If you are looking for an honest plumbing company, this is the one!!! I called Tony to see if he could look at (what we were told) a blocked vent pipe for a floor heater. Tony came out the same day and didn't find any blockage. He looked into the matter further and found the issue had to do with the work a heating company recently performed (the same company that told us it was a blocked vent pipe). Tony volunteered to call the heating company to explain the issue and since he felt bad there was no issue with the pipe, he knocked off 33% of the original price quoted. I purchased a Whole Home Pelican Water Filter system combo with a reverse osmosis drinking water system and called the Plumbing Guys to help with the installation. Tony and Gary came to check out our set up and give me an estimate. They gave me options and suggestions to help me make an informed decision. For example, my rear sprinkler system was connected to the house water line which would run water through my Whole House Filters everytime my sprinklers ran, thus consuming my filters faster and increasing my maintenence cost. They gave me a few options on how to bypass so I could balance cost and benefit. Also, my kitchen faucet had old supply connections and he recommneded a new faucet to avoid leaks upon reinstall. In my eperience, many plumbers would just put the faucet back in without considering this. They helped me consider scope and cost carefully, so I decided to hire them. I wish they could have started sooner but they were not able to schedule the work immediately. No doubt they are in high demand because of their good reputation. Gary came out on the day scehduled to do the work. He was fairly on time. One thing is for sure, he was extremely curteous and professional. I immediately got the sense that he was trustworthy and had a sense of pride in his work product. This is critical of anyone in a service related industry. Gary went the extra mile and worked hard and late to get the job done with minimal disruption to our water supply. His work was clean. He read the filter instructions thuroughly to ensure a proper install and instructed me on how to prep and use the filter system. We are very happy with their work and their high Yelp rating is obviously because they deliver quality service at a fair price. I even received a call from Tony a few days later to follow up and make sure we were happy and to see if we needed any follow up. Awesome! Who does that thesedays? It is hard to find! We had an emergency caused by an old piping configuration in our apartment complex at around 9:30 p.m. We called our insurance co. to send out one of their companies but naturally, they didn't have any available that late at night (what good is insurance if you have an emergency after hours?!). I called Tony and within minutes he had Justin commit to coming out to the unit and assess the issue. Justin stayed out there past midnight that night to relieve the flood.. three days later, Justin not only fixed the problem, but also installed a release for future problems and lined our pipes to protect them in the long run. Love these guys. I have called them twice with virtually no lead time and they have delivered. The first time was a backup - and within 2 hours our toilets were running smooth again. The second time was that our kitchen had just been redone and another plumber couldn't make it over before the holiday. Tony came with his co-worker and within less than 20 min, he managed to figure out how to remove pill bottle that was stuck in the toilet. Since hands can't fit in the toilet he carried the entire toilet all the way downstairs to the front yard and turned it upside down, took a hose and used the pressure of water to force the pill bottle to come out the other way. According to Him this was first time he had this situation and he handled it with so much calm and quick thinking. Very impressed. Then he offered to still have a look with the camera and see if there was anything wrong, while he was at it. When he was leaving he made sure to clean up after himself and left me no mess to deal with. He was also very kind to take his shoes off when entering the home and we didn't even ask him to do that. I am so happy about my experience with the Plumbing Boys. I knew we needed to have a pressure regulator put on the house. We also had a leak from the pressure valve on our tankless water heater. A while back I spoke with Tony after hours because I was having hot water heater issues, they were out the very next morning. They repaired my water heater quickly and did it for a very reasonable price. They were professional, very friendly, and trustworthy. A few days ago the pilot light on my hot water heater went out and I couldn't get it lit again, very frustrating. I called Tony and he was so nice! He told me about a tiny little button that needed to be pressed, I have relit water heater pilot lights many times but until now I had no idea this dinky button even existed! GREAT BUSINESS HERE! We recently had a plumbing emergency where our main line was clogged. On top of that, we didn't have a functioning clean out so past plumbers would have to go to the roof and stick a snake down one of our vent pipes. I stumbled upon Plumbing Boys here and spoke to Tony, and he was able to get a technician, Sam, out here quick (~1hr). Our plumber Sam was very knowledgeable and has experience with all sorts of plumbing issues. What we liked about Sam was that he explained everything thoroughly, worked quick and very efficient. He was able to locate specifically where the problem was (which were roots grown inside our main that clogged everything up). He used a camera and used the hydrojet to open up our main. Knowing that we needed a clean out, Sam recommended it and was able to work with a reasonable price to have one installed.
