Good food, good service. Waiter was attentive and gave good recommendations. Would go again!

One of my favorite locations food is always good so is the service wait list moves pretty quick so it's never a crazy wait time.

Had been craving wings so stopped in and ordered the 12oz of boneless bites - 1/2 buffalo mild and 1/2 Teryiaki We sampled many sauces, all were good, of course I had my preferences .. and for those of you that don't like spicy, stay away from anything but the mild buffalo because even the mild has a nice kick - I love spicy so no issue for me but I sampled the medium and the hot and for the average joe they may be too spicy. The Mac n cheese is great and the waffle fries are good as well - I did send my first order back to be cooked a bit more crisp the first order was very soft and I like them to be a little crispy at least . Anyhow we ordered the one order of wings $12 the side of Mac n cheese $3.50 tea $1.99 - so prices are average I would say .. I will mention that they only give you a 2oz little cup of ranch or bleu cheese dressing w your meal and they will charge for extra so if you love ranch keep in mind that ANY thing extra they WILL charge - we paid $1.50 for an addtl small cup of ranch .25 for an extra flavor w the wings.. this is a place that charges for every substitution and every extra - In addition to wings they also offer sandwiches and burgers - some other appetizers like fried cheese fried macaroni, fried pickles, queso.. there are large TVs at each table the atmosphere is sports bar / restaurant style but comfortable the service was good. For a guy like me who loves (and I mean loves) chicken wings, Grapevine Texas was a great, and unexpected place to land. See - Grapevine is where I found Buffalo Wild Wings, Hooters, and Pluckers all in the same parking lot. Yes - side by side by side. (Imagine my excitement!). I had never been to Pluckers, but I though "if they have the feathers to go side by side with the others, they must be worth a try". And they were. I went on a Sunday night around 8, and there was a line out the door (!). I found a spot at the bar and decided to try the mild and hot wings. They have fries, but since I'm not 6 anymore I passed on the waffle fries. Wings were fresh, the service was great and the sauces were original. I will definitely be back. read more

This is the third Pluckers I've been to and it was really good as usual. The staff was very nice here and everyone was hustling around. It did get very busy around lunch time so plan accordingly in case you need to get on a waiting list. The tenders came out piping hot and super moist. They are so good. This time I ordered several sauces: Gold Rush = always good. A kicked-up smokey honey mustard. Buffalo Hot = awesome. Thick vinegary buffalo with great flavor and pretty hot - great for us fanatics but tread lightly your first try. Baker's Gold = wow, my new favorite. For sure this is awesome. It's difficult to describe - it is like a mix of Buffalo Medium, Gold Rush, and course ground mustard with vinegar. Heat level is medium. read more

Me and my friend were refused service for not having a mask. Pretty foolish if you ask me. Because obviously we can't eat with our mask's on anyway. I was going to spend at least 50 if not more. This was my second visit. I have been pretty underwhelmed both times. The food isn't bad. It just isn't that amazing, either. I tried the chicken club this last time. It was good, but it wasn't anything to write home about. The waffle fries were alright. We also ordered the fried pickles. They were pretty delicious. The portion size was a bit on the stingy side. I left not feeling very satisfied hunger-wise. On a positive note, their Psychedelic Frog mixed alcoholic drink is superb. I highly recommend it. The downside, as others have mentioned, is the service. Both times the front desk people seemed almost angry that we walked in. Once we were seated, our servers weren't much better. Read some of the other reviews. Our experiences were very similar. The atmosphere is very loud and boisterous. I think it would be great for a group of rowdy friends that want to drink at the bar or if you want to do a to-go order. This review covers two trips to sample Plucker's wings. I have been on a wing kick and Plucker's is a very good remedy. Unlike bar food they do a nice job in providing a quality showing of their wings. I did not order alcohol but have a nice selection of beers on tap and good drink specialties as well. Plenty of big screen TV's to watch favorite team. I set at the bar since it is self serving and you don't have to wait. Otherwise expect a wait and/or use the Yelp wait list feature. Even on a Sunday evening they were crowded. I ordered the 10 Wing Combo with the waffle fries and one time with the tots. The presentation of the wings is fantastic. No celery but served in a sauce which is plentiful and tasty. I ordered 5 Fire in the Hole and 5 Vampire Killer. Fire in the Hole is the hottest and it does not disappoint. I ordered the homemade lemonade that they serve in 32 oz. jars. The help help is very courteous and attentive. The prices here are reasonable. The 10 wing combo was 14.25 and lemonade was 3.50. Pluckers has the best wings! They have great happy hour specials and food specials so make sure to check out your location to see what the specials are for that day. We went mid week around 6pm and to get a seat near a tv we waited maybe 10 mins so not horrible. I asked what one of the wing sauce tasted like so they gave me a sample so feel free to ask in case you are wondering. My favorite is the vampire slayer (garlic and spicy)! This is our usual location, and today we came on Jan 15 to have dinner with my family. There was no wait. We asked for a table .. We sat at the table for about 20 mins before another waitress came and took our drinks. Then we get a Dr. Pepper with a line . Nobody drinks a Dr pepper with a lime. We asked for a water with lime. To this point we just got up and left. Never have we been treated like this.. I must add this instead of taking our drink order the original waiter decided to ignore us and continued to just clean up tables. read more

The flavor of the food was amazing. However, 3 days after eating, my entire party of 8 has E. Coli. Pluckers apparently isn't cooking their chicken long enough. The place was packed, so I get rushing the food orders, but undercooking chicken isn't a corner you can cut. Please cook your food thoroughly, this has been horrible. read more

We live over 40 minutes away and I prefer this location 10x over the one i have nearby. The food is always perfect. The wings have a good sauce to crispy ratio. The fries are always fresh and crispy. The service is always fast ; i've never waited more than 30 minutes to be seated. The seats and tables are spaced out pretty even so you don't feel crammed. read more

I don't usually leave reviews but whoever owns this place needs to know how bad this place looks. Landed at the Airport, everyone wanted wings so we wanted to try a new place, Have always heard great things about Pluckers. When we pulled up we noticed how dirty the parking lot was, omg it was disgusting, trash everywhere! The place looks run-down and had so much trash outside it looked like a landfill. If it's this dirty outside I can't imagine how dirty it is on the inside. read more

Pluckers always makes my day! This was my first time at this location and I had a good experience. It was a packed house, but we were seated right away. Our waitress was nice and patient with us while seeing what we want for the menu. The food was delicious as always. The Jumbo wings are the way to go. I got the Spicy Lemon Pepper and Spicy Garlic Parmesan are my favorite. The food is always hot and full of flavor. I will definitely be back at this location. read more
