This was the worst experience with ANY company my wife and I have had in over twenty years (before social media helped hold companies accountable.) They never showed up (7 hours after end of their estimated window), never called, could not communicate with drivers or local offices, and refused to give us information to lodge a complaint. We canceled and they said they would reimburse us a week later for a service they never provided! Six calls to "customer service" in one day with ZERO service, accountability, or communication. I wish I would have read the reviews below before I decided to use PODS. I can now concur with others who have reviewed the service: DO NOT USE PODS! 1. The name "PODS ON DEMAND" means NOTHING. They definitely do not honor the "on demand" aspect, and don't seem to understand moving deadlines AT ALL. They also do not seem to care about customer reviews or customer satisfaction. This was our first experience using them, and we were really excited about the concept - although a little shocked at how much it cost. Now, we have everything packed and strapped down in our POD and they cannot move it until next week. Our deadline to move is this weekend. 2. The online booking is not very helpful, and I spent almost 2 hours on the phone with customer service, including Manager Maria, to see if they could be flexible and get us in this weekend. They cannot. They also can not refund me a portion of the delivery fees or give me any money back. And that was straight from a manager. Now, not only do I have to find another method of moving my belongings, but I am out more than $400+ for a service that is no use to me. 3. Maria also informed me that there is only one service center to accommodate all of San Diego County. I asked if they could perhaps send a truck from another service center (there's apparently one in LA - 2 hours away) and she said they could not. 4. A fews suggestions for PODS: get your employees on the same page, and please find a better way to communicate with your customer, i.e UDPATE YOUR WEBSITE. If an upcoming time frame is going to be a busy one - Inform us! Our delivery man, Tracey, was great, but he told us we only needed 2-3 days advance notice to move our POD from our current home to our new home. That, unfortunately, was not true. As a company it is your duty to provide transparent communication. Don't market a service as "on demand" if it's really not. Please use caution if you are thinking of using this service. BEWARE: DON'T USE PODS--OUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY HANDLED THEIR OVERCHARGES AS FRAUD. Spare yourself a huge expense, hard work loading/unloading your own furniture, massive overcharges, stress, and tons of time wasted dealing with them. I ended up turning it over to the credit card company to get the overcharges reversed--the cc company chose to handle it as FRAUD. Our credit card company took $2200.00 in fraudulent charges back from PODS. PODS didn't send the cc company ANY requested documentation (they know they can't support what they did so they ignored the request.) Instead they tried another fraud tactic and sent Scott a letter saying they'll turn it over to a collection agency if we don't pay the overcharges the credit card company returned to us! PODS uses your credit card like it's their ATM machine, taking crazy random amounts on random dates and never sending any receipts saying what it's for. You never get invoices outlining charges--all you get is an email saying "PODS charged $592.00." For what???.... you'll never know. Scott called them when the overcharges first started, and they said they'd refund the $517.48, but a month later we noticed they never did refund it. He called and then they did it, but by then there were thousands more in overcharges. It seems they hope you're so busy moving that you don't notice. The fraudulent overcharges continued even after the PODS were returned! Scott would call and dispute a charge and they'd say "Oh, yes, you're right, you're paid up in full to delivery time--we'll take that off and you'll see no more charges"--and THEN THEY'D CHARGE HUNDREDS IN RANDOM AMOUNTS TWO OR THREE TIMES IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS! It's like they have monkeys hitting random keys and charging it. They still owe us $800. I've demanded detailed documentation of the original agreement, all charges they made, precisely what each is for, and for what time frame, which they never provide. Now that we've got our stuff back from them, four PODS people made excuses, talked in circles, and refused to help or even look up our account. They just demand money and yell, "WHY are you disputing this???" They REALLY won't help now because he's changed his credit card number to stop their fraudulent charges. They didn't care at all until it was posted publicly here, so NOW their "anonymous guy" answers this review and offers to help.... He doesn't even give his name or phone number. They are the most dishonest company we've ever encountered, and they do not care. They throw the PODS around a lot too. Your stuff will be damaged no matter how well you pack it, and they don't cover it. There's a disclaimer INSIDE THE POD after it arrives. We could have used a full service moving company with no work on our part, no damage, and cheaper. They didn't deliver our stuff to us till a week after we moved in! As result damage to our property is in excess of $2000. They pay a max of $250 for damages. If I could give them a Zero, I would. When I first communicated with PODS 11/2019, all of my interactions were wonderful. 2+ years later, that was definitely not the case. I made arrangements through the website to empty my POD at their storage location. I received confirmation through chat that everything had been arranged. 2 weeks laterI arrive at the Pod facility and my POD is no where to be found. The office was closed on Saturdays the fork lift worker told me there was no way I was getting my POD. After calls to the 1-800 number (where they told me I shouldn't use the online chat to set anything up and should have called them) and more discussions, the employee called the manager. Susie came in on her day off and within an hour was able to have my POD available. I let her know that I would still have a few items in it, but would be setting up a time to come and empty the rest of it in the next 2 weeks. She gave me her phone number and told me to contact her directly. She also stated that I should call her about compensation since I had to pay my movers that sat for almost an hour and a half while they figured out the POD issue. I called her and let her know I wanted to set a date to get the rest of my items and to discuss the incident from the weekend. I then also texted her to make sure she had received my message. I did not get a call back, but she let me know that I would receive a call from the customer representative, which I never did. I did however receive an confirmation from her that it had been set up for a Saturday. The night before I get a message from someone that I didn't not come and empty my storage container and it was being out back so I would need to make arrangements for them to bring it out again. I immediately called customer support and was told there was nothing they could do. I reached out to Susie, who was able to take care of it and texted to let me know the POD would be available. Luckily I emptied my pod, took my lock and left. My service was suppose to be closed out. 2 days before my billing date. I found out that it had never been closed out. I had to spend over an hour on the phone trying to get it closed out. Verbally told it was done ans I would get confirmation. Nothing was received. I had to call again and speak to someone else to get it taken care of. My account online still shows an "active" pod that I can schedule for delivery... but I was not charged for this month... so I really don't care anymore. While I appreciated Susie coming in on the 1st day the POD was not available and accepted that it was an error on behalf of the larger company, there are still issues with the local location where the office is closed on its busiest day, they can't set up items on the same day, and phone calls are not returned. Between the Nationwide company and the San Diego Locations communication issues, I would NEVER recommend anyone use this company. read more

Driver David Hearn was supposed to show up to take our filled 2nd 16 foot pod. I totally expected another driver to be responsible for delivering an empty 3rd pod later in the day. Instead, David did it all! He started by calling ahead to let me know he was on the way. I felt like a friend was stopping over, he was so nice to me on the phone. He showed up on time, sized up the work and got right down to it. He had to back up a narrow 100 foot driveway that even I have trouble with, and I live here. Our new neighbor came out to watch and in no time was offering to let him park a pod in their small drive while he played a shell game using multi-ton pods. With surgical precision, he maneuvered the pods around our cramped space; placing one, moving another. This was a challenging obstacle course with delicate items everywhere.  When he was finished, we had our empty pod in precisely the spot I wanted, David had our full one on his truck, and he made me feel good about the whole event. Everything was picked up and back in place. Whatever training program you have, keep doing what you are doing. And please treat David Hearn well. PODS finally "resolved" my Incident Report after 11+ weeks. (PODS had changed my order from a 16' container to an 8' container and as a result, half my furniture did not fit and I had no choice but to leave my furniture behind on a cross-country move.) PODS changed the order, I did NOT call them, ask them, or inquire about changing the container size, but now are saying they do not "guarantee." They only "advise." And therefore their resolution: $300.00 will be refunded, "as a goodwill gesture." The cost of replacing my furniture is upwards of $5,000.00. I asked that PODS refund me the cost of the 8' container: $3,000.00. Out of the "goodwill of their hearts" PODS is willing to refund me 10% - $300.00. This is NOT a "goodwill gesture." This is the most incompetent, poorly run organization I have ever had to deal with. These people have no idea what they are selling, no idea what they can guarantee and they have no idea what is going on in their own company. A very simple POD drop and pick up has been a joke. Being placed on hold for hours only to be transferred from person to person until someone just drops the call is their idea of great customer service. The online self serve account system is so generic, that a customer cannot "manage" the pick up or drop off, and the PODS people will just unilaterally change your dates. No discussion. The movers they recommend on their site as being POD mover experts are just a bunch of day laborers who have no more experience than the guys you hire in front of Home Depot. We have moved all around the country, and had all kinds of "experiences" with moving companies... mostly bad.... but these guys are the absolute worst. read more

A great solution for us - we are relocating overseas so needed a convenient solution for our furniture - PODS delivered on time, had the right configuration for the street location mandated by the HOA - and collected it right on time too. So far No Good. Awaiting a resolution, however I have been waiting since the first of July! My home sits empty while Pods pretends this is some sort of IT problem? I want my stuff! They even took more money yesterday to ensure a prompt re-delivery today. That was a scam. The "computer " changed my delivery date to 1 day after my next bill is due. Coincidence? Now I am at the mercy of some worker at the "local level" to determine whether or not they have time for me today? I doubt this will end positively in my favor. I think I'm going to call the Turko files and put this scam on blast!!!! Update: 0940 The person I spoke to this morning no longer exists. Apparently he is a figment of my imagination and now I OWE EVEN MORE MONEY??? Lol. This is a joke. I am sorry to say that we cannot recommend PODS. We will never use them again for any move. We were still looking for a home in the San Diego area when we started working here. Because we were staying with family temporarily, we thought moving with PODS would be a good way to move and store our belongings. What PODS does not tell you is that they cannot place their units on the street in some zip codes. It was only when my husband phoned to arrange for delivery that this information was suddenly provided. My husband phoned the City of San Diego and received approval for 24 hour parking of our 3 PODS in front of our new home. He rang back to PODS with this information and the delivery was scheduled and confirmed. The morning our PODS were to be delivered we received three automated messages confirming delivery. Shortly after that we received a call from the driver stating that he could not deliver our PODS. As one of the other reviews notes, we were also told that this was our problem. We were instructed to hire a truck, go to the PODS storage location off load our belongings and get them to our home ourselves. I believe it was because I spent the remainder of the day on the phone with their customer service center in Florida that we received any assistance at all. Their first offer was to provide us with $100 towards the fee for renting a truck. I refused and insisted that they arrange and pay for movers to offload our PODS and deliver our belongings to our home. I believe this accommodation was only granted because I phoned the customer service center in Florida every hour throughout the day. Finally, late in the afternoon we were told that our belongings would be delivered by a moving company in 2 days. Obviously this was a huge inconvenience to us as well as a financial burden as both my husband and myself as well as 2 friends had taken time off from work to complete our move. We slept on the floor in our empty house and our belongings were finally delivered 2 days later. Since that time I've phoned PODS customer service twice requesting an incident number and email address so that I can document my request for a refund. I've received voice messages in return simply stating that they are returning my call but without the information I've requested. I'm still hoping for an appropriate response. read more

I was moving and needed a place to store my stuff until my house was ready. Went with POD to get storage container delivered to my house. The day came for delivery and the drop off person was really rude and said someone could probably do it but I WONT, and drove away. I called the manager and a few hours later they came to deliver it with a more friendly guy. I was going to let the incident go. The pod wouldnt open at first the delivery guy was about to leave before I asked him to help me open it. He said that it was jammed but to just hit it with something hard to get it open. He left and I closed it. I started to move my things the next day. I tried to open it and it was jammed again. I tried and tried and cut my hand on the latch. I called again and was told a manager would call me back, a week went by and no one called. I called a 2nd time and same thing a week went by. I had to use other options to store my things. When pick up day came I figured I could get a manger then. I wasnt there when they picked up but I was charged again for another month, after they have already took the pod back and I called this time kept at it till I got someone. They did fix it but with overdraft charges and other fees cause by their fee, that didnt get taken off since it was a return not a fraud charge. A couple days later a customer satisfaction person called and they asked how my experience was. I told him what I said above and he said he get back to me, that was 1.5 months ago. Filed a BBB Complaint and they refuse to applogize or give me a refund, only saying they would refund the pick up. I would use anything else besides POD worst company in terms of customer service. Like many others in San Diego, I was not notified that delivery could not be made until the MORNING OF the delivery. Mind you, I had to be out of the country in 2 days. I had made several calls in the weeks prior to my POD delivery to confirm that I didn't need a permit or anything and was assured that there would be no problems.Even after the local POD called me to inform me of this, the call center continued to try to assure me the local POD should be able to deliver. It's not clear to me why this local company doesn't review the addresses at least a couple days in advance to make sure they know which ones can't be delivered. That would at least give customers a few days' notice rather than zero notice that they now need to rent a moving truck themselves and get everything done themselves. I wasn't offered any kind of credit or anything. Just "sorry, you'll need to rent a truck and bring your stuff to the pod". I had a very short time frame to get all my things loaded and ready to go before I left the country and getting this last minute notice totally messed things up. read more

My experience has been the worst ever. I had my pot delivered in February 2022, and after paying an exorbitant cost for a cross-country move, I ended up having to pay more money from a system update after my credit card was to be removed once the pod had been picked up (two weeks prior). There is no button for the customer to remove their credit card, and a call to the customer service center to get it removed will equal a run around. This company should never be used for any reason and should undergo a complete overhaul with some oversight and regulation. read more

Operations refuse to execute sales orders and contracts leaving customers hanging by their necks on move days. No direct conversations with local offices, 1-800 run around, clearly nobody cares. Driver refuse to do anything that is not on their paperwork, sit in their vehicle refusing to work for over an hour, while confirming they actually could have done what needed to be done to deliver ordered Pod. Worst experience in a million years, domino effect of placing new employment in jeopardy while forcing changes and cancellations of onsite movers, plane tickets, flying pets, shipping cars, electric, cable, internet, insurance costing additional thousands of dollars of unrecoupable loss. Hands down WORST OPERATIONS! Sales: do yourself and your customers the due diligence of actually communicating to Operations. Operations: you have the sales contract, do yourself and your customers the due diligence of confirming operations and actually EXECUTE your customers contracts. No one is talking to each other at Pods, although they are efficient at charging your credit card quickly then refuse to provide the service they sold. read more

I don't even want to give 1 star but have to for a review. I booked for pick up and they never showed...they are glad to take my money but forget about you. I scheduled two pods to be delivered at my home and picked back up Saturday 12/5. During the transition for scheduled the rep was very nice, very thorough.  I had used this company before 2 years ago and never had any issues until now. Thursday 12/3 night at 5:14pm, I got a rescheduled email for pick up for Friday 12/4 without my request. I called to confirm why and the service desk said they were too busy and that Friday is the best day after being on the phone for two hours.   So my family worked hard to get it all done working through the night. Friday I called to confirm why they hadn't been picked up after the window provided and after calling again they said I was still on the pick up and they are running behind. Now its Saturday 12/5 and my boxes are still not picked up. In calling again, they said I can be moved to the following Tuesday.  I have explained over and over I no longer own my home as of Sunday 12/6. The new owners can't move in. I asked to speak to a manager and no one would help me. I have now called 4 times wasting over 2 hrs on hold and no resolution on a true date my PODs will be picked up. I'm afraid of now even a delivery date to my next location. They will take my money of over $1600 but then no help after. Worst! read more

I wish I didn't have to give 1 star! This company has made the military moving process both difficult and expensive, I advise anyone active currently moving them self to choose anyone but this company. Considering PODS advertises an entire page towards military service members you would assume there customer service team would have anyone knowledgeable or if any assistance towards us however this is not the case, I paid and shipped two containers from Virginia to Florida and although the containers were shipped on time the ONLY thing I need to provide to the government upon completion of my move is proof of weight tickets to show how much I actually moved when I finally did receive the tickets (this was the first phone battle where I had to submit a customer complaint number) it was readily apparent that the containers were weighed incorrectly and by incorrect I mean they displayed that the empty container weight of the 7 foot container weighed over a thousand pounds more then the 16 foot container and that both the EMPTY containers weighed each over 20,000 pounds when the pods website clearly says estimated weight of 16 foot is 2000 and 7 is 1300 so when I contacted pods to see what I could do to resolve this because now my tickets show my total weight was only 2100 between two units they told me " forget what the website says and that the containers did in fact weigh 20,000lbs" which is absurd in its own considering pods website says max allowable wait is 4200 pounds on the 16 foot container. Long story short now the advanced pay the military allotted to move I will be paying the majority back due to pods lack of assistance to the military, I will however be forwarding all invoices, weight tickets and the estimated container weight values off there website to both the Norfolk and San Diego DPS offices to see what I can do about getting them removed from military use. read more

Spend your money with a moving AND storage company and not a POD. After speaking with the company about what we had to store and our situation, they delivered a POD that in no way would fit our belongings. We needed 3 to get all of our stuff in. We called to cancel within 24 hours. They couldn't pick it up for 3 days. They charged us for delivery, ok fine. They charged for a lock which we never received, the unit was secured with a zip tie. I called the main number and was told after they pick it up, to call back and get refunded for the month of storage and insurance. After calling, they REFUSED to refund the storage fee. After measuring my alley and gate access and taking every precaution I could I just found out on my moving day that they can't deliver our pod. I then called to cancel my service to be told that they may or may not wave my delivery fee. That decision wasn't up to who I was talking to and he would not give me a number for accounting because he said they are busy driving?! The drivers are in charge of accounting also? This is a very poorly run business and I could not be more disappointed. I suggest using big box they came out the same day and had no problems. read more

I had PODS recommended to me by a friend for my recent move from San Diego to Davenport Iowa. Though I had no problem with the PODS company itself the movers that came highly recommended by the company where very shady. The Company recommended by PODS called Pack and Load which I had unload my PODS on 15 May 2020 are not good people. My job was completed and the guys said they could stay for an extra hour and a half. When I asked how much the guy said to talk it over with my wife and to come up with a number that I thought was fair. We decided on $180 I paid them and the that was it so I thought....The next day I receive an invoice with an additional $149 dollar charge. So I called both PODS and and Pack and load and both don't really seem to care.....So I say BEWARE of both of these companies. read more

We were quite satisfied with our PODS moving experience. We moved from WI to CA in July of 2015. We were able to load the 3 PODS ourselves as we could get them done. When we had one complete we would call & they would pick up the full one & bring another empty one. All three were then shipped together. It was the same process for unloading, get one done & then they would bring another. We did not know where we were going so it worked out very well. We knew we would need storage while we shopped for a house to buy. We lived in one town with our daughter for 2 months before we could move into our house in another town. I don't know how that would have all worked with a regular moving company. It was nice only having to load & unload one time. The only thing that could have been better was a lower price. read more

A few months ago I would have said they were awesome and that I highly recommended them. But as life throws curve balls things got financially difficult to pay the pod. When I was trying to make arrangements with them I asked if they would do settlement where I paid for 1/2 and empty the container. The only thing they told me was the offer was good for 5 days and that it would go up. Gathering the money was very tricky. Once I paid the settlement agreement. The clock started. Both my husband and I are disabled and broke. So getting help has been a total challenge. We did the best we could and we reserved a uhaul truck and family and friends to help. When we got to uhaul to puck up truck I couldn't pick it up because Pods had charged the difference from the settlement agreement. And my bank charged me $30 nsf. The rep I spoke to was understanding and helpful and got us a new settlement agreement. A whole week went by without credit. Once credit hit (did not cover nsf fee) it was mid Saturday and Sunday was closed. Trying to set up everything again didn't pan out because everyone is unavailable. So trying to do the best I could so I was trying to schedule access for today and I am locked out. I only have tomorrow to finish. So what if I can get truck now, now we don't have help. I received my POD right after New Year's because my apartment building had sold and thought I would store my stuff for 3 months in search of the next best apartment. That happened faster than planned, which is great news, until I had to deal with PODS with regards to changing my date and delivery of said POD to the new apartment. They will advertise and verbally tell you that they can park a POD "anywhere a car can be parked"... it is not true! They will also tell you it "can be parked on the street where a car would park"... that is also not true! The need ver specific space to set your pod down because of rhe lift they use. Driveways must be perfectly flat. Heaven forbid you change your date to earlier than originally intended, no prorating. They will gouge you with fees so hard it will make your head spin! When you complain about it they will just tell you it was in your contract. So if you don't want a nightmarish headache and PODS to rain on your moving parade, don't use them. Trust me I am saving you a lot of trouble. read more

I wish I would have read these reviews prior to using this service. I would not recommend PODs to anyone. There is no communication between the storage center, the delivery drivers, customer service, corporate offices, etc. My initial delivery could not be made because the driver went to the wrong address. A customer service representative told me this. Once I placed a formal complaint and requested that the matter be looked into, I received an email a few days later saying that the delivery wasn't made because the driver wasn't able to place the POD. Of course he couldn't place the POD, he went to the wrong address. I never received any phone call, or notice. I called customer service multiple times before someone finally told me what had happened. I missed multiple work days and a flight waiting for this POD to be delivered only to be told that it's my fault that the driver went to the wrong address and that there is no way to compensate me for my time and money being wasted. Unbelievable. Unprofessional. Please find other moving solutions. read more

I've made two calls to PODS for estimates. The first one, Aaron couldn't speak English well enough for me to understand all that he was saying. After hanging up, I realized I forgot to ask if I qualified for any discounts. When I called back, Robert answered and I asked if they offer any discounts. He said yes and asked for my reference number. Neither the email I received from them nor Aaron provided one, but Robert felt it was okay to degrade me for not having one. He asked if I was ready to book and I explained that I just needed to find out what the estimate is with the discount applied. "And then you're going to book?" I told him that I'm not booking today so if he needs that to happen he should transfer me to someone else who could actually help me. He then tried to apply the promo code (or so he says) and it wouldn't go through. I asked if there was someone he could consult with to find out why and he said no. I explained that it was really discouraging to have these experiences and that I felt I'd probably go to their competitor. From here, he began degrading the competitor. Note: if you want your company to be known for excellence, it's going to show through customer service and how they treat competitors. If your company can't stand up to its name the insecurities are going to show through customer service and how you treat competitors. I next asked to speak with a supervisor; he didn't want to transfer me. Finally, he "tried" but 15 minutes later he returned and said that nobody is answering. In a desperate attempt to keep me on the hook, Robert explained that perhaps they don't offer discounts in my state but only in California (he has my address, which is in CA). Maybe they only offer in certain cities like San Diego (again, he has my address). I asked if I could call the location closest to me directly and he said no. I explained that I'm not encouraged by the lack of service nor the degrading behavior I've experienced on the call, to which he laughed and said the call is being recorded and they're not going to find any of that from him. To the heads of customer service and web development departments: 1) update your site so that people can retrieve their own estimates. If an estimate can be provided by a customer service rep typing in a few keys, that same data can be entered by the end-user and eliminate the need for customer service representatives who give service that is so poor people opt to use someone else. 2) If you want business, eliminate your employees whose egos and arrogance interfere with excellent customer service. 3) If you want business, hire more supervisors who are available to provide service when your employees aren't able to. Their drivers use our street, Princess View Dr, as a short cut to their yard throughout the day. The street has large signs prohibiting trucks over 5 tons, which theirs are, from using the street. Do they care? No. Neither does their management. read more

5 stars for the local office, 1.5 stars for PODS corporate. Good part: great service from the local office so far. During transit our load shifted and boxes fell against the roller-door, making it impossible to lift open. (Glad we first tried to open it at their facility rather than when delivered to my home!) The local folks were great, tried to help, and eventually offered to cut through the door themselves. Couldn't ask for better so far. Bad part is PODS corporate: They delivered and transported my POD in good order. Fine. Job well done. BUT everything (phone calls, chat, whatever) is routed through the national corporate web site, so it's impossible to talk to the local people. I'm writing this while on a "chat" call that went to a 35-minute hold. I only want a phone number for the local office to schedule when they'll cut the POD door open, but now, after 47 minutes, the chat agent says they will NOT give me the phone number but they'll ask the local office to call me. read more

DONT USE PODS IFYOU ARE MOVING INTO A PLACE IN SAN DIEGO without a private driveway! The city of San Diego does not allow a POD to be parked on the street for any length of time! Wish I had been told this when I scheduled the pick up! read more

When delivering the POD, the driver scraped the side of my brand new, street-parked, Lexus. That was two weeks ago. They have not contacted me to be it repaired. They do not respond to phone calls. Now they delivered the POD to my daughter (San Diego to Spokane) and they broke down the fence of the rented property. Buyer Beware. We spent $2500 on this POD move and so far, this is the service. read more

Stay FAR away from this company - they are completely fraudulent! When signing up for delivery we specified our San Diego location, then they gave us the option to select an alley delivery location. As our house backs to an alley, this works best for us. However, they arrived and indicated the City of San Diego does not allow a pod to be placed in an alley. The obvious question - if not, then WHY WAS THAT OPTION AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE ONCE YOU KNEW I WAS IN SAN DIEGO?!? Had they informed me properly I could have reserved a parking spot on the street, but at that point it was too late. If you don't want to be left completely hanging with a deadline to move out of your house, DON'T ever use this pathetic excuse for a moving company! read more
