Tonight our food was great, I had boneless wings and chips with blue cheese dressing and the wings were tossed in buffalo hot sauce. Our waitress was attentive and friendly, which wasn't the case a few times before... There was quite a long wait, so make sure to check in online. It was over an hour wait, but we waited about 15 minutes because we signed in online. It was also the NBA all star game, so the restaurant was packed. But food came out fresh and in a timely manner. Love pluckers wings. Get them extra crispy and thank me later. My favorite flavors are spicy ranch (dry rub) and vampire killer, which is a garlicky, sweet glaze with a kick. Everyone else I go with loves their spicy garlic Parmesan and spicy lemon pepper. Another favorite is the hot, but the 'hot' is super spicy for regular (non crazy pepper eaters) folks so be prepared. As far as appetizers, my favorite is the holy Mac and cheese, obviously a fan favorite. Basically macaroni and cheese cut out into sticks, breaded and fried. Drink specials every day. From the moment I stepped in this Pluckers location I had multiple bad experiences. It took a decent amount of time to eat us seated. The staff was not the best. They seemed distracted most of the time. Once we got seated it took about 10 minutes to bring our drinks and about 40 to bring out our food. I ordered buffalo wing bites with tots. The dish itself was not good at all. The tots were undercooked and the wings did not have a good quality. It tasted like all frozen food. They also forgot to bring silverware which made it hard to eat the buffalo bites. I did not finish the plate due to lack of interest in the overall taste. And our server was slow and kept forgetting stuff. And the food was such a downgrade compared to the other plucker locations like the Plano one we love. This food wasn't good. Let me start by saying that as I start to write this review the restaurant closes in 10 minutes. I also want to say that I have worked in the restaurant industry since I was 15 and I'm now in my 40s. I've done every job in the industry and currently work for a concept that is quick service and my job is to open 60 new restaurants across the USA in 2021. I started my work day at 7am. It ended just after 9pm. Just after 9:30pm I called to place a take out order, they close at 10pm. I was told that they stop taking Togo orders. I asked if they were still open, the answer was yes. I asked if I could walk in to place a Togo order. And I was told no, they stop taking Togo orders at 9:30pm. I asked if I could walk in and eat, as I was pulling into the parking lot. And I was told no. They were on a wait and have stopped taking any more guest. I ran the Joe's Crab Shack in Sacramento many years ago as the General Manager and took it from a $9 million unit to a $12 million unit in under 2 years. How? By serving my guest until they stopped coming in. I stopped taking names at closing time, and went through the wait until all my guest were served. I even started opening my doors 15 minutes early. Then 30 minutes early. Why? Because in the restaurant industry we are of service to our guest. I worked a long day. And I'm hungry. And they denied me service for convenience. Maybe they are trying to be of service to their team members? But wouldn't more hours and tips be of more service? Or has the industry lost its way during the pandemic? I get it, we are ALL understaffed. And the team members who are working may be tired...but so is everyone else. I don't think that this review of me not getting wings 30 minutes to close will change anything. And I want to stress that the host who answered the phone and the manager who spoke with me were both very pleasant, and I tried to be as well after being shocked that my wing craving wasn't going to be cured by Pluckers. Luckily Buffalo Wild Wings was open until midnight and took my Togo order. I am bummed that I didn't get to try Pluckers because I heard great things, and the business must be good because they were closing on a wait. I just hope that they will realize that in this industry we are of service. And the hours of operation are a promise to serve regardless of how busy you are. Im am now done with my rant. Time to go into Bdubs and get my to go order. read more

Our server was very friendly and our food came out pretty quickly. The lemon pepper waffle fries are so good as well as the sweet potato waffle fries with cinnamon sugar. I absolutely love the lemon pepper wings here. I don't think I have ventured to try any other wings although I'm sure they are equally amazing. Jesse, manager stopped by our table and greeted us and told us about the trivia. He definitely made us feel welcomed and I appreciate the hospitality of the employees here. We visited the location in Irving and after a lengthy wait, our table wasn't clean before they seated us. I had alcohol wipes with me and we wiped the table and it was filthy. There was grime and the wipes were black from us cleaning the table. Even during the enhanced Covid cleaning this was less than acceptable. So we told our waiter and he had just come on and he did notify the manager. The manager did come over to check on us. We waited about 10 minutes before our server came to the table to greet and get drink orders after being seated. Our food was okay! All of our food was not hot as it should and could have been. I have eaten at other Plucker locations and all foods orders were hot to the table. I would like to see better in the future from this location. read more

Location: The restaurant is nestled a little bit away from the road and the parking lot kind of keeps it from plain view unless you're looking for it. Parking is ample, but this place stays busy, so depending on what time you come, you may or may not luck out with front row parking. Covid restrictions: I can't speak for the other locations, but this establishment will not allow any groups or lines of people to form within the entry of the building like we were accustomed to pre-covid. They have someone at the front as soon as you enter, marking you down on the wait list. I recommend you join the wait list via yelp and then call to check in. We were able to sit in our car for the entire length of our wait in line. We came during a 76ers game, so it was jam packed and our wait time was about 45 minutes, but we were comfortable in our vehicle. They call and text you that your table is ready. They check your temperature before you enter and all staff members are wearing masks appropriately. They offer hand sanitizer, but I suggest just going to wash your hands in their very clean bathrooms. Service: Our server was very attentive and really good at anticipating our needs. We came with our 9 months old son and I ordered waffle fries for the baby not realizing he would only need a half size. Since I told her it was for the baby, she left and came back to verify if I wanted the full or half size for him and I just really love how she took that detail into consideration before sending the order in. Dining out with a little one is difficult, but servers like ours make it a nice experience. Food Quality: Make sure you order their fried macaroni. The portions we're pretty big and it was absolutely delicious! When they first came out, they were still a little hot, but not SO hot that we couldn't touch and take a bite out of them. They are delicious when paired with their house ranch. Not sure about the sweet sauce that comes with them, however. We got fire in the hole wings and sometimes the spice level is hit or miss. We actually enjoy spicy and they really came through with the habanero pieces in the sauce so we were pleasantly surprised. Their waffle fries with the spicy ranch seasoning is also really addictive and I highly recommend asking for those to kick up your flavor a little bit. Overall: We love the grapevine location above all the other locations. The atmosphere here is generally less chaotic, and we love their streamlined service. Will be back. read more

I love pluckers. But this particular pluckers just wasn't it. My issue was the customer services provided by my server. She wasn't attentive didn't offer or give us napkins until I asked. We had plates on the side of the table and she never came to get them or check up on us. Then she says I have to go and introduces a new server which wasn't messed up because he ended up taking the plates and giving us the services we needed. Then we see her helping the other customers around our table and being friendly with them. I don't understand why she treated us like we were invisible or nothing. It did made me feel bad. I needed up talking to a manager and they made the experience a bit better and even gave us the appetizers we ordered for free. But the way her service was just left a certain atmosphere. And the poor server that came after her did his best to cheer us up. It's just sad how he ended up cleaning up her mess. I wish I could give a five star but that really ruined the mood. read more
