Finally decided to try this poke place after all the years I've been to Mr.Tokyo next door. I was craving poke and remembered this place. I decided to build my own bowl. I got double protein spicy salmon and salmon. Most of the toppings and the ponzu and sriracha mayo sauce. The bowl was a good size and they gave me a good amount of meat. Service was fast when I went during dinner time. The place feels like a small shop. The poke bowl was enjoyable and I finished it fast! Not bad for a small local business! Note: they charge you a credit card fee so you might want to bring cash to avoid it

Have been to this location numerous times and always have a pleasant experience. If you're looking for something quick and fresh, this def a go too place. Different variety of Pokè Bowls with an option to create your own. Unlimited topping options and very nicely priced. Very clean inside and a couple of seating options inside. My daughter bought a Boba tea they had in a can, and when the manager saw she got that, he said, "Not good!" And actually made her a fresh Boba tea, which she truly appreciated and stated tasted better, of course. Def. It's a go-to spot and super close to us.

I just returned from Hawaii, Honolulu to be exact, and of course I was still on a poke bowl obsession. While Poke Honolulu had very fresh ingredients, I found the price to be high for what they deliver on. The sauces didn't pack much of a punch either. I built my own bowl with ahi and salmon for protein, there wasn't very much of it, certainly not the heaping mound in an authentic Honolulu bowl. I added various veggies which provided much needed flavor as the ponzu and oog sauces I selected seemed nonexistent. I also had the seaweed salad, and this was good, but I was shocked to see that half of my seaweed salad was actually sliced cucumber. The portion was already small, which would have been just fine if it was all seaweed salad. I got my fix, but was also disappointed, there was so much potential.

Always fresh and really tasty. For me personally, probably the best place in Charlotte.

Delicious huge portion great price I loved their salmon bowl and I recommend creating your bowl in person. I did a pick up order and even though Grubhub says they bring it to your car, that is not true. Did not get to notice the ambiance.

Had a "make-your-own" tuna Poké bowl at this place, and it exceeded my expectations! The flavors were impeccable, making it one of the best poke bowls I've ever had. The freshness of the ingredients and the perfect balance of spice truly set this place apart. Soooo goooood!!!Highly recommended!

It was my first time here and I've seen in a couple of times in passing. It's a cozy and small place to enjoy some poke bowls. I got the Kamano signature bowl since it had all of my favorite things in a poke bowl, but also why not try a signature bowl first? The ingredients tastes fresh and flavorful. You can tell because the avocado was ripe and the cucumbers were perfect. The owner was very kind and generous!

Yuuuuuummy!!!! I havent had poke since moving from miami and i can honestly say ive found my poke spot!! Everything is really fresh and its a good portion size except for the protein. Wish they added more protein! The sauces are good , got the chipotle mayo and the siracha aioli. Prices are fair. They have a chicken option also!

This place is another chipotle style ordering of food. You can get bowls that are suggested or customize your own. I got the Maui signature bowl. At first I thought they were very generous with the toppings inside. But then it got to the real deal - the fish. They barely gave any. They also drowned the bowl with sauce. The taste was not too bad actually however I could barely taste the fish. I tasted more rice and veggies. On top of that I wasn't full. Wish they were able to give more proportions but it is what it is. Not too bad to snack on.

Got there near closing time, some ingredients tasted so off to the point of uneatable. Would not go back.

All that was left was lids for my dressing, bread, paying, and leaving. Another customer walked in BEHIND me and instead of finishing my order, the employee completely stopped helping me and took the new customer through the ENTIRE line while I stood there waiting. I then had to wait 5-8 minutes while the second customer slowly decided on ingredients and changed her mind multiple times. The person behind me got almost full uninterrupted service while I -- the first customer in line -- was left standing there waiting. What made it even worse was the manager's response. He defended the employee, told me she "did nothing wrong," and completely dismissed my frustration with a "have a nice evening." The issue wasn't just the wait. It was being skipped over and then treated like my frustration didn't matter. I've been there around 5 times in the last month, but after this experience, I will never return.

They serve lunch and dinner, too--and that dinner menu was talking to me! When I try a restaurant for the first time, I usually start with something simple. It is a little like dating the restaurant: before I commit to the whole menu, let me see how you handle the basics. If you can make simple food well, then I begin to trust you. I relax. I get curious. Then, before you know it, I'm falling in love and planning our next date! Fresh Chef made a very good first impression. The eggs were fluffy and cooked to perfection. The sourdough toast was toasted just right, with a beautifully balanced flavor that didn't overpower the rest of the plate. But those breakfast potatoes? Baby, they were the star! Crispy and golden on the outside, tender enough to melt in your mouth on the inside. I added onions and bell peppers, and next time I'll ask for extra because they belonged together. Let those onions and peppers come on out and join the party! The bacon was a good-quality cut--not thin, cheap, or pretending to be pork. As a genuine pork lover, I appreciate that. The coffee was good, too. My waiter was exceptional. I didn't catch the young man's name, but he made sure I had everything I needed while still giving me room to enjoy my breakfast. He was warm, attentive, and perfectly timed without hovering. That kind of service deserves to be recognized. Then I noticed the manager wearing a shirt from my favorite team. Well, that certainly didn't hurt the courtship! Roll Tide! Fresh Chef and I have had our first date, and I must say--it went very well. Now I need to return for dinner and see whether this little breakfast flirtation turns into a full-blown love affair. With a menu featuring steaks, seafood, pasta, ribs, shrimp and grits, and more, I am hopeful that this relationship has a future! Auntie D's rating: Five out of five forks!

I just wanted something to snack on so despite the large menu, I chose to get a guava and cheese empanada. The flavor was good but it wasn't worth the price tag (almost $5). I tried to order a nitro cold brew but was told they were out, and had been for years.....so I ordered an iced cafe con leche. I had to ask for it 3 times because the cashier didn't seem to know what is was, despite being on the menu hanging above her head. Her co-worker had to show her which button to hit on the POS. I'm sorry to say that this was the worst coffee I've ever had. No flavor at all. It tasted like watered down milk. They should probably fix their menu because calling that a cafe con leche was completely misleading. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.
