I go to pluckers offend maybe once or twice a month but 1st time at this location and the service was disappointing. We had a party of 8 and asked to bring out to go boxes because most of us didn't plan on staying long. After 30-35 mins of placing the order we waved down our server to ask about our and asked to speak to the manager because it has never taken that long to get food here even during peak hours but the manager was so condescending in his tone like it was our fault that we wanted to order food lol. We just wanted a update as to why it was taking so long and we were told it was being made "fresh" but when we finally got the fries were barely warm and soggy due to certainly sitting in a box on a counter. No one in my party gave an attitude but just felt that the manager was unprofessional and rude. read more

I hater Pluckers and the haters continues to build with every visit. Today we have a party of 8 and the service started ok. It took nearly 15 minutes to get a beer. That beer Sat empty for 15 mins and I went to the bar to order one. I was rudely advised by the bar tender she would not serve me a beer because I was already seated. I said I had been waiting for our server for 15 minutes to order another one, I was advised again she would not give me a drink. This locations service is cheeks!!!!!! me and my boyfriend came here to eat about an hour before they closed thinking we'd get served decently fast. FALSEEE! we waited 15 minutes to even get SEATED. we waited another 25 minutes before we asked a random server if we could PER CHANCE GET AT LEAST A WATER??? Well I've always been a fan of Pluckers, however this location is a disappointment. The last 3 or 4 visits have been below the food quality I've always received at the first Dallas location on Greenville. Yesterday the fries had no flavor were not cooked enough. The wings had way too much salt on the skin Time before the fries were soggy and old and not eatable. Time before the wings were so overcooked they were dried out. This location needs some quality control. Met one of the owners and his wife several years ago they were in for a wedding. That's how long I've gone to the other location. I moved to Plano 5 minutes from Pluckers and won't return. read more

I bring my family here every weekend and joined pluckers club for the deals. Everybody here is very nice and accommodating. One time a burger was undercooked. Manager came by and gave us refund offered to remake it and gave us a gift card they were real nice about it. I love to watch the games and eat fried pickles. The vibe is chill and casual. If I could give a MINUS 10 to Pluckers on Preston I would. I was there 9 years ago but apparently forgot how terrible their wings are. I ordered through Door Dash and they arrived in 10 minutes. Barely warm, in styrofoam without paper or tissue. Wings were dry, tasteless, no sauce and the skin looked like my grandfather's face. Can't leave a review with Doordash after food has been delivered. So I called the store & was told they couldn't "do anything" since it was through Doordash. I hadn't asked them to "do anything" I simply wanted them to be aware. Don't get food to go, definitely don't get delivery. Better yet STAY AWAY. We ordered waters and two alcoholic drinks which didn't come until 30 minutes after we sat down. Our appetizer came out 45 minutes after we ordered it. We waited an hour for our food to finally come out. The food was cold. We were switched between 3 servers, whom forgot about us fairly quickly. Never got a refill on our drinks.
