Delicious, no notes. My favorite spot to get poke bowls in Long Beach, CA. It is quick, fresh, flavorful, and so delicious. I love the variety of toppings and sauces that they offer. This is a perfect lunch spot if you're in the area.

My order: Large poke, white rice, 2x tuna 2x spicy tuna, seaweed salad, cucumbers, masago, edamame, avocado, furikake, fried onions, nirvana sauce, spicy mayo, gochujang sauce. Now, I'm no stranger to heat, so please don't order the above if it's daunting. My mix gives it a salty, savory, umami, and definitely spicy kick (but low on other heat scales). I almost ordered on UberEats then went to pick it up admittedly. There's a snafu on the app where it forces you to pick all different proteins! So I walked over and said forget it, I got this. I'm glad I did. A large bowl (4 proteins) is $21 and some change. On the UberEats app? That's what they're showing for a regular with 3! If you can, please just stop by. The people are super sweet. It's a quaint spot with outdoor dining. You don't even have to dress fancy or anything.

Rice, salad, tuna sashimi , beef teriyaki, corn, ginger, green onions, crab, roe, fried age, and a little spice sauce.

This place is to die for! It is like a Poki bowl , salad bowl, and main dish all in one!! What a great combination of food in one . You can choose what you want in your bowl. So many ingredients to choose from. Service is spot on. It is clean , you can eat in or out . Nice surroundings downtown. I recommend this place .

Salmon, salad/white rice, avocado, seaweed salad, red onions, green onions, furikake, and house sauce. Enjoyed.

Saw a recent entitled complaint about their dog not being allowed inside. This was clearly not a service dog. I can always appreciate small businesses standing up for themselves to enforce a health and cleanliness standard. Craving poke anyways so we decided to visit Thursday, 09/25/25, for lunch. Happy to have found our new poke go-to place. Food was fresh and staff were attentive to our questions. We'll be back again.

Poke is one of my favorite dishes and I've tried it every chance I get. Poke Pola is hands down my favorite version of it. The fish is consistently totally fresh and delicious, and the toppings are generously heaped! The staff is always friendly and from a sustainability standpoint, I really appreciate the reusable rather than disposable bowls when eating in. I'll continue with my weekly habit at Poke Pola as long as they are and I am here!

This is one of my favorite spots. First of all the owners are incredibly nice and everyone they hire is very warm, they're always sure to greet you when you walk in. They have indoor and outdoor seating and it's fun to sit outside and people watch the busy foot traffic on 2nd st while you enjoy your food. Their miso soup is an amazing addition to your meal and warms you right up. If you're vegan like me, you can easily get a poke bowl with tofu, I like to do half brown rice half mixed greens, tofu, and then they have so many fresh toppings. Avocado is free which is a bonus! The perfect filling lunch on the shore

Very large serving of poke! The regular bowl allowed three different proteins, and the fish (I tried salmon and yellowtail) tasted good. They also let you add many toppings free of charge (including avocado and imitation crab), so I added one of each. A very filling bowl indeed :)

Great place for poke on 2nd Street! I built my own bowl with three proteins - salmon, tuna, and spicy tuna. I found the salmon and tuna to be fresh and delicious, but the spicy tuna was a bit too salty for me. It's awesome that you can get one of every topping included in the price of your build-a-bowl. There's some indoor and outdoor seating. I recommend sitting outside and people watch while enjoying your poke! Friendly service!

Pretty good poke place in Long Beach! The only complaint I have is it is on the pricier side (~$19 for a regular bowl which is the smallest option). But I will say the fish is fresh and they don't skimp on the protein, bases, toppings or sauce. You can also get as many toppings as you'd like. Seems to be a family owned business and the owners are kind. Just a heads up that because it's on 2nd street, you'll probably have to pay for parking!

I chose this place because it had some gluten free options for my husband plus we were in the area! Its in belmont shore so parking is limited. Its got enough space to sit and enjoy and everyone is VERY nice. The portions are generous and they have yellowtail!!!! I would definitely pay extra for that. I feel like their prices are normal especially for the area. I cant wait to come back!!

There were only 3 workers working during lunch rush hour and some of them seemed a little frazzled (imo). But when it was our turn to order, the servers were really helpful. My husband ordered first, then me. We had 2 different people serving us. The gentleman helping we was very generous on the protein scoop, so I was happy about that. However when it got to my toppings, he gave very little. But I was satisfied with the amount of protein he gave, because some places can be very stingy about how much they give you. I like how they have a set plate such as the Hawaiian bbq chicken and salmon bowl. They also have premade proteins such as the sweet glazed salmon or the tuna luau. They have a variety of choices. The ambiance of this location is nice. There are lots of tables and seats for you to sit and enjoy your meal. My husband and I got ours to go. When we got home, there was too much base for me. I asked for lite rice and my bowl was full of rice. And as mentioned, not enough toppings to my liking. But overall, a good poke place. Definitely a place to check out if you want a variety of selections when customizing your poke.

Great staff! My friend and I stopped into this great shop in Lomita and had a fabulous meal. I love the way they do their poke - you get to pick TWO flavors of meat! How fun! It was all fresh, good selection of ingredients and the taste in the Crunchy Tuna Garlic was superb! We also loved the Spicy Salmon Mayo. I'm a huge tocino fan so when I saw it on their menu I had to get it! I was surprised it came with two fried eggs and was a nice, big portion. We also had to try their Crispy Masubi and this was fantastic. I've had many deep fried masubi versions and this was much nicer than those. This was the best breaded type of masubi I've had. Absolutely loved it and would get it again in a second. Overall, fabulous meal at Poke & More that I would go back for.

Parking can be challenging depending on when you go as they share a plaza. I sort of stopped going here a few months ago after they discontinued their Saturday special of buy one pound of poke, get one pound free. That deal definitely made it more worthwhile. Without that promo, the other local poke places outshine this place.

My most recent visit was about two weeks ago and the experience was consistent with what keeps me coming back. This is one of my go-to spots within The Hanger in Long Beach. It's a straightforward, build-your-own poke spot. I stand in line, look through the display case, choose my proteins, pick my toppings, and pay at the end. I've never had any issues with ordering or wait time. The staff has always been pretty friendly and relatively helpful. Once you get your bowl, you can usually find seating but it can be a little hectic at times. On my latest visit, I ordered a medium poke bowl with tuna, tofu, and crab meat. The fish was fresh, flavorful, well-portioned, and the overall bowl was great. Portions are solid and prices seem fair to me for the quality and location. My one gripe, and the reason this isn't a full five star review, is the menu clarity around the crab meat. It's a bit misleading. It looks like crab is included with the small bowl but it actually counts as one of the three proteins for the medium bowl. I personally wish the crab meat were treated as a topping rather than a protein.

I usually end up here because I love poke and that it is one of the lighter/healthier options in the food court. The portions are good, but the toppings are more on the limited side compared to other nearby poke places. The fish is not the freshest, not sure where they are sources them. My chief complaint are the sauces and their lack of flavor. At my last visit, I asked for the spicy yuzu ponzu. I saw them add it to the bowl, but when I sat down to enjoy, I could not taste anything. It was super bland and on top of that there was absolutely no spice for a spicey sauce.
