tell me that the freight company that they use will not deliver to my address. They said UPS will deliver for over $600. There free delivery advertised is not so free. They refunded my money, but it will take 7-10 days to process. I do not recommend this company. read more

Poor customer service! I order several high end appliances for a client and have had questions and issues that took way too long to get resolved. Their trucking company left me an automated message on Friday stating (not asking) they were delivering on Saturday between 6AM and 10AM. That does not work for me or my clients. Their pricing is good but not worth the headaches. read more

Typically I am not a person who leaves negative feedback. I order 5 appliances on May 23rd with the hopes of the order being delivered in early June. The order was shipped out June 4th and after MANY calls to customer service, delivered on June 22nd, roughly 2 weeks after promised. Well this is were it gets more frustrating. First, one of my appliances was not shipped with the other pieces based on availability, however I was not told that when ordering, in fact I was told all products were in stock. Second, when the delivery showed up on the 22nd, my double oven was missing. No one can find it. I understand that it may be a shipping companies responsibility, however, this is who Plesser's contract through so I don't give them a reprieve. Third, when I had the refrigerator installed, one of the internal water lines leak. I have lived without major appliances for roughly 3 weeks now. Not once was I called proactively to help. Every call has been initiated by myself. At this point, I would have gladly spent the extra few hundred dollars and ordered them through Lowe's, Home Depot or Best Buy. Maybe experience is different if you live on the east coast but I would strongly urge west coast potential orders to go elsewhere read more

She was amazing with follow up and very helpful , However, had issues with damage , had to get in front of manager to create proper communication with follow up between sales and customer service. After having tried to purchase a Whirlpool Wall Oven Combo from Lowe's who after many weeks said that they could not give me the model I wanted. I then ordered the same item from Appliances Connection and after seven weeks from placing the order, I found out that they had gone out of business. Then behold, I found Plessers Appliances where Mario Perez said he had one left. He was a consummate professional and the ordering and shipping were a dream. After this experience, I choose to contact Mario again for the purchase of a Bosch 800 series dishwasher to replace our old Bosch appliance. I placed an order of a gas range online, the listing said it's in stock and ready to ship. 2 months later, there is still no ETA as to when Plesser's will receive the shipment from the manufacturer. I requested to cancel the order and get a full refund, and that process alone took 5 days and many phone calls to confirm the cancellation. Even after they confirmed the cancellation via phone, it took an additional 3 days for them to process the cancellation, and then another 5-7 business days for the refund to be issued. Overall, it was a horrible customer experience - not only was the online listing 'in stock' misleading, the customer support line always took multiple calls to reach a representative, and their order cancellation and refund turnaround time is extremely slow. I ended up cancelling the order and purchasing the same appliance from a major appliance store, and received the appliance within 2 days. I would never order anything from Plesser's in the future. read more
