The fish is fresh and the toppings are good. My only issue is I got a large bowl and unfortunately it was 2/3rds rice. I don't want to spend that much money on something that is mostly rice.

Brand new poke place in Washington Heights. Definitely a great addition. You can select from pre-set bowls or build your own. The ingredients to choose from are plentiful, fresh and tasty. I wish they were slightly more generous with protein portioning, but others a very delicious bowl. Looking forward to trying other combinations!

Excellent poke in a clean, spacious setting. Very fresh fish and plenty of options for toppings. By the way, the sign on the door says "Kung Tu Tea" though they haven't started serving bubble tea yet.

I order from here at least once a week, the build your own poke bowl. Sometimes I order for lunch or dinner or later in the night. No matter when I order it comes on time and fresh! Absolutely delicious !

This was taken before I touched it

Bruh I was so mad. I ordered the spicy salmon bowl and it came with NO salmon. I would've ordered a vegetarian bowl if I wanted carrots only. Did they think I'd mistake the carrots for the salmon? How do they miss out the most important part? I called them to let them know but they never picked up.

Excited to try the first poke bowl restaurant around Washington Heights. On first glance the interior was very clean and organized. Staff was very friendly and explained how tor process works. Created my own bowl with 2 proteins (Ahi Tuna & Salmon) both which was pleasantly fresh. Will definitely be back often since i work nearby.

Bland, boring, delivery. The multitude fees brought my food to over $48 for delivery. Never again.

I've never been to a yogurt store that makes you pay a set price first before selecting toppings, which also means toppings are limited based on the yogurt size (something I only realized later after looking at a picture I took in the store). The employee who was supposed to help me immediately gave me attitude, as if I was supposed to already know all the "rules" of the store. I said nothing that would have warranted that reaction -- I simply went over to the display. At the register, I scanned my rewards app then couldn't find the card reader to pay. After about 20 seconds, I realized it was sitting on top of a case of water bottles (pictured). The topping limit signage was also placed off to the side of the register where customers wouldn't naturally see it -- it wasn't even on my side and was partially blocked. I only found this out when I went up to the counter after I got my yogurt. While choosing toppings, I asked how many I was allowed, and she responded, "How many toppings do you think you're supposed to choose?" with a noticeably rude tone. When I chose cookie dough as my fourth topping, she only gave me a few pieces, dropped another on the counter (pictured), and ignored it. The cookie dough topping was stale too. I also noticed she did not seem to treat other customers the same way. I eventually went back to the register - I asked her if the yogurt was actually strawberry matcha because it tasted like vanilla. I also asked about her rudeness because I genuinely didn't understand why I was being treated that way for asking simple questions. She said the information was "on the wall," even though it was difficult to see. I actually ended up apologizing earlier because she made me feel like I was burdening her. The only personable thing she said the entire interaction was that I didn't need to apologize, but the tone still felt unfriendly. Two customers sitting nearby ended up leaving without ordering. I understand it was Super Bowl Sunday and she appeared to be working alone, which may have contributed to stress. Still, I left feeling extremely shaken and even spilled yogurt on my jacket afterward. I would not return to this location. I used to come to this location sometimes, but after this experience -- and a previous visit where I ordered a tea and received very little -- I would not return.

Ahh, grass jelly loeng4 fan2 涼粉 is my childhood favorite dessert and summons nostalgia! It is my mission to search for bubble tea businesses that offers grass jelly as a topping for my primary reason to patronize. It was abundant which filled one quarter of my medium sized drink. The grass jelly topping is New York City standard priced at $0.50 at least there is sustainability and a sense of normalcy. I requested regular ice, but the entire ice dispensed disappointedly melted and the drink became room temperate. Heat wave medium $6.00 Passionfruit green tea with grass jelly, 50%, light sugar. The drink alone was good quality. While scanning the electronic menu the drink names appear very comical and not business appropriate as well as this bubble tea business name Ho Ho Te. The sound speakers is boisterously loud blasting music directly at my face by the ordering counter. The cashier associate was 90% inaudible of her customer service questions due to the boisterously loud blasting music as I had to fight loud vs. loud by blurting loudly several times: "WHAT?" Why would a business intentionally place sound speakers in front of a ordering counter station where customers must communicate their food/drink orders? How can customers place their drinks orders with clear specific description/instructions only for the cashier associate to inadvertently obfuscate by misinformation because the message conveyed was utterly misinterpreted? Communication is vital for ordering and order fulfillment accuracy in the food service industry! The cardboard paper straws available are environmentally sustainable friendly for biodegradable and compostable. However, these cardboard straws taste AWFULl!! The drink selection is very limited menu compared with other bubble tea competitors. Disappointedly there is no Jasmine green tea on the menu. There are some food items. Takeout menus are available for grabs. Loyalty card is available which also serve as business card where the back is printed in gold foil. This business is very accessible by MTA NYC Transit at Port Authority 42nd Street's A, C, E trains and buses near the peripheral of Times Square.
