Sales process was easy enough but know the add-one are painful. Delivery fee and credit card convenience fee, if you can find the product local, even if it's a bit more just do local. Paid for a "Gold Level" plan and sold that for $149 everything would be taken care of. Delivery driver gets there and basically says you needed a White glove plan. Tried to upgrade the plan on the spot and he couldn't do it. Just not smooth but not terrible. The gold plan is basically bring it in your house. Left me with removing all the tape, connecting filter, going out to buy water line and oh yeah left the box and all the packing crap on my front yard for me to dispose of. read more

There was the added incentive of a free extended warranty, but the sales tax break is what sealed the deal. Delivery was on time from NJ to a mountain in TN with good communication via automated phone calls a day before, 30 minutes before, and 15 minutes before delivery. I was a little nervous when one of the appliances arrived with minor damage, but the delivery team photographed it (as did my husband) and Plessers worked it out fairly. Not to beat a dead horse but as many have said before their prices are ok but once they have your money it is like you don't exist. Shop around and go somewhere else if you think there is any possibility you will need customer service after your purchase. Here are the details. I spent almost 15k on appliances here. Part of that purchase was 1300 for a 48 inch range hood. When it came time to install the hood it was too large. The plans called for windows to be 50 inches apart but the contractor had to put them closer together (46 inches) due to the stud layout he found once he opened up the wall. Up until this point things were fine with plessers. They had even offered to graciously upsell me extended warranties on everything I purchased. Once I called to try to replace the vent hood with a smaller unit is when the problems started. I was told it was a special order and not returnable. Nobody ever mentioned anything about it being a special order during the sales process. They told me it was on my receipt. The receipt did say that my order contained special order items but it did not specify which items were special order so I have a feeling that any item that had a problem was going to be considered special order. The hood was available in the usual 30, 36, 48 inch sizes so I'm not sure how it qualifies as a special order but they refused to budge on replacing it with a smaller unit. So in the end I went to another store and purchased a different 42 inch hood and was left with a spare 48 inch range hood sitting in my garage. read more

My KitchenAid microwave oven combo died and couldn't be repaired. Been looking for sales at big box stores. I did a online search for a KitchenAid product and Pleasers.com came up. I was dubious at first, thinking these guys are not legitimate, and besides they are located on the East Coast and I live here in San Diego. However their rock bottom prices kept me going back to them. I finally called to inquire about the business and spoke to Eugene who happened to be the manager. He explained they are indeed an authorized dealer for KitchenAid products. He also went on to explain that this was a family run store who have been in business for over 100 years. Eugene did an excellent job of telling me about the product I was looking for, and was honest about the backorder of all kichenaid products due to the pandemic. Eugene was honest to explain that my product won't ship until September. I was okay with that since my existing unit had been out of commission since November. Also I liked the fact that Plesser would not charge my cc until the product shipped, although a small security deposit would be required for the order, I'm also okay with that. I am very happy that they offered free shipping all the way to Southern California for free, along with no sales tax. I'll update this post once I receive my product in September, but so far I love the prices and the courteousness of Eugene who sold me the product. Don't be afraid to give them a call for a quote. What a nightmare. I purchased a Frigidaire Gallery appliance package for my new home in 12/2021. The refrigerator, wall oven, and microwave trim were delivered damaged but the boxes fully intact (no indication of damage). The refrigerator was sent back and a new one delivered also damaged. I did not catch the damage and now I am dealing with "Frigidaire Warranty" which is proving to be challenging and it is still not fixed. Also, they use AM Home Delivery for their services in Florida. They sent one guy to deliver the refrigerator, so he had to sling it around and slam it down to get it in my garage. Definitely a joke considering I paid for the "Gold Delivery" upgrade. After an $8k purchase of damaged appliances and with challenging communication with Daniel in Customer Service, I wouldn't recommend Plesser's to anyone. read more

However he apparently presented us with a price the owner was not happy with, so the owner would not let the appliance be shipped unless we paid a revised price. Although the sales process is fine, the company they contract with for deliveries is completely incompetent and unprofessional. I'm still waiting for my delivery five weeks after I ordered and have been given multiple delivery dates and times with no explanation as to why the delivery wasn't made. They even claimed that they attempted delivery and I wasn't home when I was waiting from 2 until after 10:30 PM on a Saturday night after they were further and further delayed. Plessers customer service said there was nothing they could do except ask the delivery company to try again and the delivery company's customer service simply stopped replying. Unacceptable. Don't order from here. Go anywhere else if you have to have something delivered. read more

I have only good things to say about Plessers Appliances!! I ordered a kitchen full of appliances. Eugene helped me through all the steps in ordering them, including researching what new model was coming out for a refrigerator. When one of the panels for the fridge came scratched, he was on it, making sure the manufacturer sent me a new one immediately. He was even able to send me the refrigerator handles at no charge, even though the manufacturer said they are no longer included (their printed information said they were included). Eugene was awesome! After all appliances were installed, we discovered the ice maker was not working. Another call to Eugene and he had Frances in Customer Support follow through and help me. I could not get the authorized repair company to call me or finish the repair. Frances emailed, called, contacted the manufacturer, etc, many times!. She was in constant contact with me. If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a brand new dishwasher from them last week, it was delivered and installed Friday. The man who did the installation briefly turned it on to prove there's electricity to it show me the buttons and left. I then proceeded to attempt to run the dishwasher, it would not work. There's no soap going into the machine and it's not cleaning dishes, etc etc etc. I called them right away to let them know. Their solution was to have a repair team from a third-party come in three weeks from now. People sold me a nonworking dishwasher and now I've made it my problem to deal with a third-party. I have never been more unhappy with an appliance company in my life. I specifically chose this company based on their local location and the fact that the people in the show room seem to be personable and it felt like a small company. UPDATE: HOA approved my installation, the propane company installed the oven without issue with the exception of not having a hose I should have had, when I purchased the oven. The propane company provided the hose and all is great. I have received rebates I was due and am very happy most of all with my new propane stove/double oven. I just purchased a washer and dryer and placed an order totaling over 2600$. This included the washer, dryer, new electrical plug and the steam dryer kit. I did not pay for installation as we were doing that ourselves. When it was delivered I asked about the steam kit for the dryer. I was told this white plastic piece was the dryer "kit" that I paid 29.99 for. As you can see in the second picture is the one " kit" that I had to run out and purchase from Lowe's. I called the store thinking they would for sure just credit me back for the "kit" as one piece does not make a kit and if I had paid for installation the guys would not have been able to complete it as there were clearly parts missing. I was shocked when I was told that I would have to return the plastic piece for me to get a refund. I just spent 2600$ and am asking for a 30$ refund and you want your 2$ part back. No apology for the inconvenience that I didn't have the necessary parts that I had ordered. Customer service is terrible. I will gladly mask up and drive a half hour and go into the store to do my return and I will make sure every person in the place hears my story. Will never buy from them again read more

Horrible, terrible customer service and order fulfillment on an LG Refrigerator order I placed Aug 29, 2022, and still have not received. Plesser's Email told me that shipping arrangements would be issued by Mid-September 2022. No shipping Arrangements were ever made by Plesser's. My multiple emails (Over 4) to Plesser's order status email and many telephone voicemails (over 8) were left on Plessers 877 957 5377 order status line. No return calls from my voicemails. This company is a "middleman" supplier and has no inventory of what you need. They constantly used the slow Supply Chain issues as an excuse for not shipping my refrigerator. They are quick to charge your credit card on August 29 the date of order, but no shipping instructions are given for over 6 weeks afterward. I canceled my order on October 10, 2022. Let me see home fast they return my original charge. Plessers Accounting Dept. sent a cancelation confirmation email, stating: "Please allow 7-10 days for processing. All refunds will be issued in accordance with the cancellation policy posted on our website". Don't mess with Plesser's to order appliances. read more

We had just received word from an appliance repairman that the counter depth refrigerator was not repairable. After an exhaustive search (thank you Covid) almost no replacement was available. A call to Plessers Appliances got us immediate positive results. Eric Cullen told us that there were several options, all of which were in stock!!! All other calls led us to believe that we had at least a 3 month wait. Eric was patient, informative and over the top with explanations to satisfy our plethora of questions. All follow-up calls to him were immediately handled by him and in a very satisfactory manner. Plessers prices are very competitive and their service is outstanding. I was sold a 5 year extended warranty that I was told at the time would give me 7 years of full protection (2 years manufacturer + 5 years extended) and now only to find out it's really only a 3 year plan b/c the extended warranty company won't touch my oven (broken three days before Thanksgiving) until the manufactures warranty expires.
