This is very similar to my previous experience, where part of my order was missing altogether. At this point, it's hard to justify giving them another chance. It's especially frustrating because the food itself has been great when it's correct. Issues like this point to a lack of quality control, whether that's from insufficient training or not taking enough care when preparing orders.
