Best poke I've tried in a long time!!! I love how at the end when you tell them " To go" they give you this ziplock bag filled w ice with your poke to keep it cold! Pretty cool The ordering style is like most poke places. Chipotle style or ordering. Your Base then protein. Then they don't mix the sauce w the protein but puts in on your base and all over your protein, which I love that sauce. Then you add your topping and add more sauce. I don't really recommend this location because there are certain things that this location doesn't have compared to the other locations. And their spicy Mayo is kind of bland compared to the one in Costa Mesa. They have all the toppings but no corn sadly. The only issue I have is that it's usually a hit or a miss with fresh rice. I've ordered three times from here and two of the times, I was served old hard rice. Having a craving of a poke bowl and this place was the closest to where we were doing errands. It wasn't crowded when we got there and the 2 girls working there were nice. Both me and my husband got the regular bowl ($8.99 choice of 3 fish) with half white half brown rice. I got one tuna and two salmon. My husband got tuna, spicy tuna and albacore/crab. To be honest, nothing special. Tastes like any other poke bowl place. It was good. The fish wasn't bad. The craving for a poke bowl was met. In the end, I would probably go back. read more

The only reason I subtracted a star is because they don't mix their fish with their sauce, which resulted in some fish not having the same consistency in taste as others. I loved their sauces though, I asked to add the poke sauce, volcano #2, and spicy mayo. Salmon was really fresh and the spicy tuna was delicious. I asked for half rice and half chips. I think next time I come back, I need to remember to ask them for the chips on the side, just in case they get soggy from the sauce. Surprising I only got one or two chips that got soggy, which was good. this is my goto Poke place in Orange/santa ana. the fish is fresh and i like that they have different varieties of fish mixed with crab salads. the portion size is not too bad and the free toppings are great. the only thing i would change is that i wish they would mix the fish up with the dressings or that my rice wouldn't get stuck to the paper bowl, but this is minor. i come here all the time; i love it. read more

I was craving some poki while out and about. This place was close to where I was, so I decided to check it out. I got the large bowl and that comes with 5 meat items. Everything was really good except 1 thing. The rice was undercooked. I had quite a few hard rice pieces. Other than that, spicy tuna, tuna, and spicy salmon were delicious. I asked for avocado ( cost $1 more) and got a lot which was nice. I would go back, but hope the rice issue was just an oops and not an everyday issue. My bill was a little over 16 dollars. read more

OMG! I'm in love with this place. Came here one day with one of my girlfriends after reading all the great reviews on Yelp. I got the 5 scoops bowl because this little piggy like Poke. There are 5 choices for base and I got the mixed green salad which was very fresh. Then I got 5 different kinds of fish and the scoops were very large, larger than most of the other Poke shops. The next step was all the toppings, which I went crazy on and got a little bit of everything. I love how they have super fresh avocados as a choice. The ingredients were all very fresh. After I was done, my bowl was HUGE! Currently you get a 10% off of your entire order with a Yelp check-in. SCORE! The staff members were all nice and helpful, and the whole place was really clean and nicely decorated. Water jug is self serve and already contains pieces of lemon which I love. This is a poki establishment that delivers on taste and value. While it's hard to go wrong with poki sometimes a franchise just doesn't deliver they way a solo establishment might. Well I have been to a few of the poki tiki locations and I have to say that I always walk away happy and anxious to get this stuff inside me. Even though the fish isn't marinated (which I prefer), it's always fresh and the portions are generous. They have medium 3 scoops and large 5 scoops and a big selection of add ons, most of which are free (except for avocado) I find that even the medium size bowls are the perfect portion to appease a raging appetite. And for about $12 that's a pretty good alternative to a burger and fries. I mean, admit it, there's not many "fast" food options these days that are actually healthy for you and delicious. read more

They have some that are cooked and that is not something I see at other Poke places. It is very spacious and clean. The employee is helpful. Great poke bowl. All the toppings you expect, mango was the fruit last time I went which is not too sweet and blends in. I've never had a problem with the servings and staff. Efficient and courteous. What you want/need to know: - Two sizes: regular (3 scoops) and large (5 scoops). They use those half-dome ice cream scoops, just a fyi. - Bases are white or brown rice, salad, or nacho chips. I tend to go with the salad. Gotta eat your greens! - Standard fish choices as most poke places. Nothing crazy. - Standard toppings. WATCH OUT FOR THAT WASABI! They'll slap it on the side and then continue to stack toppings and then the next thing you know: BAM. YOU THOUGHT IT WAS AVOCADO. - Three sauce choices, but one of them has levels: the Volcano sauce. #1, #2, or #3 spicy level. Aside from that, standard poke or spicy mayo. - They give you a better-than-good amount of food, if I'm being honest. Price point is similar to most poke places, but whenever I come here I feel like I'm getting more bang for my buck. Take that for what it's worth. I just want to say though...I don't associate this type of poke with traditional Hawaiian poke. Don't get it twisted: I like Poke Tiki. That's the cheapest I've seen it!...then again I don't know how much they give you. I know, what a help I am... My bowl was good but wasn't absolutely amazing and was lacking those wow factors.
