My wife were in the mood for wings so we stopped at pluckers in grapevine. We got there at 11:05 am we pulled into the parking lot and it was full of trash and we had to walk around dirty diapers to get into the front door. We went in anyways got our table I went to the bathroom and it's was disgusting trash over flowing sink area nasty a toilet area was blown up. What was the opening manager doing. The food is amazing, as every Pluckers is, when it's served hot and fresh. But the SERVICE is horrible!! The wait from the time we are seated to the time they take our drink orders is crazy, and the wait to GET our drinks is even worse. Food takes a long time, and by the time it's comes it's cold. TIP: If you love ranch like me, be sure to order extra ranch when you order your drinks, otherwise if you order it when your food comes you'll be done eating by the time they bring it. I came on all you can eat Mondays! They started me out with 20 wings and refill was at 10 more wings. They even let me take home my leftovers. I really do miss eating Pluckers!!! I really do wish Houston had a location. I think this is a new location because it is super clean. They have lots of TVs. Their service lacks a bit just because their employee turnover is high. Came here last night with a big group for my fiancé's birthday. As hectic as it was to take the order for such a large group with a few late comers, the service was amazing! Probably one of the best service experience I've had at Pluckers. The server was very attentive in taking our orders and making sure our drinks were full. We ordered our usual: Frachos sub bakers gold sauce, fried pickles, and a 15 wing combo. We also got the mozzarella sticks as the club special. Love Pluckers wings! I was craving chicken wings, and my husband and I decided to come here for lunch. We usually go to the one in Dallas, but this place is the closest Pluckers from work. We arrived here around 11:45am and were seated immediately. They have good lunch specials, but we went with our regular order which is 15 wings (10 sesame and 5 goldrush) and a side of waffle fries. Their wings are still very tasty. However, they didn't put enough sauce on wings. Waffle fries are good. I'm not a big fan of french fries, but I can never say no to waffle fries! A group of colleagues and i went in for a Friday night detox after a rough first week back of teaching online. We have visited this establishment multiple times after work and on weekends and for the first time last night (8/21/20) we were informed of a 45 minute rule apparently meaning that after we ordered food we only had 45 minutes to stay and continuing ordering drinks. When we tried to order another round we were told that we couldn't because our 45 minutes were up. Our waitress not once refilled our water, and only stopped by after our food was delivered to just bring us our checks. Not once did our waitress ask us if we wanted another round when our food was delivered or when we had completed our meal if we had wanted another round of drinks or dessert. When asking for a manager the manager stated that they were enforcing a 45 minute rule due to their wait. I have been going to Pluckers for about 10 years now at several different locations and i have never heard of this 45 minute rule. If you as an establishment are going to enforce a "45 minute rule" put it on your freaking front door and also tell us that when you put us on your wait before we even sit down. read more

Knocked down to 3 stars because my chicken sandwich was too tough to eat, so they took it off the bill, then they asked what I wanted instead so I ordered tenders, which were put on the bill. Really? I've been to Pluckers here in Grapevine a few times, as it's a favorite among my new co-workers. It's a typical wings-and-burgers-and-such place, with the usual emphasis on beer and TVs. I've tried wings in three different heat levels: Buffalo medium - which are fairly mild to me but still flavorful Buffalo hot - fairly warm, maybe not as much flavor as the medium Fire in the hole - pretty darned hot, not for the faint of heart I've also had a buffalo chicken salad with the buffalo hot tenders, and at least for me, it's too hot for a salad. I might even go buffalo mild next time. The rest of the salad was about average, with purple cabbage, lettuce etc. One interesting side they feature is sweet potato waffle fries, but beware: unless you order them "naked", they come with cinnamon and sugar on them. Still, some places buy their sweet potato fries premade with the sweet stuff, so it's a plus that they can omit it. So, why the three stars? Well, the place just doesn't really knock my socks off. The ambiance isn't as "fun" as, say, Hooters, and the lighting is a little strange (though I've only been for lunch; I'm not sure what the night would bring). They have much better lighting than BWW which was our preference before they opened. I don't want to give too much of a negative review, more like a bad experience that like never happens. It is Valentine's Day night and for a party of 2 I waited an hour and 15 minutes to get seated with no complaints, I'm a server myself and so I was fully understanding of the situation. I get seated and the server was decent she got our drink and food orders in and she was polite. But she only checked on us once, never offered any refills the entire hour I was dining and and never came to make sure we were okay until the very end when we were finished, we finished our food and drinks and were sitting for half an hour before she came to give us our check, and mind you she was checking up on her other THREE tables and making sure they had refills and to-go boxes, and she even greeted and placed an order to a new table that she got an hour after us, I don't know, for a 4 table section and she never checked up on us and was very quick to leave really gave a bad experience. I was there since 6:30pm on a wait, and didn't leave until around 9 and it was mostly because I was sitting there for half of my dining experience with empty cups and trays and plates, the food and speed that it came out was great, but it definitely felt like she ignored us the entire night. I think her name was Taya, but yeah not a good Valentine's Day experience for me or my date, I would've been better off ordering Togo wings from wingstop and getting a better service read more

This review is for takeout only! As a wing connoisseur, I'm not sure what took me to long to try this God send! I ordered the Baker's Gold and spicy lemon pepper (all drums of course...fight me if you disagree that that's the only way to go lol). Y'all...I wish I ordered more sauce because I would dip anything, including my left toe, in these sauces. Seriously, they're SOOOOO good. I finished half of my wings on the way home because they were delicious and I'm a glutton who can't wait for my waaaangs. And that brings me to the disappointment of the meal...the fries. I'm sure they had potential, but they weren't hot when I got them, which could just be because I ordered takeout. Nevertheless, I got them tossed in the spicy ranch seasoning which was too overpowering (read salty), so if I got them like this again I would ask for light seasoning. WOW. Their service is seriously top notch. Our waiter, David, was AMAZING! I cannot rave enough about how honest, down to earth, and awesome he was. He was pretty prompt with our orders, squeezed us into the happy hour deals that were about to expire in 10 minutes AND he let us stay and mingle for quite a while. We got two shots: Dewars and Jager at 5 bucks a pop. Holy Macaroni: 1/2 price appetizer 10 wings: Hot and spicy lemon pepper (my go to for wings) So in the middle of our dinner, the boyfriend wanted me to place a wing order for him. So I asked David if he could make my wing combo for 10 instead of 5 and with no hesitation he changed my order! I can't rave enough about the awesome service and food that we received that night!! My first time to this location, it was laid out awkwardly, and it seemed a bit bland like it needed a makeover! It was packed despite covid going on, which was a bit unsettling! The service was terrible, our waitress was inattentive, we weren't greeted with a smile or any enthusiasm, she seemed as she was over it! She never came to refill our drinks, we kept having to remind her of what we needed. She was cleaning tables more then attending to us. The tea had a weird taste to it, so I changed it out for a Coke, which also had a weird taste to it, like watered down. The waffle fries were cold and soggy, and my salad had old lettuce. The only thing I can say is, the wings were pretty good, but I'll never return to this location, grapevine is a very nice area, so I was very surprised, my experience wasn't better! read more

Well I was hoping the slow service was just a fluke because it was busy and we had a large group but the second visit in tthe same week produce the same result from the same server. Luckily on the second visit one of the managers noticed the issue and came to the rescue to handle getting my drink and food order.
